9月27日(ri)(ri),建(jian)證40年·中(zhong)國建(jian)筑奇跡之旅——中(zhong)建(jian)開放日(ri)(ri):大型品(pin)牌傳播行(xing)(xing)動(dong)(dong)第24站走進淮海經濟區中(zhong)心城市(shi)徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou),舉行(xing)(xing)“建(jian)設(she)徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou).見(jian)證發展”活動(dong)(dong),向公眾和媒體揭開了中(zhong)國建(jian)筑集團有(you)限公司(si)(以下簡稱(cheng)中(zhong)國建(jian)筑)在軌道(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)建(jian)設(she)領域(yu)創新(xin)發展的(de)神秘面紗。活動(dong)(dong)在徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou)城市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)1號線(xian)西安路(lu)站舉行(xing)(xing),中(zhong)國礦(kuang)業大學(xue)、江(jiang)蘇師范大學(xue)、徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou)工程(cheng)學(xue)院等江(jiang)蘇省內知名高校師生約(yue)120人及新(xin)華網、經濟日(ri)(ri)報(bao)、中(zhong)國江(jiang)蘇網、新(xin)華日(ri)(ri)報(bao)、徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou)電視(shi)臺、徐(xu)(xu)(xu)州(zhou)日(ri)(ri)報(bao)等等20余家媒體來到現場共同見(jian)證。

建證·講(jiang)(jiang)述環節(jie)通過對(dui)話、問答的(de)形式,講(jiang)(jiang)述了中國建筑從(cong)1978年-2018年全方位參與徐州房地(di)產、高速公(gong)路(lu)、機場、軌道(dao)交通、市(shi)(shi)政公(gong)路(lu)、綜(zong)合管(guan)廊、環境治理等領域(yu)項目建設,破除發展難題,改善城市(shi)(shi)綜(zong)合交通,提(ti)升人居環境,拔高城市(shi)(shi)高度,活躍地(di)方經濟,推動徐州高質量(liang)發展的(de)過程和故事(shi)。

投(tou)身基建熱潮 在國內外軌道交(jiao)通建設領域披(pi)荊斬棘

近年(nian)來,中國建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)緊跟“京津冀(ji)協同發展”、“長江經濟(ji)帶(dai)”、“一帶(dai)一路(lu)”等(deng)國家(jia)戰略(lve),基(ji)礎設施(shi)事業得到了跨越式發展,業務(wu)覆蓋高速(su)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)、軌(gui)道交通(tong)、高速(su)公路(lu)、隧道橋(qiao)梁、機場站房、能源(yuan)核電、市政管(guan)網、水工(gong)港務(wu)等(deng)幾(ji)乎(hu)全部基(ji)礎建(jian)(jian)設領域。在(zai)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)投(tou)(tou)資建(jian)(jian)設領域,中國建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)成功轉(zhuan)型,在(zai)新加(jia)坡(po)、哈薩(sa)(sa)克斯(si)坦、阿聯酋等(deng)多個(ge)國家(jia)和地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)區投(tou)(tou)資建(jian)(jian)設多條(tiao)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)線(xian)路(lu),總(zong)里程達(da)數(shu)百公里。其中,包(bao)括一帶(dai)一路(lu)代表(biao)作、哈薩(sa)(sa)克斯(si)坦第一條(tiao)輕(qing)軌(gui)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)——阿斯(si)塔納市輕(qing)軌(gui)一期(qi)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)02合同段、世界上(shang)最長的(de)無人駕(jia)駛城市快速(su)軌(gui)道交通(tong)系統——迪拜地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)站(綠線(xian))項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)上(shang)部分鋼結(jie)構工(gong)程、新加(jia)坡(po)陸路(lu)交通(tong)管(guan)理(li)局榜鵝延長線(xian)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)隧道項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)等(deng)海(hai)外軌(gui)道交通(tong)工(gong)程;在(zai)國內投(tou)(tou)資建(jian)(jian)設的(de)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)線(xian)遍布全國各(ge)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di),服務(wu)了千家(jia)萬戶,包(bao)括深(shen)圳地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)9號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)、深(shen)圳地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)13號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)、南寧地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)2號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)、徐(xu)州地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)1號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)、徐(xu)州地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)3號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)、鄭州地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)3號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)、青島地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)8號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)、成都地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)11號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)、重慶地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)9號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)、大(da)連地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)4號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)等(deng)10條(tiao)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)整線(xian),以(yi)及承接全國30多個(ge)重點城市的(de)40多條(tiao)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)標段建(jian)(jian)設。總(zong)體規模在(zai)五千億以(yi)上(shang)。

