職工提建議 “娘家人”來落實

“能不能開(kai)通工(gong)(gong)(gong)會主席云信箱?”在(zai)近日召開(kai)的2020年中(zhong)鐵(tie)建電氣化(hua)局一公(gong)(gong)司電氣化(hua)分公(gong)(gong)司職工(gong)(gong)(gong)民(min)主管(guan)理暨職工(gong)(gong)(gong)大會上,職工(gong)(gong)(gong)們紛紛建言(yan)獻策(ce)。據悉,這樣的職工(gong)(gong)(gong)大會已在(zai)該公(gong)(gong)司連(lian)續(xu)召開(kai)4年。
近日,中鐵(tie)建電氣化局一公(gong)司獲評“全國廠務公(gong)開(kai)民主管理(li)先進單位”。多年來,該公(gong)司堅持“兩(liang)會(hui)一評議一公(gong)開(kai)一決策”民主管理(li)流程,通過建立健全職工(代(dai)表)大(da)會(hui)制度(du)及基層(ceng)職工大(da)會(hui)制度(du),暢通職工訴求渠道,解決了許多職工普遍關心(xin)的問題。
2017年(nian)(nian)(nian),電氣化分公(gong)(gong)司職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表(biao)訾(zi)陽提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)“為偏遠(yuan)、高寒地區(qu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)發放津貼”的提(ti)(ti)(ti)案。4個(ge)月后,該公(gong)(gong)司就(jiu)試行規定(ding),對在(zai)新疆區(qu)域生產經(jing)營崗(gang)位上的公(gong)(gong)司員工(gong)(gong)增發1000元~2500元不(bu)等(deng)(deng)的津(補)貼。2018年(nian)(nian)(nian),多名(ming)一線職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)在(zai)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)會(hui)(hui)上建議為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)發放冬(dong)季取暖費。經(jing)行政與工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)協商(shang)后,該建議被寫(xie)入(ru)公(gong)(gong)司2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)集(ji)體合同中(zhong)。2019年(nian)(nian)(nian),在(zai)新疆格庫(ku)項目(mu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表(biao)大(da)會(hui)(hui)上,蘇玉(yu)琴等(deng)(deng)幾名(ming)女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu),孩子到了(le)上學的年(nian)(nian)(nian)齡,夫妻雙方都在(zai)外漂著,能否回(hui)(hui)機關或洛陽地鐵(tie)(tie)等(deng)(deng)項目(mu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)?目(mu)前,蘇玉(yu)琴等(deng)(deng)6名(ming)女(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)或回(hui)(hui)總部,或到洛陽地鐵(tie)(tie)項目(mu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。2020年(nian)(nian)(nian),公(gong)(gong)司又將職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表(biao)郭艷麗等(deng)(deng)人(ren)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)的“提(ti)(ti)(ti)高職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)體檢標準的建議”寫(xie)入(ru)了(le)年(nian)(nian)(nian)度集(ji)體合同。
據統計,2017年至今,該公司工(gong)會(hui)已組織133場基層(ceng)職工(gong)大會(hui),民主評議833名基層(ceng)領導干部,解決(jue)職工(gong)建(jian)議208條(tiao),內容涵蓋生(sheng)產經營、安全質量、職工(gong)薪酬福利等(deng)多方面。
