9月27日(ri),建證40年·中(zhong)(zhong)國建筑(zhu)奇(qi)跡之旅——中(zhong)(zhong)建開(kai)放日(ri):大型品(pin)牌(pai)傳播行(xing)動(dong)第24站走(zou)進淮海經濟區中(zhong)(zhong)心城市徐(xu)州(zhou),舉行(xing)“建設徐(xu)州(zhou).見(jian)(jian)證發展(zhan)”活動(dong),向公眾和(he)媒(mei)體揭開(kai)了中(zhong)(zhong)國建筑(zhu)集團有限公司(以(yi)下(xia)簡稱中(zhong)(zhong)國建筑(zhu))在軌(gui)道交通建設領域創新發展(zhan)的神秘(mi)面紗。活動(dong)在徐(xu)州(zhou)城市軌(gui)道交通1號(hao)線(xian)西安路站舉行(xing),中(zhong)(zhong)國礦業大學(xue)、江蘇(su)師范大學(xue)、徐(xu)州(zhou)工程學(xue)院等(deng)江蘇(su)省(sheng)內(nei)知名高校師生約120人及新華網(wang)(wang)、經濟日(ri)報(bao)、中(zhong)(zhong)國江蘇(su)網(wang)(wang)、新華日(ri)報(bao)、徐(xu)州(zhou)電視(shi)臺(tai)、徐(xu)州(zhou)日(ri)報(bao)等(deng)等(deng)20余家媒(mei)體來到現場共同見(jian)(jian)證。

緊(jin)跟時代導向(xiang) 國(guo)內第一條以PPP模(mo)式投資建設(she)的(de)地鐵

為了適(shi)應(ying)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)設(she)(she)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)大、風險高、周期長、成(cheng)本高的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特點,解決地(di)(di)(di)方財政(zheng)(zheng)不(bu)足以支撐(cheng)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)設(she)(she)但城市發展又急需(xu)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)復(fu)雜矛(mao)盾,中國(guo)建(jian)筑率(lv)先采用(yong)PPP(政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)和(he)社會資(zi)(zi)本合作模式(shi))等(deng)創(chuang)新模式(shi)積極參與(yu)國(guo)家基礎設(she)(she)施的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)建(jian)設(she)(she)。這(zhe)種模式(shi),率(lv)先在(zai)徐(xu)州地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)1號線上得到了應(ying)用(yong),徐(xu)州軌道公司受徐(xu)州市人民政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)委托,與(yu)中建(jian)共同(tong)成(cheng)立(li)項目(mu)(mu)(mu)公司。雙方按(an)照(zhao)約的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)比例(li)共同(tong)完成(cheng)出資(zi)(zi),其余所需(xu)資(zi)(zi)金(jin)雙方分(fen)別通(tong)過銀行按(an)揭等(deng)形式(shi)募集,在(zai)項目(mu)(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)融資(zi)(zi)方案中綜(zong)合運用(yong)了股(gu)權融資(zi)(zi)、信托和(he)資(zi)(zi)管計(ji)劃(hua),資(zi)(zi)金(jin)來源(yuan)有(you)自有(you)資(zi)(zi)金(jin)也(ye)有(you)保(bao)險資(zi)(zi)金(jin)和(he)銀行資(zi)(zi)金(jin)。這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)模式(shi)可有(you)效彌補(bu)當(dang)期財政(zheng)(zheng)投(tou)(tou)(tou)入不(bu)足,減輕當(dang)期財政(zheng)(zheng)支出壓力,平(ping)滑年度間財政(zheng)(zheng)支出波動(dong),防范(fan)和(he)化(hua)解政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)性債務(wu)風險,還將資(zi)(zi)金(jin)需(xu)求量大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)劣勢(shi)轉化(hua)為資(zi)(zi)金(jin)流動(dong)性強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優勢(shi),實現“資(zi)(zi)金(jin)融合撬(qiao)動(dong)大項目(mu)(mu)(mu)”,保(bao)證(zheng)了項目(mu)(mu)(mu)順利落地(di)(di)(di),具有(you)四(si)兩撥千(qian)斤(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)效用(yong)。目(mu)(mu)(mu)前也(ye)已(yi)納入全國(guo)30個首批(pi)PPP試點工(gong)程,成(cheng)為國(guo)家軌道交通(tong)建(jian)設(she)(she)PPP合作的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)示范(fan)項目(mu)(mu)(mu)。

