近日,從中國鐵建(jian)獲(huo)悉,2023年一季度,中國鐵建(jian)新簽合同(tong)總額5396.34億元人民(min)幣,同(tong)比增長(chang)15.82%,市場開發(fa)經營(ying)勢頭良好。
按地區分布統計(ji),中國鐵(tie)建(jian)境內新(xin)簽合(he)同(tong)總額5092.83億(yi)元人民幣,約占新(xin)簽合(he)同(tong)的94.38%,同(tong)比增長17.33%。
按業(ye)(ye)務類(lei)型統計(ji),中(zhong)國鐵(tie)建新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)合同(tong)(tong)中(zhong),工程(cheng)總承包類(lei)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)項目(mu)924個,合同(tong)(tong)總額(e)(e)3976.95億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)民(min)(min)(min)幣(bi)(bi),占(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)合同(tong)(tong)總額(e)(e)的73.70%;投資運營類(lei)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)合同(tong)(tong)總額(e)(e)434.74億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)民(min)(min)(min)幣(bi)(bi),占(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)合同(tong)(tong)總額(e)(e)的8.06%;綠色環保類(lei)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)合同(tong)(tong)總額(e)(e)202.48億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)民(min)(min)(min)幣(bi)(bi),占(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)合同(tong)(tong)總額(e)(e)的3.75%;規劃設(she)計(ji)咨詢類(lei)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)合同(tong)(tong)總額(e)(e)85.42億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)民(min)(min)(min)幣(bi)(bi),占(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)合同(tong)(tong)總額(e)(e)的1.58%;其他業(ye)(ye)務新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)合同(tong)(tong)總額(e)(e)696.76億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)民(min)(min)(min)幣(bi)(bi),占(zhan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)合同(tong)(tong)總額(e)(e)的12.91%。在(zai)房地產開發項目(mu)經營中(zhong),一季度(du)簽(qian)(qian)約(yue)銷(xiao)售面(mian)積約(yue)131.29萬(wan)平方米,同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長73.99%;簽(qian)(qian)約(yue)銷(xiao)售合同(tong)(tong)額(e)(e)198.40億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)民(min)(min)(min)幣(bi)(bi),同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長83.48%。
據悉,近年(nian)來,中國鐵建堅持(chi)質(zhi)效(xiao)優先,圍繞(rao)中心工作,加快布(bu)局優化、結構調整,在發展中做到經(jing)營提質(zhi)、生產(chan)提能(neng)、發展提效(xiao)。主動融入“雙循環”格局,大(da)(da)力拓展國內國際(ji)兩(liang)個市(shi)(shi)場(chang),加強工作統(tong)籌安排,對重大(da)(da)項目(mu)分(fen)級分(fen)類提級管(guan)理(li),成立經(jing)營專班(ban),確保項目(mu)落(luo)地;堅持(chi)“海外優先”不動搖,抓住“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”10周年(nian)契機,加大(da)(da)國際(ji)化經(jing)營力度,深耕(geng)屬地市(shi)(shi)場(chang),不斷擴(kuo)大(da)(da)海外份額;堅持(chi)量質(zhi)并舉,保持(chi)企業(ye)經(jing)營規模穩增長(chang)的同(tong)時,有側重地承攬符合自身品牌(pai)、發展定位的市(shi)(shi)場(chang)項目(mu),堅持(chi)打造專項能(neng)力、拳頭(tou)(tou)產(chan)品,從經(jing)營源頭(tou)(tou)上構筑品牌(pai)競爭優勢。
今(jin)年以來,中國鐵建工(gong)程承包、綠色環保、工(gong)業制造、房地產開發(fa)、物(wu)資物(wu)流、產業金融、新興產業均保持穩增長態勢。
