賀之(zhi)淵,男,1977年9月出(chu)生(sheng),中共黨員,博士研(yan)究生(sheng),教(jiao)授級高級工程師,主(zhu)要從(cong)事特高壓(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流輸電(dian)(dian)、柔(rou)性直(zhi)(zhi)流輸電(dian)(dian)、大功(gong)率電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)子技術及其在電(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)中的應用(yong)研(yan)究。現任國家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網公(gong)司全球能源互(hu)聯網研(yan)究院直(zhi)(zhi)流輸電(dian)(dian)技術研(yan)究所(suo)所(suo)長(chang)、先(xian)進(jin)輸電(dian)(dian)技術國家(jia)重點(dian)實驗室(shi)副(fu)主(zhu)任、全國輸配電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)子技術標委(wei)(wei)會委(wei)(wei)員等職,是國家(jia)重點(dian)領域創新團(tuan)隊核(he)心(xin)成(cheng)員和北(bei)京市青年拔尖團(tuan)隊負責(ze)人(ren)。
依托多(duo)項國家(jia)02專項、973、863計劃和自然科(ke)學基金等(deng)(deng)重大(da)科(ke)技項目,帶領(ling)團隊實現了(le)我國在高壓(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)領(ling)域基礎理(li)論和關鍵(jian)技術的自主創新突破,相繼(ji)研(yan)制(zhi)出(chu)特高壓(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)換流(liu)閥、柔性(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)系統、高壓(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)斷路(lu)器和大(da)功(gong)率電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)子試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置等(deng)(deng)多(duo)項世界(jie)領(ling)先(xian)的重大(da)電(dian)(dian)力裝(zhuang)備技術,為推動我國堅強(qiang)智能電(dian)(dian)網建設、提高我國特高壓(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)技術的國際(ji)影響力和地位,做出(chu)了(le)突出(chu)貢(gong)獻。
作為國(guo)家973計(ji)劃(hua)項目課題(ti)“提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網可靠性(xing)的大(da)功(gong)(gong)率電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)技術(shu)的基礎理論(lun)研(yan)究”的執行(xing)負責人(ren),帶領(ling)團隊系統(tong)性(xing)完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)(le)大(da)功(gong)(gong)率電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)裝(zhuang)備及其試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)的相關基礎理論(lun)研(yan)究,在(zai)世(shi)界(jie)上首次系統(tong)性(xing)提(ti)出了(le)(le)大(da)功(gong)(gong)率電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)裝(zhuang)置的等(deng)效試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)機理和等(deng)效試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)方法,推(tui)動(dong)建成(cheng)了(le)(le)世(shi)界(jie)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)級最(zui)高、試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)能力(li)(li)(li)最(zui)齊(qi)全的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)系統(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室,促進了(le)(le)我國(guo) 在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)技術(shu)方面的快速(su)發展,增強了(le)(le)我國(guo)在(zai)國(guo)際直(zhi)流輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)領(ling)域的影響力(li)(li)(li)。該試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室已經承擔(dan)了(le)(le)西門子(zi)公(gong)司(si)在(zai)德國(guo)生產的特高壓(ya)換流閥的型式試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)項目,該換流閥將(jiang)應用于(yu)巴(ba)西美(mei)麗山I期±800kV特高壓(ya)直(zhi)流工(gong)程,這也是我國(guo)首次為國(guo)外(wai)換流閥提(ti)供試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)服務。