智慧建造(zao) 破除彭城(cheng)廣(guang)場站施工(gong)難(nan)題(ti)

徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)地(di)(di)(di)鐵1號線(xian)彭城廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)站位于徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)最繁(fan)華的(de)(de)商業(ye)中心,是(shi)徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)地(di)(di)(di)鐵1、2號線(xian)的(de)(de)換乘車站,也是(shi)國(guo)(guo)內首座集明-暗-蓋挖為(wei)一體(ti)的(de)(de)大(da)型(xing)換乘車站。車站規(gui)模超大(da),基(ji)(ji)坑(keng)最深處(chu)達34m,有17個(ge)出入口,3組風亭及2個(ge)下沉廣(guang)場(chang)(chang),其中1號線(xian)基(ji)(ji)坑(keng)長141.55米(mi)(mi),寬58.5米(mi)(mi),基(ji)(ji)坑(keng)設計深度最深可達35.5米(mi)(mi),是(shi)目前地(di)(di)(di)鐵施工(gong)領域第一大(da)基(ji)(ji)坑(keng),地(di)(di)(di)鐵項目的(de)(de)地(di)(di)(di)連墻(qiang)距(ju)蘇北第一高(gao)樓蘇寧(ning)廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)圍護樁(zhuang)最近處(chu)距(ju)離僅有0.9m,容(rong)不(bu)得半點閃失(shi)。由于其周邊環境的(de)(de)敏(min)感性(xing)、地(di)(di)(di)質問題的(de)(de)突出性(xing)、結(jie)構(gou)施工(gong)的(de)(de)復雜性(xing),被業(ye)界專家評為(wei)江蘇最難、全國(guo)(guo)罕見(jian)。

為攻克“四面(mian)楚(chu)歌”下(xia)的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)題,確保工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)如期推進(jin),項目(mu)部借力(li)專家(jia)保障機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),利用(yong)培訓、專家(jia)咨詢(xun)會等(deng)形式充分認識到(dao)項目(mu)風險點及(ji)難(nan)點,先后邀(yao)請中(zhong)國(guo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)院(yuan)(yuan)院(yuan)(yuan)士王夢(meng)恕、廣州地(di)(di)(di)鐵原總工(gong)(gong)(gong)、深(shen)圳(zhen)地(di)(di)(di)鐵原總工(gong)(gong)(gong)等(deng)專家(jia)為徐州地(di)(di)(di)鐵建(jian)設出謀劃策。同時(shi)引進(jin)兩臺國(guo)際先進(jin)的改(gai)良(liang)版SR385RC8旋挖鉆機(ji),經過(guo)(guo)(guo)改(gai)良(liang)的旋挖鉆機(ji)在原機(ji)型(xing)的基礎(chu)上將功(gong)率提高到(dao)420KW,平均每小時(shi)鉆進(jin)速(su)度(du)約(yue)50cm~90cm,極(ji)大(da)的提高了(le)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)連續墻及(ji)臨時(shi)中(zhong)立柱(zhu)的成(cheng)槽速(su)度(du)。項目(mu)部積極(ji)開展“明(ming)-暗(an)-蓋挖復雜結構(gou)(gou)體系轉換(huan)及(ji)其(qi)對敏感(gan)環境影響、爆破振(zhen)動下(xia)土巖水耦合致災機(ji)理、基于BIM技術的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)全(quan)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)智慧建(jian)造技術”等(deng)關(guan)鍵技術創新攻關(guan),短(duan)短(duan)4個月(yue)便(bian)完成(cheng)了(le)56幅地(di)(di)(di)連墻、87根(gen)格構(gou)(gou)柱(zhu)建(jian)設成(cheng)功(gong)地(di)(di)(di)解決了(le)彭(peng)城廣場站格構(gou)(gou)柱(zhu)托換(huan)、盾構(gou)(gou)過(guo)(guo)(guo)站、暗(an)挖洞室群(qun)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)、地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)水超前探測(ce)及(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)等(deng)諸(zhu)多難(nan)題。

