【成(cheng)果(guo)簡介】各類新(xin)能(neng)源汽車(che)(che)(che)逆變器(qi)(qi)核(he)心(xin)部件(jian)是(shi)功(gong)(gong)率半導(dao)體模塊,負責(ze)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)轉化為可(ke)調的(de)(de)(de)(de)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機。對(dui)功(gong)(gong)率半導(dao)體模塊的(de)(de)(de)(de)耐壓能(neng)力、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)能(neng)力和耐久壽命均有(you)很高要求。IGBT是(shi)能(neng)源變換(huan)與傳輸(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)核(he)心(xin)器(qi)(qi)件(jian),其作(zuo)用是(shi)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉換(huan),同時IGBT還(huan)承擔電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)(de)(de)高低轉換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)。IGBT是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)核(he)心(xin)技術之(zhi)一,IGBT的(de)(de)(de)(de)好壞(huai)直接影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)(che)功(gong)(gong)率的(de)(de)(de)(de)釋(shi)放速度。目前,IGBT大約(yue)占(zhan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)總(zong)成(cheng)本(ben)的(de)(de)(de)(de)40%以上,而電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機驅(qu)動系統(tong)占(zhan)整(zheng)車(che)(che)(che)成(cheng)本(ben)的(de)(de)(de)(de)20%~30%,也就是(shi)說IGBT占(zhan)整(zheng)車(che)(che)(che)成(cheng)本(ben)的(de)(de)(de)(de)7%~10%,是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)(che)里除電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)外最昂(ang)貴的(de)(de)(de)(de)部件(jian)。東(dong)風公司(si)開發自(zi)主耐壓能(neng)力達(da)750V,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)密(mi)度250A/cm2,工作(zuo)溫(wen)度175℃以上,低損耗,可(ke)廣泛應(ying)用于新(xin)能(neng)源,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機驅(qu)動等領域(yu)。