帶領團(tuan)隊在國(guo)內首次構建了系(xi)(xi)統完(wan)備的(de)柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)技(ji)術理論(lun)體系(xi)(xi),完(wan)成了柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)關鍵技(ji)術攻(gong)關、試驗(yan)能(neng)(neng)力建設(she)、成套(tao)設(she)備研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)、標準規范制(zhi)(zhi)定與工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技(ji)術研(yan)(yan)究,建成世界首條模塊化(hua)多電(dian)(dian)平柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)并網工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(上海(hai)南匯柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)示范工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)),實現了我(wo)國(guo)在柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)領域(yu)的(de)突(tu)破,徹(che)底打(da)破了ABB、SIEMENS兩家跨國(guo)公(gong)司的(de)壟斷,使我(wo)國(guo)成為世界上第三個(ge)具備柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)系(xi)(xi)統設(she)計、研(yan)(yan)發、試驗(yan)等全套(tao)核心能(neng)(neng)力的(de)國(guo)家。上海(hai)南匯柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)示范工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)運行(xing)情況表(biao)明,該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)每年(nian)可使風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)增收節支(zhi)近2000萬元(約占該(gai)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)年(nian)產值的(de)21%)。
為(wei)滿足未來能源(yuan)結構變革和(he)(he)全球能源(yuan)互聯網構建(jian)對于(yu)(yu)大(da)規模清(qing)潔能源(yuan)高(gao)效(xiao)、可(ke)靠接入技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)要求,又開展了更高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)、更大(da)容量(liang)的(de)(de)柔(rou)(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究和(he)(he)核(he)心裝備研(yan)制工作,在國際上率先研(yan)制出±320kV/1000MW柔(rou)(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)換(huan)流(liu)閥及閥控設(she)備,并(bing)(bing)通(tong)過了荷蘭DNV KEMA實驗室的(de)(de)見(jian)證試驗和(he)(he)國家(jia)能源(yuan)局主(zhu)持的(de)(de)科技(ji)(ji)成(cheng)果(guo)鑒定,包括7名(ming)院士在內的(de)(de)鑒定專家(jia)一(yi)致(zhi)認(ren)為(wei)“該成(cheng)果(guo)具有(you)完全知識產(chan)權,處于(yu)(yu)國際領(ling)先水平”。目(mu)前(qian),該技(ji)(ji)術(shu)已經(jing)在額定電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)(he)輸送容量(liang)達世界(jie)之最(zui)的(de)(de)福(fu)建(jian)廈門(men)±320kV柔(rou)(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)輸電(dian)科技(ji)(ji)示范工程中應用,并(bing)(bing)于(yu)(yu)2015年(nian)底正式投(tou)運(yun),實現了柔(rou)(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)輸電(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)領(ling)域的(de)(de)國際引領(ling)。該技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)開發成(cheng)功(gong),為(wei)未來大(da)規模清(qing)潔能源(yuan)并(bing)(bing)網和(he)(he)區域性(xing)(xing)電(dian)網互聯提供(gong)了可(ke)靠、高(gao)效(xiao)的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)手(shou)段,并(bing)(bing)有(you)利于(yu)(yu)促(cu)進靈活、環保(bao)的(de)(de)智能電(dian)網建(jian)設(she)。
作為國家(jia)重(zhong)大科技(ji)(ji)(ji)研發計劃02專項課題負(fu)責人,依托國家(jia)能源局“高壓直流(liu)(liu)斷路器關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)(ji)術研究及樣(yang)機研制(zhi)(zhi)”、國家(jia)自然科學基金項目“多(duo)端直流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統協(xie)調(diao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方法(fa)及保護策略研究”等(deng)重(zhong)大科技(ji)(ji)(ji)項目,開(kai)(kai)發出世(shi)界(jie)上首(shou)(shou)臺200kV高壓直流(liu)(liu)斷路器,建成了(le)(le)世(shi)界(jie)首(shou)(shou)套(tao)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網實時數字和動態模擬(ni)混合平臺,標志(zhi)著我(wo)國在直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網核心裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域取(qu)得了(le)(le)重(zhong)大突破(po),隨(sui)后帶(dai)領團隊開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)了(le)(le)張北冬奧(ao)會直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網示(shi)范工程(cheng)的核心裝(zhuang)備(bei)研制(zhi)(zhi),為我(wo)國未來(lai)直流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)網絡的快速發展(zhan)和大規模清潔能源的高效(xiao)開(kai)(kai)發利用奠定了(le)(le)基礎。