BIM技術開展智慧化管控,達到國際先進水平

建成VR安全體驗館”,豐富安全教育形式

在安(an)全(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)方面,徐州城市(shi)軌道交(jiao)通(tong)1號(hao)線05標建設了江(jiang)蘇省軌道交(jiao)通(tong)建設中首(shou)家(jia)“VR安(an)全(quan)體(ti)驗館(guan)”, VR體(ti)驗式安(an)全(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)系統針對地鐵(tie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)實際狀(zhuang)況,有(you)高空(kong)墜落、物體(ti)打擊、坍(tan)塌、觸電、機械(xie)傷害等20多種(zhong)體(ti)驗項(xiang)目,將施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場(chang)常發事故融匯于虛擬技(ji)術(shu),在VR世界中建設了一(yi)個“真實的”施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場(chang),便于更好的對作(zuo)業人員進行安(an)全(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),提高參建職工(gong)(gong)的安(an)全(quan)意識和安(an)全(quan)技(ji)能。

打響地(di)下鐵道(dao)戰,保障風險零事故

徐(xu)州(zhou)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)情況復雜多(duo)樣,整個盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)區(qu)間施工(gong)難度極大(da),技術質(zhi)(zhi)量要求極高。盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)下穿(chuan)徐(xu)州(zhou)火車(che)站(zhan)16股(gu)鐵路,影響范圍(wei)將近200m區(qu)間地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)條(tiao)(tiao)件復雜,徐(xu)州(zhou)火車(che)站(zhan)范圍(wei)地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)條(tiao)(tiao)件均(jun)為(wei)上軟下硬地(di)(di)層;盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)下穿(chuan)黃河(he)故道隧道頂(ding)部有12米厚粘土層;大(da)馬(ma)路橋為(wei)條(tiao)(tiao)石(shi)橋墩,盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)下穿(chuan)時(shi),毛石(shi)基礎距隧道頂(ding)只有7.22米。面(mian)對眾多(duo)風險源(yuan),項(xiang)目組織成立的“盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)突擊隊”主動出擊,通過制定精細(xi)嚴密的施工(gong)方(fang)案,在(zai)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)過程(cheng)中,嚴格控制掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)參數(shu)(shu),并進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了徐(xu)州(zhou)首次帶壓開(kai)倉工(gong)作(zuo)。邀請國內知名盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)專家(jia)先后組織對此安全咨詢會,學習國內盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)先進(jin)(jin)(jin)施工(gong)經(jing)驗。同時(shi)引入自動監控信(xin)息化平臺,為(wei)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)機掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)提供第一手資料,并通過對數(shu)(shu)據的分(fen)析,及時(shi)調整盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)參數(shu)(shu),保(bao)證盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)下穿(chuan)徐(xu)州(zhou)火車(che)站(zhan)期間安全、平穩。僅僅用了76天(tian)便(bian)完成了原(yuan)本計劃4個月的施工(gong)任務(wu),高效完成了原(yuan)定的施工(gong)任務(wu)。


