11月5日至10日,第二屆中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)際進口博(bo)覽(lan)會將(jiang)在上海舉行。作為(wei)進博(bo)會重要(yao)保障單位之一,國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)網上海市電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)公司積極深化泛在電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)物聯網建設,推(tui)動進博(bo)會電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)保障從“以設備為(wei)中(zhong)心”向(xiang)“以數據(ju)為(wei)中(zhong)心”轉變。

依托(tuo)泛在(zai)電力(li)物聯網建(jian)設(she)成(cheng)果,國網上海電力(li)將力(li)爭繼續實現“電網設(she)備零(ling)缺(que)陷、重(zhong)要負荷零(ling)閃(shan)動、供(gong)電服(fu)務零(ling)投訴、安(an)保(bao)反恐零(ling)事(shi)件、人員工作零(ling)差錯、網絡信(xin)息安(an)全零(ling)漏(lou)洞”和“確(que)保(bao)場館供(gong)電萬無一失(shi)、確(que)保(bao)城(cheng)市(shi)基(ji)礎設(she)施供(gong)電萬無一失(shi)、確(que)保(bao)全市(shi)生產(chan)生活用電萬無一失(shi)”的“六(liu)零(ling)三確(que)保(bao)”保(bao)電目(mu)標,為(wei)第二屆進博會提供(gong)“世界會客廳”級(ji)的保(bao)障服(fu)務。

泛在物聯:讓保電更智慧、更全面
今年以(yi)來,國網上(shang)海電力認真(zhen)貫徹落實國家電網公(gong)司“三型兩網、世界一流”戰略(lve)部署,積極探索應(ying)用移動互聯(lian)(lian)、人工智(zhi)能等(deng)現代信息技術(shu),推進電力系統(tong)萬物互聯(lian)(lian)、人機交互,打造(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)全(quan)面(mian)感知、信息高效處理、應(ying)用便捷靈活的泛在電力物聯(lian)(lian)網,助(zhu)力進博會(hui)供電保(bao)障向“智(zhi)慧運營”升(sheng)級。
保電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)作從設備(bei)管(guan)(guan)理走向數(shu)據管(guan)(guan)理,這是(shi)泛在電(dian)(dian)(dian)力物聯(lian)網(wang)為進博會供電(dian)(dian)(dian)保障(zhang)(zhang)帶來(lai)的(de)最深刻的(de)變化(hua)(hua)。以數(shu)據為中心,可(ke)以有(you)助于更快、更精準地發(fa)現設備(bei)問題(ti),尋(xun)找電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)運行短板,再有(you)針對(dui)性地去彌補(bu),從而(er)大大提升(sheng)保電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)作的(de)效(xiao)率及能(neng)(neng)力。例如,針對(dui)保電(dian)(dian)(dian)期(qi)間重(zhong)要(yao)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)通道上的(de)安全問題(ti),可(ke)視化(hua)(hua)監(jian)拍裝(zhuang)置(zhi)能(neng)(neng)夠自動(dong)甄別吊(diao)車(che)、推土(tu)機、挖掘機等外破隱患并及時(shi)(shi)發(fa)出預(yu)警;分布式光纖振動(dong)監(jian)測裝(zhuang)置(zhi)實時(shi)(shi)記(ji)錄電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)振動(dong)情況(kuang),并根(gen)據振動(dong)波(bo)形快速判(pan)斷故障(zhang)(zhang)或隱患位置(zhi);智能(neng)(neng)井蓋實時(shi)(shi)監(jian)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)井內(nei)的(de)環境數(shu)據,在有(you)效(xiao)保障(zhang)(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)通道安全的(de)同時(shi)(shi),還能(neng)(neng)為搶修人(ren)員井下作業(ye)提供參考。

