豐富傳播方式,講好中車紅色文化故事
紅(hong)色(se)基因本質上來說是紅(hong)色(se)文化(hua)的(de)觀念(nian)意識(shi)形態,它必須通過特定(ding)的(de)形式和(he)載(zai)體才能表現出來。要實(shi)現紅(hong)色(se)基因的(de)有效傳承(cheng),實(shi)現紅(hong)色(se)文化(hua)的(de)弘揚傳播,必須不斷推動紅(hong)色(se)基因的(de)形式載(zai)體創新(xin)(xin)和(he)宣傳方式方法的(de)創新(xin)(xin)。
中(zhong)國中(zhong)車(che)努力推動(dong)紅(hong)(hong)色基(ji)因表現形式創新(xin),強化紅(hong)(hong)色文化產品(pin)譜系(xi)建設。一是依托現有紅(hong)(hong)色資源(yuan),充(chong)分(fen)挖掘(jue)利用工(gong)(gong)(gong)業遺產中(zhong)的紅(hong)(hong)色文化資源(yuan),打(da)造愛(ai)國主(zhu)義(yi)教育基(ji)地(di)、機(ji)車(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業展(zhan)覽館、紀(ji)念(nian)館等(deng)建設,開(kai)發(fa)了(le)“長辛店二七紀(ji)念(nian)館”等(deng)特色項目。二是結合重(zhong)大(da)(da)歷(li)史(shi)節點和重(zhong)要事件(jian),舉(ju)辦紀(ji)念(nian)活(huo)動(dong),如結合新(xin)中(zhong)國成立70周年、新(xin)中(zhong)車(che)成立5周年等(deng)事件(jian),舉(ju)辦大(da)(da)型成就展(zhan)。三是通(tong)過文創作品(pin),倡(chang)導(dao)內容豐富、形式多樣、理論深厚的紅(hong)(hong)色文藝(yi)產品(pin)。如以王(wang)荷波(bo)同(tong)志(zhi)在中(zhong)國中(zhong)車(che)開(kai)展(zhan)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)運(yun)史(shi)為題材(cai),編(bian)排了(le)沉(chen)浸式體驗話劇(ju),以此教育和引導(dao)廣大(da)(da)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
