——太陽能公司西中區多措并舉深化提質增效工作
為深入貫徹落實(shi)國資委、集團公司提質增效(xiao)專項行(xing)動工作部(bu)署,太陽能公司西中區(qu)攻堅克難、實(shi)干篤行(xing),面對新形勢和(he)新任務,以“成本最小(xiao)化、指標最優化、效(xiao)果最大化”為目標,建立降本增效(xiao)責任鏈(lian)和(he)落實(shi)網,向管理(li)要效(xiao)率,向運維要效(xiao)益,多(duo)措并舉開展提質增效(xiao)專項行(xing)動。
提(ti)(ti)升電(dian)(dian)(dian)站效(xiao)能,抓(zhua)好提(ti)(ti)質增效(xiao)關鍵點。受疫(yi)情影(ying)響,社會用電(dian)(dian)(dian)負荷下(xia)(xia)降,電(dian)(dian)(dian)站限電(dian)(dian)(dian)率負擔加(jia)重,導致發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能力縮減(jian),為(wei)了(le)減(jian)少限電(dian)(dian)(dian)損失(shi),太陽能公司西中區通過合理調(diao)節電(dian)(dian)(dian)站AGC(自動發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控制Automatic Generation Control),有(you)效(xiao)確保(bao)AGC合格(ge)率、響應時間、準確率各項指標(biao)滿足調(diao)度要(yao)求,提(ti)(ti)升電(dian)(dian)(dian)站效(xiao)能,為(wei)完成全年發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)任務打下(xia)(xia)了(le)堅實基礎(chu)。
截至上(shang)半年(nian)(nian)(nian),太陽能公司(si)下(xia)屬子公司(si)中(zhong)衛公司(si)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量較(jiao)(jiao)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)增加17.2%,阿(a)(a)拉善(shan)公司(si)較(jiao)(jiao)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)增加3.9%,大荔公司(si)較(jiao)(jiao)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)增加6%,固原(yuan)公司(si)較(jiao)(jiao)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)增加11.3%。其中(zhong),阿(a)(a)拉善(shan)一期(qi)項目(mu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量創(chuang)歷史新高(gao),阿(a)(a)拉善(shan)二期(qi)、中(zhong)衛一二三期(qi)項目(mu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量創(chuang)近五年(nian)(nian)(nian)來新高(gao)。騰格(ge)(ge)里公司(si)由于(yu)歷史原(yuan)因一直處(chu)于(yu)虧損(sun)(sun)狀態,為早日摘掉虧損(sun)(sun)企業的帽子,公司(si)上(shang)下(xia)堅持(chi)精(jing)準經(jing)營、科學(xue)調控(kong)、多點發(fa)力,在(zai)全體干部員工的不懈努力下(xia),騰格(ge)(ge)里公司(si)2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)上(shang)半年(nian)(nian)(nian)同(tong)(tong)規(gui)模裝機(ji)較(jiao)(jiao)2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)實現(xian)增發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量24%。
強化(hua)運營管控,抓好(hao)降本(ben)增(zeng)收關鍵點(dian)。太陽能公司(si)西中(zhong)區不斷提升運營管理(li)(li)能力,積極(ji)探索電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站運營新模式,充分發(fa)(fa)揮存量(liang)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價項目(mu)優(you)勢,持續降低(di)(di)運營管理(li)(li)成(cheng)本(ben),努力實現(xian)降本(ben)增(zeng)收。阿拉善(shan)一期項目(mu)通過及(ji)時(shi)更換(huan)破(po)碎(sui)組件,提高營業收入(ru)。原安裝(zhuang)的5兆瓦非晶(jing)組件部分出現(xian)破(po)碎(sui),嚴(yan)重影響(xiang)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang),公司(si)第(di)一時(shi)間組織破(po)碎(sui)組件更換(huan)。更換(huan)后,每(mei)(mei)年(nian)可(ke)提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)約15萬(wan)(wan)度以上,增(zeng)加(jia)收入(ru)約17.25萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。大荔公司(si)積極(ji)進(jin)行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站技改,推進(jin)一次調(diao)頻(pin)系統安裝(zhuang)調(diao)試工(gong)作,自4月份已納(na)入(ru)“兩(liang)個細則”補償目(mu)錄,每(mei)(mei)月可(ke)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網補貼4萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。騰格里(li)公司(si)通過申(shen)請變(bian)更電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價類型,每(mei)(mei)月可(ke)減少廠用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費支出12.3%,全(quan)年(nian)可(ke)減少廠用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費約4.2萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。中(zhong)衛公司(si)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力公司(si)及(ji)周(zhou)圍場站積極(ji)交流學習、摸(mo)索嘗試,通過合理(li)(li)調(diao)節逆變(bian)器(qi)等方(fang)式,降低(di)(di)無(wu)功消耗,減少力調(diao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費,每(mei)(mei)月減少廠用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費3萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)左(zuo)右(you),全(quan)年(nian)可(ke)減少廠用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費36萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。