緊跟(gen)時代導向(xiang) 國內第一條(tiao)以(yi)PPP模式投資建設(she)的地鐵

為了適應(ying)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)大、風險高、周期長(chang)、成本高的(de)(de)特點,解決地(di)(di)方(fang)財政(zheng)不(bu)足以支撐地(di)(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)但城市發展又(you)急需(xu)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)復雜矛盾,中(zhong)國建(jian)(jian)筑率先(xian)采用(yong)(yong)PPP(政(zheng)府和(he)社會(hui)資(zi)(zi)(zi)本合作(zuo)模(mo)式(shi)(shi))等創新(xin)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)積極參與(yu)(yu)國家(jia)(jia)基(ji)礎設(she)(she)(she)(she)施的(de)(de)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)。這種(zhong)模(mo)式(shi)(shi),率先(xian)在(zai)徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)1號線上(shang)得到了應(ying)用(yong)(yong),徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)軌道公司受(shou)徐(xu)州(zhou)(zhou)市人民政(zheng)府的(de)(de)委托(tuo),與(yu)(yu)中(zhong)建(jian)(jian)共同成立項目(mu)公司。雙方(fang)按照約的(de)(de)比例共同完成出(chu)資(zi)(zi)(zi),其(qi)余(yu)所需(xu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金雙方(fang)分(fen)別通過銀(yin)行按揭等形式(shi)(shi)募集(ji),在(zai)項目(mu)的(de)(de)融(rong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)方(fang)案中(zhong)綜合運用(yong)(yong)了股權融(rong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)、信托(tuo)和(he)資(zi)(zi)(zi)管計劃,資(zi)(zi)(zi)金來源有(you)自(zi)有(you)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金也(ye)有(you)保險資(zi)(zi)(zi)金和(he)銀(yin)行資(zi)(zi)(zi)金。這樣的(de)(de)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)可有(you)效彌補(bu)當期財政(zheng)投入不(bu)足,減輕當期財政(zheng)支出(chu)壓(ya)力,平(ping)滑年度間財政(zheng)支出(chu)波動(dong),防范和(he)化(hua)解政(zheng)府性債務風險,還將資(zi)(zi)(zi)金需(xu)求(qiu)量大的(de)(de)劣勢轉化(hua)為資(zi)(zi)(zi)金流動(dong)性強的(de)(de)優勢,實現“資(zi)(zi)(zi)金融(rong)合撬動(dong)大項目(mu)”,保證了項目(mu)順利落地(di)(di),具有(you)四兩撥千斤的(de)(de)效用(yong)(yong)。目(mu)前也(ye)已納入全國30個首批(pi)PPP試點工程(cheng),成為國家(jia)(jia)軌道交(jiao)通建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)PPP合作(zuo)的(de)(de)示范項目(mu)。

智慧建造 破除彭城(cheng)廣(guang)場站施(shi)工難(nan)題(ti)

徐州(zhou)地(di)(di)鐵1號(hao)(hao)(hao)線彭(peng)城廣(guang)(guang)場(chang)站(zhan)(zhan)位于(yu)徐州(zhou)市最(zui)繁華的商業(ye)中心,是徐州(zhou)地(di)(di)鐵1、2號(hao)(hao)(hao)線的換乘車(che)站(zhan)(zhan),也是國(guo)內首座集明-暗(an)-蓋挖為(wei)一體的大型換乘車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)。車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)規模超(chao)大,基(ji)坑(keng)最(zui)深(shen)處達34m,有17個出(chu)入口,3組(zu)風亭及(ji)2個下沉(chen)廣(guang)(guang)場(chang),其中1號(hao)(hao)(hao)線基(ji)坑(keng)長141.55米,寬58.5米,基(ji)坑(keng)設計深(shen)度最(zui)深(shen)可(ke)達35.5米,是目(mu)前地(di)(di)鐵施(shi)(shi)工領域第一大基(ji)坑(keng),地(di)(di)鐵項(xiang)目(mu)的地(di)(di)連(lian)墻距蘇(su)北第一高樓(lou)蘇(su)寧廣(guang)(guang)場(chang)圍護樁最(zui)近(jin)處距離(li)僅有0.9m,容不得(de)半點閃失。由于(yu)其周邊環境的敏感(gan)性(xing)、地(di)(di)質問題的突出(chu)性(xing)、結(jie)構(gou)施(shi)(shi)工的復雜(za)性(xing),被業(ye)界專家(jia)評(ping)為(wei)江蘇(su)最(zui)難、全(quan)國(guo)罕(han)見。