大國(guo)重器,“打洞(dong)能手”盾構(gou)機(ji)鑿(zao)山越水武力值MAX

在地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)挖掘(jue)中必然(ran)會用(yong)到一種(zhong)能在地(di)(di)(di)底下(xia)挖洞的(de)(de)(de)(de)大家伙(huo),這(zhe)就(jiu)是(shi)專門用(yong)于(yu)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)掘(jue)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)機(ji),常被(bei)形象(xiang)地(di)(di)(di)稱作地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)穿山甲(jia)。它(ta)是(shi)個(ge)(ge)重達450噸的(de)(de)(de)(de)大塊頭,由刀(dao)盤、前盾(dun)(dun)(dun)、中盾(dun)(dun)(dun)、盾(dun)(dun)(dun)尾、拼(pin)裝(zhuang)機(ji)、螺旋機(ji)、設備(bei)橋架、后(hou)(hou)備(bei)臺(tai)車等12個(ge)(ge)部(bu)分組成(cheng),系統驅動(dong)為液壓動(dong)力(li),使用(yong)10kv高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓配(pei)電(dian),具有(you)自動(dong)化(hua)程(cheng)度(du)高(gao)(gao)(gao)、節省人力(li)、施工速(su)度(du)快、一次成(cheng)型、不受氣候(hou)影(ying)(ying)響、不影(ying)(ying)響隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)頂(ding)路面交通(tong)等特點。地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)機(ji)能前面吃土(tu)后(hou)(hou)面排(pai)土(tu),平均(jun)每天能在地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)掘(jue)進(jin)10米,比人工開挖的(de)(de)(de)(de)效率(lv)高(gao)(gao)(gao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)8到10倍。盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)時就(jiu)像(xiang)一列能鉆(zhan)地(di)(di)(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)火車在運(yun)行(xing),它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作原理其實(shi)和電(dian)動(dong)剃(ti)須刀(dao)有(you)幾分相(xiang)似。當開始工作時它(ta)靠著機(ji)身內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)千斤頂(ding)給予(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)力(li)向(xiang)前推動(dong),旋轉刀(dao)盤掘(jue)開土(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)。挖掘(jue)土(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時用(yong)混凝土(tu)環管片(pian)(pian)貼牢,防止土(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)塌陷,每次掘(jue)進(jin)一環1.2米長,含(han)6塊管片(pian)(pian)。而掘(jue)進(jin)出來的(de)(de)(de)(de)土(tu)則(ze)會被(bei)螺旋運(yun)輸機(ji)輸送到裝(zhuang)載(zai)泥土(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)車輛上(shang),運(yun)回到地(di)(di)(di)面,此(ci)后(hou)(hou)由管片(pian)(pian)組裝(zhuang)機(ji)將(jiang)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)管片(pian)(pian)依(yi)次進(jin)行(xing)拼(pin)裝(zhuang),就(jiu)形成(cheng)了一個(ge)(ge)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)雛形。

當地鐵遇上文物保護,“同和裕銀號(hao)”整(zheng)樓平移

“同和裕(yu)銀(yin)號(hao)”舊址(zhi)(zhi)是徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)(shi)僅存不多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)、兼有西(xi)式建(jian)筑特(te)色的(de)(de)(de)民國建(jian)筑,是市(shi)(shi)級文(wen)(wen)物(wu)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei),這座民國建(jian)筑見證(zheng)了徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)金融(rong)機構發(fa)展歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi),見證(zheng)了徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)(shi)經(jing)濟發(fa)展歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi)過(guo)程(cheng)。由于(yu)(yu)建(jian)筑位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)處于(yu)(yu)我市(shi)(shi)正(zheng)在(zai)修建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)地鐵(tie)1號(hao)線(xian)火車站站施(shi)(shi)工(gong)范圍內,因此(ci)項目部面臨(lin)拆遷(qian)和重建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)抉擇。如果異地復(fu)建(jian),盡管(guan)文(wen)(wen)物(wu)本體存在(zai),但歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi)風貌(mao)消失。經(jing)過(guo)徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)物(wu)部門(men)通過(guo)調研(yan)論證(zheng),借鑒(jian)外地經(jing)驗,實(shi)施(shi)(shi)平移(yi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護方法,這是唯(wei)一的(de)(de)(de)最佳選擇,既能(neng)夠確保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)文(wen)(wen)物(wu)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)原真性和完整(zheng)性,又能(neng)使遷(qian)移(yi)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)程(cheng)量小(xiao)、時(shi)間(jian)周(zhou)期(qi)短,“同和裕(yu)銀(yin)號(hao)”舊址(zhi)(zhi)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)平移(yi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護是徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)(shi)不可(ke)(ke)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)文(wen)(wen)物(wu)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護方法上首次創新。 現(xian)場使用三(san)臺SPMT組裝(zhuang)式自(zi)動(dong)(dong)平板車用來(lai)托運平移(yi)樓房,三(san)輛車共計216個輪胎(tai),可(ke)(ke)以輕松(song)承載(zai)三(san)層小(xiao)樓1300噸的(de)(de)(de)重量,車頭支撐樓房的(de)(de)(de)千斤頂(ding)緩緩降(jiang)低后(hou)(hou),整(zheng)個樓體就落在(zai)車身上的(de)(de)(de)橘(ju)黃色千斤頂(ding)上,這些橘(ju)黃色千斤頂(ding)能(neng)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)讓樓體在(zai)拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)中保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)持水平狀態(tai),由于(yu)(yu)新址(zhi)(zhi)位(wei)(wei)于(yu)(yu)現(xian)地點(dian)西(xi)北方向(xiang)240米(mi)左右,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)現(xian)場空(kong)間(jian)也(ye)受限制(zhi),所以平板車先(xian)拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)整(zheng)座建(jian)筑先(xian)向(xiang)北幾十(shi)米(mi),再向(xiang)西(xi)近200米(mi),整(zheng)個過(guo)程(cheng)經(jing)過(guo)兩次90度轉彎,最終安(an)全將銀(yin)樓護送到了“新家(jia)”。平移(yi)之后(hou)(hou),徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)“同和裕(yu)銀(yin)號(hao)”樓將不再用于(yu)(yu)商業,將整(zheng)體保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護起來(lai),供市(shi)(shi)民、游客參觀。

