③中國移動:截至2月2日中午,減免參與疫情防控的6535名醫護人員的通信費,為68.6萬名防疫指揮人員、一線醫護人員等開通免停機服務;為8.3億各類手機、寬帶、政企等客戶開通延期停機或緊急復機服務,期限至2月9日。中國移動已在內地31省啟動疫情防控通信保障服務,在全國投入應急保障人員30520人次、10086熱線服務客戶代表15000名、應急車輛8214輛次,免費發送超過80億條公益短信,目前又持續優化、推出4項線上服務舉措:一是整合完善便民服務專區,提供線上繳費查詢、業務辦理和水、電、氣等生活繳費服務,以全方位生活服務降低用戶外出感染風險,1月份為1.57億用戶辦理線上服務;二是自覺履行社會責任,提供疫情信息、防控知識查詢服務;三是面向各級政府、醫療機構、交通運輸等單位免費提供指揮調度、遠程會診、遠程會議、醫療信息宣傳、信息發送等服務;四是面向全國個人用戶開展多項特色新業務免費體驗活動。


2.兩大電力央企:77萬用戶欠費不停電!全力保障全國人民安全可靠用電
國(guo)家電(dian)網、南方電(dian)網兩大央企(qi)緊急行動(dong),廣大員(yuan)工加(jia)強設備(bei)維護(hu)、特巡線(xian)(xian)路,確(que)保人民(min)群眾用(yong)電(dian)安全(quan)(quan)供應。針(zhen)對疫(yi)情(qing)防控一線(xian)(xian),兩大電(dian)網企(qi)業采取(qu)“欠(qian)費不停電(dian)”等舉措,并在全(quan)(quan)國(guo)各(ge)地開(kai)通24項網上服務,全(quan)(quan)力以赴確(que)保全(quan)(quan)國(guo)人民(min)安全(quan)(quan)可靠(kao)用(yong)電(dian)。
①國家電網:77萬用戶欠費不停電,重點保障1.59萬疫情防控重點單位用電

截至(zhi)2月1日,國家(jia)(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)各單位共(gong)投(tou)入保(bao)(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員82892人(ren)(ren)(ren)、車(che)(che)輛(liang)20103臺(tai)、應急發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)車(che)(che)1045臺(tai)、發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機3334臺(tai),為(wei)2314家(jia)(jia)(jia)定(ding)(ding)點醫院(yuan)、6888家(jia)(jia)(jia)發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)門診(zhen)、1357家(jia)(jia)(jia)防(fang)控(kong)用(yong)品生產企(qi)業(ye)、5048家(jia)(jia)(jia)其(qi)它(ta)重要用(yong)戶(hu)保(bao)(bao)障供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正常,沒有發(fa)(fa)(fa)生停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。國網(wang)湖北公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)出動(dong)(dong)保(bao)(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員1701人(ren)(ren)(ren)、車(che)(che)輛(liang)636臺(tai)、發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)車(che)(che)61臺(tai),為(wei)全省(sheng)153家(jia)(jia)(jia)定(ding)(ding)點醫院(yuan)、562家(jia)(jia)(jia)發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)門診(zhen)、94家(jia)(jia)(jia)防(fang)控(kong)用(yong)品生產企(qi)業(ye)、316家(jia)(jia)(jia)市(shi)政其(qi)他重要用(yong)戶(hu)保(bao)(bao)障供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。其(qi)中,武(wu)漢(han)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)出動(dong)(dong)保(bao)(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員157名、車(che)(che)輛(liang)48臺(tai)、發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)車(che)(che)38臺(tai),保(bao)(bao)障了(le)33家(jia)(jia)(jia)定(ding)(ding)點醫院(yuan)、61家(jia)(jia)(jia)發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)門診(zhen)、23家(jia)(jia)(jia)防(fang)控(kong)用(yong)品生產企(qi)業(ye)、47個重點保(bao)(bao)障單位可(ke)靠(kao)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。并在(zai)疫情防(fang)控(kong)期(qi)間(jian),國家(jia)(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)對(dui)居(ju)民用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)客戶(hu)采取欠費不停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)措施,截至(zhi)1月31日24時,湖北全省(sheng)約77萬用(yong)戶(hu)欠費未停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),其(qi)中,武(wu)漢(han)約50萬戶(hu),其(qi)他地市(shi)合計約27萬戶(hu)。
同時,為(wei)方便(bian)客(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)居(ju)家線上(shang)(shang)交費,降低(di)病毒交叉感(gan)染風(feng)險,國(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)推出(chu)兩(liang)項線上(shang)(shang)便(bian)民舉措:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)國(guo)網(wang)客(ke)(ke)(ke)服中心加大宣傳提(ti)醒更多(duo)客(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)線上(shang)(shang)辦(ban)理(li)各(ge)項供(gong)電(dian)業務(wu),目前全網(wang)范(fan)圍內線上(shang)(shang)業務(wu)流轉順暢,優先保障(zhang)湖北特別是(shi)(shi)武漢地區的客(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)服務(wu)。二是(shi)(shi)網(wang)上(shang)(shang)國(guo)網(wang)App為(wei)客(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)提(ti)供(gong)7×24小時線上(shang)(shang)辦(ban)電(dian)服務(wu),網(wang)上(shang)(shang)國(guo)網(wang)App累計注冊用戶(hu)(hu)數突破(po)2900萬人,1月(yue)24日至2月(yue)1日,在線客(ke)(ke)(ke)服工單超過6萬件、交費超過94萬筆。
②南方電網:疫情防控期間不出門,22項業務指尖辦
疫情防控期(qi)間,南(nan)方(fang)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)各單(dan)位(wei)結合實(shi)際,對(dui)居(ju)民用(yong)電(dian)(dian)客戶(hu)、防疫有關重點用(yong)戶(hu)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)欠費不(bu)(bu)停電(dian)(dian),同(tong)時推出(chu)網(wang)上(shang)服務一(yi)鍵辦理等舉措(cuo),保(bao)障(zhang)客戶(hu)足不(bu)(bu)出(chu)戶(hu)實(shi)現22項業(ye)務線上(shang)辦理。廣(guang)東電(dian)(dian)網(wang)實(shi)行“欠費不(bu)(bu)停電(dian)(dian)”措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)至2020年2月(yue)(yue)29日(ri),1月(yue)(yue)電(dian)(dian)費在2月(yue)(yue)期(qi)間不(bu)(bu)計算(suan)(suan)違約金。深圳(zhen)供電(dian)(dian)局“欠費不(bu)(bu)停電(dian)(dian)”措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)從發布之日(ri)即(ji)1月(yue)(yue)31日(ri)起至2020年3月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)零(ling)點有效(xiao),對(dui)1月(yue)(yue)及2月(yue)(yue)抄表出(chu)賬(zhang)的電(dian)(dian)費在3月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)前不(bu)(bu)計算(suan)(suan)違約金。廣(guang)西電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)、云南(nan)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)、貴州電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)、海南(nan)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)明確疫情防控期(qi)間,全省所(suo)轄服務區域內居(ju)民客戶(hu)采取(qu)欠費不(bu)(bu)停電(dian)(dian)措(cuo)施(shi)(shi),廣(guang)西電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)對(dui)1月(yue)(yue)電(dian)(dian)費在2月(yue)(yue)29日(ri)前繳納(na)不(bu)(bu)計算(suan)(suan)違約金。
3.華潤燃氣:湖北省18市147萬用戶天然氣正常供應 疫情防控期間欠費不停氣