為了滿足我(wo)國西電(dian)(dian)東(dong)送戰略實施,帶領團隊開(kai)展(zhan)了特(te)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓、特(te)大(da)容量(liang)、超遠距離電(dian)(dian)力(li)輸送的特(te)高(gao)壓直流輸電(dian)(dian)及其試驗(yan)(yan)技(ji)術(shu)的研究,作為核心研發人員(yuan)開(kai)發出世界(jie)(jie)首個±800kV和±1100kV特(te)高(gao)壓直流輸電(dian)(dian)換流閥及其成套試驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置,正在開(kai)展(zhan)技(ji)術(shu)成果(guo)的轉化和應用(yong);建(jian)成了世界(jie)(jie)上參數(shu)最高(gao)、功能最齊全的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓大(da)功率(lv)電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)子實驗(yan)(yan)室,以該實驗(yan)(yan)室為主(zhu)體建(jian)設了國家重點實驗(yan)(yan)室。
帶(dai)領團隊完成(cheng)了(le)(le)自(zi)主知識產權的(de)(de)核(he)心技術開發,自(zi)主研制了(le)(le)世界上首(shou)套基于可關斷器件(jian)的(de)(de)移(yi)動式(shi)直流融冰(bing)裝置并實(shi)現示(shi)范應用,顯著提高(gao)了(le)(le)電網(wang)冰(bing)災故(gu)(gu)障響應的(de)(de)靈活性和機動性,增強了(le)(le)電網(wang)的(de)(de)安(an)全穩定運行和抗冰(bing)能力(li),提高(gao)了(le)(le)電網(wang)運行經濟性和事故(gu)(gu)應對能力(li)。項目(mu)成(cheng)果填補了(le)(le)直流融冰(bing)技術領域的(de)(de)國際空白。
作(zuo)為(wei)我國(guo)(guo)高壓直流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)技(ji)術(shu)領(ling)域的(de)專家,先后參加IEC(國(guo)(guo)際電(dian)工委員(yuan)會)和(he)CIGRE(國(guo)(guo)際大電(dian)網(wang)會議組(zu)(zu)織(zhi))等國(guo)(guo)際學術(shu)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)工作(zuo)組(zu)(zu)的(de)電(dian)力(li)科技(ji)前沿性(xing)(xing)專題研究。擔任(ren)多(duo)個(ge)柔性(xing)(xing)直流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)技(ji)術(shu)IEC標準(zhun)工作(zuo)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan),以(yi)及CIGRE B4.48工作(zuo)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan),并參與完成(cheng)相關報(bao)告編寫(xie)和(he)出(chu)版(ban)。還(huan)多(duo)次(ci)受邀參加國(guo)(guo)際高端(duan)學術(shu)會議做主旨報(bao)告,提高了我國(guo)(guo)高壓直流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)國(guo)(guo)際影響(xiang)力(li)。
相關技術(shu)(shu)創新(xin)成(cheng)果(guo)通過成(cheng)果(guo)轉(zhuan)化(hua)應(ying)用,已取得產值(zhi)30億元以上。系列(lie)重大技術(shu)(shu)裝(zhuang)備的(de)自主創新(xin)成(cheng)果(guo),不僅(jin)為我(wo)國(guo)大規(gui)模可再(zai)生能源的(de)并網和(he)(he)電網安全可靠運行提供了有力支(zhi)撐,也使(shi)我(wo)國(guo)在此領域(yu)的(de)核心技術(shu)(shu)和(he)(he)裝(zhuang)備研制水平步入了世(shi)界前列(lie)。
獲國(guo)(guo)家發明二(er)等(deng)獎(jiang)1項,省部(bu)(bu)級(ji)科(ke)技進步一(yi)等(deng)獎(jiang)3項;獲授權發明專(zhuan)利(li)39項,其中(zhong)2項分別(bie)獲中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)專(zhuan)利(li)金(jin)獎(jiang)和(he)(he)優秀獎(jiang);發表學術(shu)論文(wen)60余(yu)篇,參(can)與出(chu)版學術(shu)專(zhuan)著(zhu)3部(bu)(bu);參(can)與編制IEC國(guo)(guo)際(ji)標(biao)準3項、CIGRE導(dao)則2項,牽頭編制國(guo)(guo)家和(he)(he)行業(ye)標(biao)準各1項;獲“國(guo)(guo)家中(zhong)青年(nian)(nian)科(ke)技創新(xin)領(ling)軍人才”、“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)電機工程杰出(chu)青年(nian)(nian)工程師”、“中(zhong)央企(qi)業(ye)青年(nian)(nian)先(xian)鋒”、“北京市青年(nian)(nian)拔尖團(tuan)隊負(fu)責人”、“國(guo)(guo)網(wang)公司(si)特等(deng)勞模”、“國(guo)(guo)網(wang)公司(si)專(zhuan)業(ye)領(ling)軍人才”等(deng)榮譽稱號。