采用智(zhi)能監控系統(tong) 實現施工現場智(zhi)能化管理

項(xiang)目(mu)還(huan)創新(xin)“視頻監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)+工(gong)(gong)地監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)管”新(xin)模式(shi),在(zai)項(xiang)目(mu)管理中借力“互聯網(wang)+”,在(zai)項(xiang)目(mu)全線(xian)部(bu)署遠程監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)網(wang)絡,充分運用視頻監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)、在(zai)線(xian)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)等有效(xiao)手段,打造立體式(shi)、全覆蓋的智(zhi)能化工(gong)(gong)地監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)管網(wang)絡,實現了對項(xiang)目(mu)進(jin)度、安全、揚塵治(zhi)理情況(kuang)了有效(xiao)管控(kong)(kong)。

34890V電(dian)壓撐(cheng)起地鐵的(de)白(bai)天黑夜

徐(xu)州(zhou)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)1號線(xian)涵蓋土建(jian)(jian)、鋪軌、系(xi)(xi)統機電(dian)、常規(gui)機電(dian)、弱電(dian)、裝飾裝修(xiu)等各(ge)專業,地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)每(mei)座車(che)站內管(guan)線(xian)縱橫交叉,種類(lei)約(yue)有(you)30余種,涵蓋10多個專業,管(guan)線(xian)總長度(du)幾(ji)萬米(mi),徐(xu)州(zhou)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)1號線(xian)項(xiang)目在機電(dian)設(she)備安裝過程中特別(bie)注重應用(yong)BIM建(jian)(jian)筑信(xin)息模(mo)型(xing)技術(shu),實(shi)現地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)中建(jian)(jian)筑、管(guan)線(xian)以(yi)及設(she)備布置的(de)(de)(de)三(san)維模(mo)型(xing)建(jian)(jian)立,采取仿真模(mo)擬技術(shu)反(fan)映地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)機電(dian)系(xi)(xi)統中的(de)(de)(de)真實(shi)信(xin)息,從而形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)各(ge)個構件之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)反(fan)饋和(he)互(hu)動,避免(mian)出現各(ge)種各(ge)樣的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工問題(ti)自動檢查碰撞,使管(guan)線(xian)在相對(dui)狹小的(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)空間(jian)里盡量合理(li)排布,有(you)效克服地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工空間(jian)不足(zu)、集中性施(shi)(shi)(shi)工和(he)管(guan)線(xian)復雜鋪設(she)的(de)(de)(de)問題(ti),同(tong)時也實(shi)現了對(dui)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)機電(dian)系(xi)(xi)統中的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工進度(du)、成(cheng)本等進行(xing)有(you)效控制和(he)管(guan)理(li)。項(xiang)目還針(zhen)對(dui)復雜地(di)(di)(di)質條件建(jian)(jian)設(she)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)了一系(xi)(xi)列科(ke)技成(cheng)果(guo):成(cheng)功(gong)申報科(ke)研(yan)課題(ti)4項(xiang),創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)示范工程及標準化工地(di)(di)(di)20項(xiang),榮獲專利(li)36項(xiang)、工法17項(xiang)、QC成(cheng)果(guo)11項(xiang),軟件著作權4項(xiang),發表論文40余篇(pian),主導科(ke)技成(cheng)果(guo)匯編(bian)5項(xiang),成(cheng)功(gong)的(de)(de)(de)將施(shi)(shi)(shi)工實(shi)踐轉(zhuan)化為可以(yi)推(tui)廣(guang)復制的(de)(de)(de)科(ke)技成(cheng)果(guo)。

