③中國移動:截至2月2日中午,減免參與疫情防控的6535名醫護人員的通信費,為68.6萬名防疫指揮人員、一線醫護人員等開通免停機服務;為8.3億各類手機、寬帶、政企等客戶開通延期停機或緊急復機服務,期限至2月9日。中國移動已在內地31省啟動疫情防控通信保障服務,在全國投入應急保障人員30520人次、10086熱線服務客戶代表15000名、應急車輛8214輛次,免費發送超過80億條公益短信,目前又持續優化、推出4項線上服務舉措:一是整合完善便民服務專區,提供線上繳費查詢、業務辦理和水、電、氣等生活繳費服務,以全方位生活服務降低用戶外出感染風險,1月份為1.57億用戶辦理線上服務;二是自覺履行社會責任,提供疫情信息、防控知識查詢服務;三是面向各級政府、醫療機構、交通運輸等單位免費提供指揮調度、遠程會診、遠程會議、醫療信息宣傳、信息發送等服務;四是面向全國個人用戶開展多項特色新業務免費體驗活動。

國家電(dian)(dian)網、南方(fang)電(dian)(dian)網兩大(da)央企緊急行動,廣(guang)大(da)員(yuan)工加強設備維護、特巡線路,確保人(ren)民群眾用電(dian)(dian)安全(quan)供應。針對疫情防(fang)控一線,兩大(da)電(dian)(dian)網企業(ye)采取“欠費不停電(dian)(dian)”等舉(ju)措(cuo),并在全(quan)國各(ge)地開(kai)通24項網上服務(wu),全(quan)力以赴確保全(quan)國人(ren)民安全(quan)可靠用電(dian)(dian)。
①國家電網:77萬用戶欠費不停電,重點保障1.59萬疫情防控重點單位用電

同時,為(wei)方便客(ke)戶居家線上交費,降(jiang)低病毒交叉感染風險,國(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)推(tui)出兩項(xiang)線上便民(min)舉(ju)措:一是(shi)國(guo)網(wang)客(ke)服(fu)(fu)中心加大宣傳(chuan)提(ti)醒更(geng)多客(ke)戶線上辦理各項(xiang)供電(dian)業務(wu)(wu),目前全網(wang)范圍內線上業務(wu)(wu)流轉順暢,優先(xian)保障湖北特(te)別是(shi)武漢地(di)區的客(ke)戶服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)。二是(shi)網(wang)上國(guo)網(wang)App為(wei)客(ke)戶提(ti)供7×24小時線上辦電(dian)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),網(wang)上國(guo)網(wang)App累(lei)計(ji)注(zhu)冊用戶數突破2900萬人(ren),1月(yue)24日至(zhi)2月(yue)1日,在線客(ke)服(fu)(fu)工(gong)單(dan)超(chao)(chao)過6萬件(jian)、交費超(chao)(chao)過94萬筆(bi)。
②南方電網:疫情防控期間不出門,22項業務指尖辦

3.華潤燃氣:湖北省18市147萬用戶天然氣正常供應 疫情防控期間欠費不停氣