為(wei)攻克“四面楚歌”下的(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)題(ti),確保工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)如期推進(jin)(jin),項(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)借力專家(jia)保障機(ji)制(zhi),利用培訓、專家(jia)咨詢會(hui)等(deng)(deng)形式(shi)充(chong)分認識到項(xiang)目(mu)風險點(dian)及難(nan)點(dian),先(xian)后邀請(qing)中國(guo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)院院士(shi)王夢恕(shu)、廣(guang)州地(di)鐵原總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、深圳(zhen)地(di)鐵原總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等(deng)(deng)專家(jia)為(wei)徐州地(di)鐵建(jian)設出謀劃策。同時(shi)引進(jin)(jin)兩臺國(guo)際先(xian)進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)改良(liang)版SR385RC8旋挖(wa)(wa)鉆機(ji),經過(guo)改良(liang)的(de)(de)(de)旋挖(wa)(wa)鉆機(ji)在原機(ji)型的(de)(de)(de)基礎上將(jiang)功率提(ti)高(gao)到420KW,平(ping)均每小(xiao)時(shi)鉆進(jin)(jin)速度約50cm~90cm,極大的(de)(de)(de)提(ti)高(gao)了地(di)下連續墻及臨(lin)時(shi)中立(li)柱的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)槽速度。項(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)積極開展“明-暗-蓋挖(wa)(wa)復(fu)雜結構(gou)體系轉換(huan)及其對敏感環境影響、爆破(po)振動(dong)下土(tu)巖水(shui)耦合致災機(ji)理、基于BIM技(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)全過(guo)程(cheng)智慧建(jian)造技(ji)術”等(deng)(deng)關鍵技(ji)術創新攻關,短短4個月便完成(cheng)了56幅地(di)連墻、87根格構(gou)柱建(jian)設成(cheng)功地(di)解(jie)決(jue)了彭(peng)城廣(guang)場站格構(gou)柱托換(huan)、盾(dun)構(gou)過(guo)站、暗挖(wa)(wa)洞(dong)室群施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、地(di)下水(shui)超前探測(ce)及控制(zhi)等(deng)(deng)諸多難(nan)題(ti)。

BIM技術開展智(zhi)慧化管(guan)控,達(da)到國際先進水平

在攻克徐州(zhou)城(cheng)市軌道交(jiao)通1號線彭城(cheng)廣場站(zhan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)題的(de)(de)過(guo)程中(zhong),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)《復雜(za)條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)下地鐵車站(zhan)(彭城(cheng)廣場站(zhan))施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)BIM技(ji)術應用(yong)研究(jiu)》科研小組。利(li)(li)用(yong)BIM的(de)(de)3D建(jian)模(mo)(mo)技(ji)術,同時(shi)為它添加完整(zheng)的(de)(de)、實(shi)(shi)際(ji)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程信(xin)息,使之成(cheng)(cheng)為一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個包含有設(she)計(ji)(ji)意圖、項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)資料(liao)(liao)、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)信(xin)息、材料(liao)(liao)信(xin)息及設(she)計(ji)(ji)管(guan)理數據等(deng)方面信(xin)息的(de)(de)信(xin)息化的(de)(de)三(san)維實(shi)(shi)體(ti)。從(cong)最初(chu)的(de)(de)模(mo)(mo)型構建(jian),到安全、質量、進(jin)度、監測預(yu)警(jing)、設(she)計(ji)(ji)管(guan)理等(deng)模(mo)(mo)塊的(de)(de)建(jian)立(li)、實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)、應用(yong),通過(guo)過(guo)程中(zhong)不斷(duan)摸索,形成(cheng)(cheng)現(xian)在的(de)(de)手(shou)(shou)機(ji)、web、pad端(duan)(duan)軟件(jian)(jian)系統,讓(rang)你可以隨(sui)時(shi)隨(sui)地了解、掌控施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場情(qing)況,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)智(zhi)慧建(jian)造。在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場,每(mei)位施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)員手(shou)(shou)中(zhong)都(dou)手(shou)(shou)持一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)部(bu)安裝有BIM(建(jian)筑(zhu)信(xin)息模(mo)(mo)型)系統APP的(de)(de)手(shou)(shou)機(ji),整(zheng)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)被分解成(cheng)(cheng)若干(gan)呈現(xian)出數字化仿真狀態的(de)(de)模(mo)(mo)型,分別發放(fang)到每(mei)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種手(shou)(shou)中(zhong),就像(xiang)身處(chu)于一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個“微信(xin)群組”中(zhong),每(mei)個節點情(qing)況都(dou)會被第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)時(shi)間分發,完工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后(hou)第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)時(shi)間保(bao)存,在項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收(shou)時(shi),交(jiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收(shou)資料(liao)(liao)將由(you)硬盤(pan)資料(liao)(liao)形式呈現(xian),成(cheng)(cheng)功解決了暗挖洞室群施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、地下水超前(qian)探(tan)測及控制等(deng)諸多難(nan)題。目(mu)(mu)(mu)前(qian),“軌道交(jiao)通智(zhi)慧建(jian)造平(ping)臺Android手(shou)(shou)機(ji)端(duan)(duan)軟件(jian)(jian)系統V1.0”等(deng)4款(kuan)計(ji)(ji)算機(ji)軟件(jian)(jian)系統順利(li)(li)通過(guo)中(zhong)國版權(quan)保(bao)護中(zhong)心審核,獲得國家(jia)版權(quan)局(ju)頒發的(de)(de)計(ji)(ji)算機(ji)軟件(jian)(jian)著(zhu)作(zuo)權(quan)登記證(zheng)書(shu)。 “復雜(za)條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)下地鐵車站(zhan)(彭城(cheng)廣場站(zhan))施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)BIM技(ji)術應用(yong)研究(jiu)”項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)還(huan)被江蘇省住建(jian)廳及業內專家(jia)鑒定(ding)為達到國際(ji)先進(jin)水平(ping)。