不(bu)僅是輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)通道(dao),如今進博會周(zhou)邊電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)感知裝置已(yi)無處不(bu)在,泛(fan)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)物聯網(wang)建設(she)甚至延(yan)伸至客戶(hu)內部。巡(xun)檢(jian)機器人對變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)內開關柜(ju)的各項(xiang)狀(zhuang)態(tai)指標進行24小時(shi)不(bu)間斷巡(xun)檢(jian);變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)輔控系統不(bu)僅可以精確獲取每個站(zhan)內人員(yuan)的位置,同(tong)時(shi)還能(neng)(neng)對全站(zhan)實施溫(wen)度、濕度、火險、技防(fang)監測;國家會展中心所(suo)有變配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)均安裝了智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)攝像頭、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)監測終(zhong)端(duan)、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)鎖具(ju)等,可以幫(bang)助(zhu)場館運維人員(yuan)完成對設(she)備的遠程(cheng)監控和遠程(cheng)安防(fang)。
海(hai)量的(de)(de)物聯(lian)網數據(ju)在分發、共享和(he)分析利用(yong)中進一(yi)步產(chan)生效益。保電(dian)(dian)核心區內主要(yao)電(dian)(dian)站、線路(lu)、保電(dian)(dian)對(dui)(dui)象、保電(dian)(dian)資(zi)源等關鍵信(xin)息和(he)數據(ju)的(de)(de)采集全面覆蓋,并且以可視(shi)化的(de)(de)方(fang)式呈(cheng)現給保電(dian)(dian)指揮系統,實現對(dui)(dui)電(dian)(dian)網設備(bei)狀態的(de)(de)“全景看”。
同(tong)時(shi),國網(wang)上海電力(li)還重點(dian)打造了(le)物(wu)聯網(wang)管控平(ping)臺(tai)和(he)大數據平(ping)臺(tai),利用(yong)多(duo)維統計分析(xi)、機器(qi)學習(xi)、多(duo)層(ceng)神經(jing)網(wang)絡深度學習(xi)等算(suan)法,建立基于數據驅動的(de)狀態(tai)評價模型、故障診斷和(he)預測模型,實(shi)現對電網(wang)態(tai)勢(shi)的(de)“全息判”。
更為重(zhong)要是(shi)的(de)是(shi),泛(fan)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)力物聯網(wang)(wang)建(jian)設推動了(le)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)底層數據的(de)貫通(tong),這也為保(bao)電(dian)(dian)工作“一圖式”管理打下了(le)基礎。通(tong)過(guo)故障(zhang)點精準定位、停電(dian)(dian)影響范(fan)圍(wei)自動分析、重(zhong)過(guo)載用戶負荷分析等一系列應用拓展,電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)故障(zhang)處置可以(yi)精準化地實現(xian)“全程控”。
“世界會客廳標準”:讓保電更堅強、更高效
盡管首屆(jie)進博會保(bao)電(dian)(dian)工作取得(de)了成(cheng)功,但國網(wang)上(shang)海(hai)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)并未就(jiu)此止(zhi)步不前(qian)。各種新技術帶來的(de)沖(chong)擊(ji),使得(de)國網(wang)上(shang)海(hai)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)上(shang)下充分意識到,原有(you)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)障模式必須進一(yi)步革新和優化(hua)(hua)。今年以來,國網(wang)上(shang)海(hai)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)在固化(hua)(hua)首屆(jie)進博會保(bao)電(dian)(dian)典(dian)型經驗的(de)基礎上(shang),從組織體(ti)系、指(zhi)揮體(ti)系、應急(ji)體(ti)系、技術體(ti)系、業務體(ti)系五個層面對(dui)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)側保(bao)障工作加以規(gui)范,形成(cheng)了基于(yu)泛(fan)在電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)物聯網(wang)服務上(shang)海(hai)“世界會客廳”這一(yi)定位的(de)全(quan)新保(bao)電(dian)(dian)標準。
按照“世界會客廳保電(dian)標準”,國(guo)網(wang)(wang)上海電(dian)力構建(jian)了由(you)1個(ge)(ge)(ge)總指(zhi)揮(hui)部、3個(ge)(ge)(ge)前(qian)方指(zhi)揮(hui)部,以(yi)及20家基(ji)層單位應急(ji)指(zhi)揮(hui)中(zhong)心(xin)組成的保電(dian)指(zhi)揮(hui)體(ti)系(xi)。同(tong)(tong)時(shi),由(you)1個(ge)(ge)(ge)資源供應保障基(ji)地、3個(ge)(ge)(ge)高(gao)壓(ya)搶(qiang)修(xiu)基(ji)地、11家供電(dian)公司、173個(ge)(ge)(ge)網(wang)(wang)格(ge)化供電(dian)保障駐點共同(tong)(tong)組成的應急(ji)體(ti)系(xi)將隨時(shi)準備應對可(ke)能出現的各(ge)類電(dian)網(wang)(wang)突發狀況。

