近(jin)日,從中(zhong)國鐵建獲悉,2023年一季度(du),中(zhong)國鐵建新簽合(he)同總額5396.34億(yi)元(yuan)人民幣,同比(bi)增長15.82%,市(shi)場(chang)開發(fa)經營(ying)勢頭良好。
按(an)地區分布(bu)統(tong)計,中國鐵建境(jing)內新(xin)簽合同(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)5092.83億元人民幣,約占新(xin)簽合同(tong)(tong)的(de)94.38%,同(tong)(tong)比增長17.33%。
按(an)業務(wu)(wu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)型統計,中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵建新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong),工程總(zong)(zong)承包類(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)924個,合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)(zong)額(e)3976.95億(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi),占(zhan)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)(zong)額(e)的73.70%;投資運營類(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)(zong)額(e)434.74億(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi),占(zhan)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)(zong)額(e)的8.06%;綠色環(huan)保類(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)(zong)額(e)202.48億(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi),占(zhan)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)(zong)額(e)的3.75%;規(gui)劃設計咨(zi)詢類(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)(zong)額(e)85.42億(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi),占(zhan)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)(zong)額(e)的1.58%;其他業務(wu)(wu)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)(zong)額(e)696.76億(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi),占(zhan)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)(zong)額(e)的12.91%。在房(fang)地(di)產(chan)開(kai)發項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)經營中(zhong)(zhong),一季(ji)度簽(qian)約銷售(shou)面(mian)積(ji)約131.29萬(wan)平方米,同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比增長73.99%;簽(qian)約銷售(shou)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)額(e)198.40億(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi),同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比增長83.48%。