自主研發信息(xi)化施工平臺3部(bu),將智慧建造理念深度融入項目施工一線

在(zai)徐州地鐵建(jian)設(she)過(guo)程(cheng)中,項目(mu)(mu)通過(guo)在(zai)施工實(shi)踐過(guo)程(cheng)中不斷(duan)摸索,積累經驗,自主(zhu)研發(fa)了信息化(hua)(hua)施工平(ping)臺(tai)3部(bu)。一(yi)是軌(gui)道交通智慧(hui)建(jian)造(zao)信息平(ping)臺(tai):將BIM與(yu)項目(mu)(mu)管(guan)理邏輯深度融合,做(zuo)到過(guo)程(cheng)BIM、人(ren)人(ren)BIM、智慧(hui)BIM,通過(guo)進度驅動管(guan)理全(quan)要素實(shi)現(xian)(xian)全(quan)過(guo)程(cheng)動態智慧(hui)化(hua)(hua)管(guan)控(kong)。二(er)是盾構施工監(jian)控(kong)平(ping)臺(tai):采用(yong)互(hu)聯網+及大(da)數據分(fen)(fen)析(xi)技術,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)盾構施工過(guo)程(cheng)的即(ji)時(shi)性(xing)、全(quan)方(fang)位、智慧(hui)化(hua)(hua)監(jian)控(kong),解決多(duo)(duo)項目(mu)(mu)群的盾構施工管(guan)理難題。三是安(an)全(quan)智慧(hui)教育平(ping)臺(tai):采用(yong)移動互(hu)聯技術,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)多(duo)(duo)學(xue)習(xi)模塊嵌入、高效(xiao)化(hua)(hua)在(zai)線考試、智慧(hui)化(hua)(hua)統(tong)計分(fen)(fen)析(xi)。實(shi)現(xian)(xian)“標準工作(zuo)流程(cheng)化(hua)(hua)、流程(cheng)工作(zuo)信息化(hua)(hua)、信息工作(zuo)數據化(hua)(hua)及數據利用(yong)智能化(hua)(hua)”的四(si)化(hua)(hua)融合。

建成(cheng)VR安(an)全體(ti)驗館”,豐富安(an)全教育形(xing)式

在(zai)安(an)(an)全教(jiao)育(yu)方(fang)面,徐州(zhou)城市軌道(dao)交通(tong)1號線05標建(jian)設了(le)江蘇省(sheng)軌道(dao)交通(tong)建(jian)設中首家“VR安(an)(an)全體驗館”, VR體驗式安(an)(an)全教(jiao)育(yu)系統針對地鐵施(shi)工(gong)(gong)實際(ji)狀(zhuang)況,有高空(kong)墜(zhui)落、物體打擊、坍(tan)塌、觸(chu)電、機(ji)械傷害等20多種體驗項目,將施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang)常發事故融匯(hui)于虛擬技術,在(zai)VR世界中建(jian)設了(le)一個“真實的”施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang),便于更好的對作業人員(yuan)進(jin)行安(an)(an)全教(jiao)育(yu),提高參(can)建(jian)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的安(an)(an)全意識(shi)和安(an)(an)全技能(neng)。

