近日,廣東建工集(ji)團所屬建科(ke)院自主(zhu)研發(fa)的(de)“智能(neng)(neng)防(fang)疫(yi)通道(dao)”投(tou)入(ru)試用,目(mu)前該(gai)設備正同步(bu)聯系(xi)第三方進行檢(jian)測驗證中。“智能(neng)(neng)防(fang)疫(yi)通道(dao)”通過智能(neng)(neng)化控制,實(shi)現人員身份識(shi)別、體溫檢(jian)測、智能(neng)(neng)防(fang)疫(yi)等功能(neng)(neng),確保(bao)在(zai)快(kuai)速殺菌消(xiao)毒的(de)同時(shi)有(you)效(xiao)避免(mian)交(jiao)叉感染,有(you)助于提高(gao)人流密集(ji)區域的(de)監測效(xiao)率和(he)殺菌消(xiao)毒潔凈度,降(jiang)低人員身體表面(mian)攜帶細菌病毒風險。
“智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)防疫通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)”采用了(le)化學藥劑消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)法(fa)(fa)(fa)、紫外線輻(fu)射法(fa)(fa)(fa)、加熱(re)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)法(fa)(fa)(fa)、高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)滅(mie)菌(jun)、過(guo)濾滅(mie)菌(jun)法(fa)(fa)(fa)等5種(zhong)殺(sha)菌(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)方法(fa)(fa)(fa),可以(yi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)控制實現聯動功能(neng)(neng)。該(gai)裝置在外通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)紅外熱(re)像人(ren)體(ti)測(ce)溫及(ji)身份識別(bie)完成(cheng)初步(bu)篩選;在內(nei)(nei)(nei)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)利用3套殺(sha)菌(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)凈(jing)(jing)化通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)調(diao)節(jie)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)風(feng)(feng)量(liang)(liang)及(ji)合理(li)布置噴口位置,有(you)效(xiao)控制氣(qi)流(liu)流(liu)速和流(liu)向,利用氣(qi)流(liu)組織在內(nei)(nei)(nei)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)以(yi)人(ren)體(ti)腋窩(wo)高(gao)度為界(jie)自(zi)然形成(cheng)上、下(xia)兩(liang)個空(kong)氣(qi)區域,通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)改變送風(feng)(feng)量(liang)(liang)和排(pai)風(feng)(feng)量(liang)(liang)調(diao)控內(nei)(nei)(nei)部空(kong)間與外部空(kong)間的壓(ya)(ya)差,實現殺(sha)菌(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)的同(tong)時(shi)避(bi)免交叉感染風(feng)(feng)險(xian)。其(qi)中,殺(sha)菌(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)凈(jing)(jing)化送風(feng)(feng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)和殺(sha)菌(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)凈(jing)(jing)化內(nei)(nei)(nei)循環風(feng)(feng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)高(gao)速潔(jie)(jie)凈(jing)(jing)空(kong)氣(qi)分層吹(chui)淋(lin)(lin)衣服表(biao)面的細菌(jun)和塵埃,并(bing)由(you)內(nei)(nei)(nei)循環風(feng)(feng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)進(jin)行殺(sha)菌(jun)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)毒(du)和除塵。與此(ci)同(tong)時(shi),排(pai)風(feng)(feng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)將收集到(dao)的氣(qi)體(ti)經高(gao)效(xiao)過(guo)濾殺(sha)菌(jun)后由(you)安(an)全(quan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)排(pai)出,確保吹(chui)淋(lin)(lin)到(dao)人(ren)體(ti)空(kong)氣(qi)潔(jie)(jie)凈(jing)(jing)度的同(tong)時(shi)避(bi)免對外界(jie)壞境產生(sheng)污染。
自疫情發生(sheng)以來,建(jian)科院及所屬建(jian)環中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)研(yan)發團隊發揮科技創新優勢和(he)彰顯(xian)科研(yan)企業責任擔當(dang),立即(ji)啟動(dong)“智能防疫通道”研(yan)發計劃(hua)。在短(duan)短(duan)十幾天的(de)時(shi)間里,建(jian)環中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)研(yan)發團隊克服人員短(duan)缺、設備(bei)(bei)材料(liao)缺乏(fa)、工廠(chang)停工等問題和(he)困(kun)難(nan),日(ri)夜(ye)兼程研(yan)究完善技術方案、模(mo)擬分(fen)析計算,同時(shi)尋找(zhao)代工廠(chang)和(he)設備(bei)(bei)材料(liao)、實現氣流組(zu)織無交叉(cha)感(gan)染設計、快速組(zu)裝(zhuang)測試,相繼攻克諸多技術難(nan)題,最終(zhong)確保“智能防疫通道”研(yan)發順利完成(cheng)并成(cheng)功投入(ru)試用。