把(ba)施工圍擋做(zuo)成文明宣傳風景線

在施工(gong)(gong)圍(wei)擋(dang)設計(ji)方面,項目結(jie)合(he)當地(di)(di)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)特點,經(jing)過與市(shi)民充分(fen)溝(gou)通,提(ti)煉城(cheng)市(shi)特有(you)的歷(li)史(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)元素符號,并開(kai)展“校企合(he)作”,委托江蘇師范(fan)大學(xue)(xue)美術學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)和(he)中(zhong)國(guo)礦(kuang)業大學(xue)(xue)藝術設計(ji)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)創意(yi)完成了施工(gong)(gong)圍(wei)擋(dang)方案。設計(ji)內(nei)容按赤(chi)、橙、黃、綠、青、藍(lan)、紫七(qi)種(zhong)(zhong)顏色(se)(se)分(fen)列主題,以透視的塊狀(zhuang)結(jie)構點綴有(you)代(dai)表(biao)性(xing)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)景點照片并突出顯(xian)示(shi)相應站點剖視效果圖,所(suo)用各元素編排有(you)序(xu)、內(nei)在統一。方案整體基調(diao)現(xian)代(dai)、大氣,能夠體現(xian)徐(xu)州市(shi)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)名城(cheng)特色(se)(se)和(he)軌(gui)道交通工(gong)(gong)程特點,且與周邊背景環境實現(xian)較好的協調(diao)融合(he)。圍(wei)擋(dang)內(nei)容嚴(yan)格按照“2+1”的模(mo)式呈現(xian),即2個地(di)(di)鐵施工(gong)(gong)宣(xuan)傳(chuan),1個公(gong)益性(xing)文(wen)化(hua)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)。在1號線和(he)2號線共計(ji)60處圍(wei)擋(dang)中(zhong),公(gong)益性(xing)文(wen)化(hua)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)占比三分(fen)之一。內(nei)容上涵蓋了地(di)(di)鐵口號標語(yu)、中(zhong)國(guo)傳(chuan)統歷(li)史(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)及(ji)核心(xin)價值觀的宣(xuan)傳(chuan)等,嚴(yan)禁(jin)任何(he)商業性(xing)廣(guang)告出現(xian)。各種(zhong)(zhong)公(gong)益宣(xuan)傳(chuan)語(yu)朗朗上口,深入人心(xin),充分(fen)體現(xian)了徐(xu)州市(shi)的精神文(wen)明內(nei)涵。

打造(zao)省級廉(lian)政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)示范點(dian),為項目建(jian)(jian)設(she)保駕護航(hang)

地鐵專家手繪工程圖 走紅(hong)網(wang)絡引追捧

地(di)鐵建(jian)設(she)過(guo)程中,還出現(xian)這(zhe)么一位老人,以專(zhuan)業、細致(zhi)精確的(de)(de)“手繪工程圖”走紅,讓不(bu)懂工程的(de)(de)人也能通過(guo)這(zhe)些手繪圖片了(le)解到地(di)鐵隧道施(shi)(shi)工的(de)(de)大(da)致(zhi)過(guo)程。年近八(ba)旬的(de)(de)地(di)鐵專(zhuan)家張家識(shi),是(shi)徐(xu)州(zhou)1號(hao)線彭城廣場(chang)站(zhan)的(de)(de)特聘專(zhuan)家,他白天深(shen)入徐(xu)州(zhou)地(di)鐵1號(hao)線彭城廣場(chang)站(zhan)基坑隧道,并時(shi)刻用(yong)手機拍照,記錄(lu)暗(an)挖隧道的(de)(de)情況(kuang),下班后把白天在施(shi)(shi)工現(xian)場(chang)的(de)(de)所(suo)見所(suo)聞記錄(lu)下來,通過(guo)漫畫(hua)的(de)(de)形式表(biao)現(xian)出來,展現(xian)了(le)“震撼而(er)又接地(di)氣(qi)”的(de)(de)徐(xu)州(zhou)地(di)鐵施(shi)(shi)工的(de)(de)場(chang)景,以此(ci)向后來的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)者傳(chuan)授隧道暗(an)挖的(de)(de)“18字口訣(jue)” ,展現(xian)老一輩設(she)計者的(de)(de)嚴謹態度和“匠人精神”。