打響(xiang)地下(xia)鐵道戰,保障(zhang)風險(xian)零(ling)事故

徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)地(di)質情況復雜多(duo)樣,整(zheng)個(ge)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)區間(jian)施(shi)工(gong)難(nan)度(du)極大(da),技術質量要求極高。盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)下穿徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)火(huo)車(che)站16股鐵路(lu),影響范圍(wei)將(jiang)近(jin)200m區間(jian)地(di)質條件復雜,徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)火(huo)車(che)站范圍(wei)地(di)質條件均為(wei)上軟下硬地(di)層(ceng);盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)下穿黃河故道隧(sui)道頂部有12米厚粘(zhan)土(tu)層(ceng);大(da)馬路(lu)橋為(wei)條石(shi)(shi)橋墩,盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)下穿時(shi),毛石(shi)(shi)基礎距隧(sui)道頂只(zhi)有7.22米。面(mian)對眾(zhong)多(duo)風險源,項目組(zu)織成(cheng)立的(de)“盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)突(tu)擊隊”主動(dong)(dong)出擊,通過(guo)制定(ding)精細(xi)嚴(yan)密的(de)施(shi)工(gong)方案(an),在盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)掘進(jin)過(guo)程中,嚴(yan)格控(kong)制掘進(jin)參數,并進(jin)行(xing)了(le)徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)首次帶(dai)壓開倉(cang)工(gong)作。邀請(qing)國內知名盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)專(zhuan)家(jia)先后組(zu)織對此(ci)安全咨(zi)詢會,學(xue)習(xi)國內盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)先進(jin)施(shi)工(gong)經驗。同時(shi)引入自動(dong)(dong)監控(kong)信息化(hua)平(ping)臺,為(wei)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)機掘進(jin)提供第一(yi)手(shou)資料(liao),并通過(guo)對數據的(de)分析,及時(shi)調整(zheng)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)掘進(jin)參數,保(bao)證盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)下穿徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)火(huo)車(che)站期間(jian)安全、平(ping)穩(wen)。僅(jin)僅(jin)用(yong)了(le)76天便完成(cheng)了(le)原本計(ji)劃4個(ge)月的(de)施(shi)工(gong)任(ren)務,高效完成(cheng)了(le)原定(ding)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)任(ren)務。


大國重器(qi),“打洞能手(shou)”盾構機鑿山越(yue)水武(wu)力值MAX

在(zai)地鐵隧(sui)(sui)道挖(wa)掘中必然(ran)會用(yong)(yong)(yong)到(dao)(dao)一(yi)種能在(zai)地底下(xia)(xia)挖(wa)洞的(de)大家(jia)伙,這就是專(zhuan)門(men)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于隧(sui)(sui)道掘進的(de)盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji),常(chang)被(bei)形(xing)象地稱作(zuo)地下(xia)(xia)穿(chuan)山甲。它(ta)是個重達(da)450噸的(de)大塊頭,由刀(dao)盤(pan)、前(qian)盾(dun)(dun)、中盾(dun)(dun)、盾(dun)(dun)尾(wei)、拼裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)、螺旋機(ji)、設備(bei)橋(qiao)架、后(hou)備(bei)臺(tai)車(che)等12個部分(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng),系統驅動(dong)(dong)為液壓(ya)(ya)動(dong)(dong)力(li),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)10kv高壓(ya)(ya)配電,具有自動(dong)(dong)化程(cheng)度高、節省人力(li)、施工速(su)度快、一(yi)次(ci)(ci)成(cheng)型(xing)、不受(shou)氣候影(ying)響、不影(ying)響隧(sui)(sui)道頂(ding)路面交通(tong)等特點(dian)。地鐵隧(sui)(sui)道盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)能前(qian)面吃土(tu)后(hou)面排土(tu),平均每天能在(zai)地下(xia)(xia)掘進10米(mi),比人工開(kai)挖(wa)的(de)效(xiao)率高高8到(dao)(dao)10倍(bei)。盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)就像一(yi)列能鉆地的(de)火車(che)在(zai)運(yun)行(xing),它(ta)的(de)工作(zuo)原理其實(shi)和(he)電動(dong)(dong)剃須刀(dao)有幾分(fen)(fen)相似。當(dang)開(kai)始工作(zuo)時(shi)它(ta)靠著機(ji)身內的(de)千斤頂(ding)給(gei)予的(de)動(dong)(dong)力(li)向前(qian)推動(dong)(dong),旋轉刀(dao)盤(pan)掘開(kai)土(tu)層。挖(wa)掘土(tu)層的(de)同時(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)混凝(ning)土(tu)環(huan)管(guan)(guan)片(pian)貼牢,防止(zhi)土(tu)層塌陷(xian),每次(ci)(ci)掘進一(yi)環(huan)1.2米(mi)長,含6塊管(guan)(guan)片(pian)。而掘進出來的(de)土(tu)則會被(bei)螺旋運(yun)輸機(ji)輸送到(dao)(dao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)載泥土(tu)的(de)車(che)輛上,運(yun)回到(dao)(dao)地面,此后(hou)由管(guan)(guan)片(pian)組(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)將盾(dun)(dun)構管(guan)(guan)片(pian)依次(ci)(ci)進行(xing)拼裝(zhuang)(zhuang),就形(xing)成(cheng)了一(yi)個隧(sui)(sui)道雛形(xing)。

