趙(zhao)梓(zi)森(sen),男,漢(han)(han),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共黨員(yuan),1932年(nian)生(sheng),郵電(dian)(dian)部(bu)武漢(han)(han)郵電(dian)(dian)科學研究院(yuan)(yuan)(中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)信科集團前身)原總工(gong)程(cheng)師(shi),現任中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)信科集團高級技(ji)術(shu)顧問、“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)光谷”首席科學家,曾任中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)工(gong)程(cheng)院(yuan)(yuan)院(yuan)(yuan)士。他研制出我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)第一根實用型(xing)石(shi)英光纖,創立了我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)自主光纖通(tong)信技(ji)術(shu)方案,被譽為(wei)“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)光纖之父”,由(you)他作為(wei)技(ji)術(shu)帶(dai)頭人(ren)的(de)武漢(han)(han)郵科院(yuan)(yuan),建成了我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)第一條光纜(lan)(lan)通(tong)信工(gong)程(cheng),架設起連通(tong)全國(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)光纖通(tong)信線(xian)路和推動光纖到戶工(gong)程(cheng);他領(ling)銜(xian)吁請黨中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)務(wu)院(yuan)(yuan)批準在武漢(han)(han)建設“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)光谷”,并推動其成為(wei)全球(qiu)最(zui)大(da)的(de)光纖、光纜(lan)(lan)、光電(dian)(dian)器件生(sheng)產基地、最(zui)大(da)的(de)光通(tong)信技(ji)術(shu)研發(fa)基地和我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)在光電(dian)(dian)子信息(xi)領(ling)域參(can)與國(guo)(guo)(guo)際競爭的(de)標志性品牌。

敢為人先,畢生“追光”成就“中國光纖之父”
1973年,趙梓森在(zai)武漢郵(you)科院提出發展(zhan)光(guang)纖通(tong)信(xin)(xin),但(dan)在(zai)當(dang)時,一(yi)無資金,二無資料(liao)和(he)設備,三無實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室,他就(jiu)在(zai)武漢郵(you)電學院(武漢郵(you)科院前身)洗手(shou)間里做(zuo)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。憑著敢(gan)(gan)于創(chuang)新(xin)、敢(gan)(gan)拼(pin)敢(gan)(gan)干(gan)的精(jing)神(shen),經過一(yi)次又一(yi)次的失敗和(he)挫折,攻克了一(yi)個(ge)又一(yi)個(ge)的技術難關,1976年,他終于研制出了第一(yi)根(gen)具(ju)有實(shi)(shi)用價(jia)值的石(shi)英光(guang)纖,并隨后創(chuang)立了我國光(guang)纖通(tong)信(xin)(xin)的技術路線。
他奠定了(le)(le)我國光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)技(ji)術(shu)和產業的(de)基(ji)礎:首(shou)次(ci)確定了(le)(le)我國通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)發(fa)(fa)展的(de)正確方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)---光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin);率先提(ti)出了(le)(le)我國光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)正確的(de)技(ji)術(shu)路線,并(bing)一直沿用至今;創(chuang)立了(le)(le)從改(gai)革開放以來的(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)系統、器件和光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖設計理(li)論體系;首(shou)創(chuang)我國實用化(hua)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖的(de)制作方(fang)(fang)法和制造裝備,成(cheng)功制造第一批(pi)實用化(hua)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖;首(shou)創(chuang)8項光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)工程,推動了(le)(le)我國光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)實現跨越性的(de)發(fa)(fa)展,準確把握了(le)(le)我國光(guang)(guang)(guang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)技(ji)術(shu)發(fa)(fa)展的(de)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)。
他帶(dai)領(ling)團隊主持并完成了從(cong)(cong)“六五(wu)”到“十(shi)五(wu)”期間幾(ji)乎所(suo)有我國(guo)首創(chuang)的(de)從(cong)(cong)光(guang)纖、光(guang)通(tong)信機(ji)、光(guang)電(dian)子器(qi)件、光(guang)測試儀表(biao)到原材料等(deng)全系列(lie)的(de)技術(shu)與產(chan)品(pin);共獲國(guo)家(jia)科學技術(shu)獎(jiang)4項(xiang),指導團隊獲國(guo)家(jia)科學技術(shu)獎(jiang)9項(xiang)、中(zhong)國(guo)專利金獎(jiang)1次,十(shi)大科技進展1次。
他在光通信領域的卓(zhuo)越貢(gong)獻得到國內(nei)外的一致公認(ren),1985年(nian)被中華全國總工(gong)(gong)(gong)會授予(yu)全國優秀科(ke)技工(gong)(gong)(gong)作者和五(wu)一勞(lao)動獎(jiang)章;1989年(nian)被國務院授予(yu)全國先進(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作者;1995年(nian)當選(xuan)中國工(gong)(gong)(gong)程院院士;1997年(nian)被國際電機(ji)電子(zi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程師協會授予(yu)Fellow榮譽稱號(hao)。
銳意進取,倡議并推動建立“中國光谷”
1995年(nian)(nian)(nian),他(ta)作為(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)工程(cheng)院院士首次提出加快武(wu)漢(han)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)子產(chan)(chan)(chan)業發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),將武(wu)漢(han)建設成(cheng)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)性光電(dian)(dian)(dian)子產(chan)(chan)(chan)業基地(di)(di)。2000年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)7日,他(ta)領銜26位院士和專家在(zai)《關于加快技(ji)術創新(xin),發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)子信息產(chan)(chan)(chan)業的(de)(de)建議》上簽名(ming),吁(yu)請黨中(zhong)央、國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)務院批準武(wu)漢(han)建設國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家級光電(dian)(dian)(dian)子信息產(chan)(chan)(chan)業基地(di)(di)——“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光谷(gu)”。同年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)31日,他(ta)被“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光谷(gu)”聘(pin)為(wei)(wei)(wei)首席科學家。