在技(ji)(ji)(ji)術體系上(shang),“世(shi)界會客廳保(bao)(bao)電(dian)(dian)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)”明(ming)確了物聯網(wang)監測設備配置標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)、車輛及單(dan)兵(bing)裝備配置標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)信息通訊(xun)保(bao)(bao)障標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)等(deng),以(yi)確保(bao)(bao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術裝備滿足實(shi)戰任務(wu)要求。除了全面(mian)普及手持(chi)移動終端、對(dui)講機(ji)等(deng)通訊(xun)設備之外(wai),國(guo)網(wang)上(shang)海電(dian)(dian)力今年(nian)還(huan)在保(bao)(bao)電(dian)(dian)工作中首(shou)次引入了AR眼(yan)鏡和數字化(hua)單(dan)兵(bing)系統等(deng)“黑科技(ji)(ji)(ji)”,全面(mian)提(ti)升信息和指令交(jiao)互效率(lv),真(zhen)正意義上(shang)實(shi)現“拼(pin)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術不(bu)拼(pin)人力、拼(pin)管理不(bu)拼(pin)投入”。
而在業(ye)務體(ti)系上,今年(nian)進(jin)博會保(bao)電(dian)期間巡(xun)檢工作將由原(yuan)來的“現場值守,動(dong)態(tai)巡(xun)視”向“智慧看護(hu),主動(dong)干預”轉變(bian)。通過實施新的保(bao)電(dian)標準,今年(nian)的進(jin)博會保(bao)電(dian)有望實現在保(bao)電(dian)對象(xiang)增加近四成(cheng)的情(qing)況下,全部巡(xun)檢蹲(dun)守人員(yuan)(yuan)僅增加約16%,主要場館保(bao)電(dian)路徑(jing)巡(xun)檢人員(yuan)(yuan)減少一半。

根據“世界會客廳保電(dian)標準”的要求(qiu),目前(qian)上(shang)(shang)海電(dian)網(wang)主網(wang)所轄220千伏(fu)及(ji)以上(shang)(shang)變電(dian)站、輸電(dian)線路已(yi)進(jin)入全保護全接線狀態。分(fen)布于全市(shi)的各個(ge)搶(qiang)修(xiu)基地、搶(qiang)修(xiu)駐(zhu)點、搶(qiang)修(xiu)人(ren)員、應(ying)急搶(qiang)修(xiu)車輛(liang)也(ye)已(yi)全部到位,將(jiang)以最(zui)佳狀態迎接進(jin)博會的到來。
在用戶側(ce)保(bao)(bao)障方面,國(guo)網上海(hai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力為展(zhan)會(hui)核(he)心(xin)場館增設了超靜音柴油(you)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機,并接入可快速切換開關的配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)箱,在0.5秒內就(jiu)能完成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源快速切換。同時,核(he)心(xin)場館內所有負荷均串接UPS不間(jian)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,不僅可確保(bao)(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源切換時零閃動,并可持(chi)續供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)60分鐘,從而滿(man)足場館供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)“N-3”保(bao)(bao)障要求。