當地鐵遇上(shang)文(wen)物保護,“同和裕銀號”整(zheng)樓平移

“同(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)裕銀(yin)號”舊址是(shi)(shi)徐州(zhou)市(shi)僅存(cun)不(bu)多的(de)、兼有(you)西(xi)式(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)特色的(de)民(min)國(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu),是(shi)(shi)市(shi)級文物(wu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)單位,這(zhe)座民(min)國(guo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)見(jian)證(zheng)(zheng)了徐州(zhou)金融機構(gou)發展歷(li)史(shi),見(jian)證(zheng)(zheng)了徐州(zhou)市(shi)經濟發展歷(li)史(shi)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)。由(you)于建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)位置處于我市(shi)正在(zai)(zai)修建(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)地(di)鐵1號線火車(che)站站施工(gong)范圍(wei)內,因此項目(mu)部(bu)面臨(lin)拆遷和(he)(he)重(zhong)(zhong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)抉擇(ze)。如(ru)果異(yi)地(di)復(fu)建(jian)(jian)(jian),盡管文物(wu)本體(ti)存(cun)在(zai)(zai),但歷(li)史(shi)風貌消失(shi)。經過(guo)徐州(zhou)市(shi)文物(wu)部(bu)門(men)通過(guo)調研論證(zheng)(zheng),借鑒外(wai)地(di)經驗,實施平(ping)移保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)方法,這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)唯一的(de)最(zui)佳選擇(ze),既能(neng)夠(gou)確保(bao)文物(wu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)單位的(de)原真性(xing)和(he)(he)完整(zheng)性(xing),又能(neng)使遷移的(de)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)量(liang)小(xiao)、時間周期短,“同(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)裕銀(yin)號”舊址實施平(ping)移保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)是(shi)(shi)徐州(zhou)市(shi)不(bu)可移動(dong)(dong)(dong)文物(wu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)方法上首次創新。 現場使用三(san)臺SPMT組裝式(shi)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)平(ping)板(ban)車(che)用來(lai)托運平(ping)移樓房,三(san)輛車(che)共計216個(ge)輪胎,可以輕松承載三(san)層小(xiao)樓1300噸的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang),車(che)頭支撐樓房的(de)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂緩(huan)緩(huan)降低后,整(zheng)個(ge)樓體(ti)就落(luo)在(zai)(zai)車(che)身上的(de)橘(ju)黃色千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂上,這(zhe)些橘(ju)黃色千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂能(neng)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)控制讓樓體(ti)在(zai)(zai)拖動(dong)(dong)(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中保(bao)持水平(ping)狀態,由(you)于新址位于現地(di)點西(xi)北方向240米(mi)左右(you),施工(gong)現場空間也受(shou)限制,所(suo)以平(ping)板(ban)車(che)先拖動(dong)(dong)(dong)整(zheng)座建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)先向北幾十(shi)米(mi),再(zai)向西(xi)近(jin)200米(mi),整(zheng)個(ge)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)經過(guo)兩次90度轉彎,最(zui)終安全將(jiang)銀(yin)樓護(hu)(hu)(hu)送(song)到了“新家(jia)”。平(ping)移之后,徐州(zhou)“同(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)裕銀(yin)號”樓將(jiang)不(bu)再(zai)用于商業,將(jiang)整(zheng)體(ti)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)起來(lai),供(gong)市(shi)民(min)、游客參觀(guan)。