2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)2月(yue)28日,在(zai)他(ta)的(de)(de)倡導推動下,科技(ji)部正式批準在(zai)武(wu)漢(han)建立(li)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家光電(dian)(dian)(dian)子信息技(ji)術產(chan)(chan)(chan)業化基地(di)(di),命(ming)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光谷(gu)”。從2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)立(li)項批建到2007年(nian)(nian)(nian),僅(jin)六年(nian)(nian)(nian)時間,“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光谷(gu)”就成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)了世界上最(zui)(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)子產(chan)(chan)(chan)品研發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)基地(di)(di)。如(ru)今,“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光谷(gu)”是全(quan)球最(zui)(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)光纖、光纜和光電(dian)(dian)(dian)器件生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)基地(di)(di),最(zui)(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)光通信技(ji)術研發(fa)(fa)基地(di)(di),在(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家高新(xin)區中(zhong)綜合排名(ming)第四,僅(jin)次于北(bei)京中(zhong)關村、上海張江和深圳高新(xin)區,2018年(nian)(nian)(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業規模已(yi)達1.2萬億元(yuan),成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)民族的(de)(de)品牌(pai)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家的(de)(de)驕傲。
勇于擔當,開啟光通信強國之路
1983年(nian)(nian),他(ta)認識到我國(guo)(guo)(guo)工業(ye)基(ji)礎薄(bo)弱,光(guang)纖(xian)和(he)(he)光(guang)電產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)化(hua)和(he)(he)規(gui)模化(hua)需要尋(xun)求外企合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)。1984年(nian)(nian),他(ta)作(zuo)(zuo)為中(zhong)方技(ji)術負責人,經過認真調研和(he)(he)艱苦談判,于1985年(nian)(nian)與(yu)荷蘭(lan)飛(fei)利(li)浦公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)達成(cheng)協(xie)議(yi)。1988年(nian)(nian)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)建(jian)立(li)中(zhong)外合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)——長飛(fei)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)成(cheng)立(li),1992年(nian)(nian)建(jian)成(cheng)投產(chan)(chan)。面對長飛(fei)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)初(chu)期面臨(lin)(lin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術困難,他(ta)始終親臨(lin)(lin)一(yi)線指導,不斷幫助公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)提高技(ji)術水平。經過6年(nian)(nian)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),到1998年(nian)(nian)長飛(fei)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)生產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)光(guang)纖(xian)質量(liang)已(yi)接近世(shi)界先進水平,量(liang)產(chan)(chan)突破100萬公(gong)(gong)里,現在該(gai)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術和(he)(he)市(shi)場(chang)占(zhan)有率已(yi)大大超過早期技(ji)術合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)飛(fei)利(li)浦公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),成(cheng)為中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)第一(yi)、世(shi)界第二的(de)(de)(de)(de)大型(xing)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)。長飛(fei)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)立(li)和(he)(he)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),抑制了國(guo)(guo)(guo)外產(chan)(chan)品(pin)對中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)纖(xian)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)控制,使得(de)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)光(guang)纖(xian)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)由弱到強,最(zui)終成(cheng)為世(shi)界光(guang)纖(xian)制造大國(guo)(guo)(guo)。2016年(nian)(nian),他(ta)指導完成(cheng)了中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)100Tbit/s(1 Tbit/s=1 000 Gbit/s)實驗,使我國(guo)(guo)(guo)成(cheng)為擁有世(shi)界最(zui)先進光(guang)纖(xian)通(tong)信技(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)(de)3個(ge)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家之(zhi)一(yi)。在他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)參與(yu)和(he)(he)帶領(ling)下,我國(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)纖(xian)通(tong)信產(chan)(chan)業(ye)實現群體突破和(he)(he)騰飛(fei),光(guang)通(tong)信產(chan)(chan)業(ye)規(gui)模和(he)(he)市(shi)場(chang)份(fen)額位(wei)居世(shi)界首(shou)位(wei)。如今,目前(qian)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)信科、長飛(fei)、亨通(tong)三家企業(ye)市(shi)場(chang)總份(fen)額占(zhan)全球(qiu)50%以上,對我國(guo)(guo)(guo)乃至世(shi)界的(de)(de)(de)(de)光(guang)纖(xian)技(ji)術發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)起到了重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)推(tui)動作(zuo)(zuo)用。
2018年(nian)4月26日(ri),習近平總書記在中國(guo)信(xin)科(ke)考察時,親(qin)切詢問他(ta)的(de)身體狀況并指出:“你(ni)們所(suo)從(cong)事的(de)光(guang)通信(xin)行業很重(zhong)要,要建設網絡(luo)強國(guo),需(xu)要你(ni)們加快(kuai)腳步,更快(kuai)地(di)占領(ling)一些(xie)制(zhi)高(gao)點。”這(zhe)正是(shi)他(ta)畢(bi)生的(de)追(zhui)求。