采用智能監控系統 實現(xian)施工現(xian)場(chang)智能化管(guan)理(li)

項目(mu)(mu)還(huan)創(chuang)新(xin)“視頻監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)+工地(di)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)管(guan)”新(xin)模式(shi)(shi),在項目(mu)(mu)管(guan)理中借力“互聯(lian)網(wang)+”,在項目(mu)(mu)全(quan)線(xian)部署遠(yuan)程監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)網(wang)絡,充(chong)分運用視頻監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)、在線(xian)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測等有效手段,打造立體式(shi)(shi)、全(quan)覆蓋的智能(neng)化工地(di)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)管(guan)網(wang)絡,實現了對項目(mu)(mu)進度、安全(quan)、揚塵治(zhi)理情(qing)況(kuang)了有效管(guan)控(kong)。

49km地下銀龍縱橫,精度誤差只有0.1mm

34890V電壓撐起地(di)鐵的白天黑夜

系統(tong)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)是(shi)地鐵(tie)安全運(yun)營(ying)的(de)(de)神(shen)經、血液(ye)和大(da)腦,是(shi)地鐵(tie)安全運(yun)營(ying)必(bi)不(bu)可少的(de)(de)重要(yao)組成。隧(sui)道(dao)底部,環網電(dian)(dian)纜整(zheng)齊的(de)(de)布放在(zai)支架上(shang),電(dian)(dian)纜里時刻傳(chuan)輸著地鐵(tie)全部設備(bei)安全運(yun)行所(suo)(suo)需的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流。如果沒有它,地鐵(tie)的(de)(de)世界將(jiang)是(shi)一片漆黑。隧(sui)道(dao)上(shang)部,接觸網靜靜的(de)(de)懸(xuan)掛在(zai)電(dian)(dian)客(ke)車(che)上(shang)方,經過嚴格(ge)測量(liang)計算的(de)(de)導高(gao)拉出值,保證與(yu)電(dian)(dian)客(ke)車(che)的(de)(de)受(shou)電(dian)(dian)弓親(qin)密接觸,為(wei)電(dian)(dian)客(ke)車(che)行駛提(ti)供源(yuan)源(yuan)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流。集中聯鎖區(qu)(qu),信(xin)號(hao)設備(bei)交替閃爍著紅綠(lv)燈,計算不(bu)同的(de)(de)邏輯關(guan)系,保障地鐵(tie)安全運(yun)營(ying)。列車(che)內投放的(de)(de)多媒(mei)體設備(bei)、報時設備(bei)以及乘(cheng)客(ke)和工(gong)作人員的(de)(de)手機(ji),全都有系統(tong)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)來守護。從(cong)停車(che)場、車(che)輛(liang)段的(de)(de)柔性(xing)接觸網到(dao)隧(sui)道(dao)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)的(de)(de)剛(gang)性(xing)接觸網、從(cong)牽引混合變電(dian)(dian)所(suo)(suo)到(dao)跟隨所(suo)(suo)、從(cong)集中聯鎖區(qu)(qu)到(dao)非聯鎖區(qu)(qu)、從(cong)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)到(dao)車(che)站,35kV到(dao)110V,34890V電(dian)(dian)壓讓(rang)地鐵(tie)讀懂夜的(de)(de)黑。

地(di)鐵技(ji)術標準的(de)制定者和行(xing)業(ye)領跑者

一邊是辛苦(ku)的(de)施(shi)工實踐,一邊是細致的(de)理(li)論總(zong)結,建設(she)過程中(zhong),徐州(zhou)(zhou)地(di)鐵1號線的(de)技術工作者(zhe)依托科研課(ke)題和示范(fan)工程,項(xiang)目(mu)先后(hou)編制了《城市軌道(dao)交通工程質量驗(yan)收資料實施(shi)指南(nan)》、《徐州(zhou)(zhou)軌道(dao)交通工程質量標準(zhun)化管(guan)理(li)手冊》、《徐州(zhou)(zhou)軌道(dao)交通工程作業指導書》等一系列地(di)鐵建設(she)的(de)技術指南(nan),中(zhong)國建筑已經成為軌道(dao)交通領(ling)域(yu)的(de)施(shi)工標準(zhun)制定(ding)者(zhe)和行業領(ling)跑者(zhe)。

在施工(gong)(gong)(gong)圍擋設(she)計(ji)方(fang)(fang)面,項目結合(he)(he)當地歷(li)(li)史文化(hua)特點(dian),經(jing)過與(yu)市民充分(fen)(fen)溝通,提煉城市特有(you)的(de)(de)(de)歷(li)(li)史文化(hua)元(yuan)素(su)符號,并(bing)開展“校(xiao)企合(he)(he)作”,委(wei)托江蘇師范大學(xue)美(mei)術(shu)(shu)學(xue)院和中(zhong)國礦業(ye)大學(xue)藝術(shu)(shu)設(she)計(ji)學(xue)院創意完成了施工(gong)(gong)(gong)圍擋方(fang)(fang)案。設(she)計(ji)內容按赤、橙、黃(huang)、綠、青、藍(lan)、紫七種(zhong)顏(yan)色分(fen)(fen)列主題,以透(tou)視的(de)(de)(de)塊(kuai)狀(zhuang)結構點(dian)綴有(you)代表性歷(li)(li)史文化(hua)景點(dian)照片(pian)并(bing)突(tu)出顯示相應站(zhan)點(dian)剖視效果圖,所用各(ge)元(yuan)素(su)編排有(you)序(xu)、內在統一。方(fang)(fang)案整體(ti)基(ji)調(diao)現代、大氣,能夠體(ti)現徐(xu)州(zhou)市歷(li)(li)史文化(hua)名(ming)城特色和軌道交通工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)特點(dian),且(qie)與(yu)周邊背(bei)景環境實(shi)現較好的(de)(de)(de)協調(diao)融合(he)(he)。圍擋內容嚴(yan)格按照“2+1”的(de)(de)(de)模式呈現,即2個(ge)(ge)地鐵(tie)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan),1個(ge)(ge)公益(yi)(yi)性文化(hua)宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)。在1號線和2號線共計(ji)60處圍擋中(zhong),公益(yi)(yi)性文化(hua)宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)占比三分(fen)(fen)之(zhi)一。內容上涵蓋(gai)了地鐵(tie)口(kou)號標語、中(zhong)國傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統歷(li)(li)史文化(hua)及(ji)核心(xin)價值觀的(de)(de)(de)宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)等,嚴(yan)禁任(ren)何商業(ye)性廣(guang)告出現。各(ge)種(zhong)公益(yi)(yi)宣傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)語朗(lang)朗(lang)上口(kou),深入人心(xin),充分(fen)(fen)體(ti)現了徐(xu)州(zhou)市的(de)(de)(de)精神文明(ming)內涵。

打造省級廉(lian)政建(jian)(jian)設(she)示范點,為(wei)項目建(jian)(jian)設(she)保駕護航(hang)

地鐵(tie)專家(jia)手(shou)繪(hui)工程圖 走紅網絡引追捧

地(di)(di)鐵建(jian)設(she)(she)過程中,還出(chu)現(xian)這(zhe)么一位老人(ren),以專(zhuan)業(ye)、細(xi)致精(jing)確的(de)(de)(de)(de)“手(shou)繪工(gong)(gong)程圖”走(zou)紅(hong),讓不懂工(gong)(gong)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)也能(neng)通過這(zhe)些(xie)手(shou)繪圖片了解到地(di)(di)鐵隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大致過程。年近(jin)八旬的(de)(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)鐵專(zhuan)家(jia)張家(jia)識,是徐州1號線彭(peng)城廣(guang)場(chang)站(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)聘專(zhuan)家(jia),他白天深入徐州地(di)(di)鐵1號線彭(peng)城廣(guang)場(chang)站(zhan)基(ji)坑隧(sui)道(dao),并時刻用手(shou)機拍照,記錄暗挖隧(sui)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況,下班(ban)后把白天在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)所(suo)見(jian)所(suo)聞記錄下來,通過漫畫的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式表現(xian)出(chu)來,展現(xian)了“震撼而(er)又接地(di)(di)氣”的(de)(de)(de)(de)徐州地(di)(di)鐵施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)場(chang)景(jing),以此向后來的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)(she)者(zhe)傳授隧(sui)道(dao)暗挖的(de)(de)(de)(de)“18字口訣” ,展現(xian)老一輩設(she)(she)計者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)(de)嚴謹(jin)態(tai)度和(he)“匠人(ren)精(jing)神”。
