6月(yue)22日,中(zhong)船(chuan)重工大(da)(da)(da)(da)船(chuan)集(ji)團為招商輪(lun)船(chuan)建造的全球首艘(sou)30.8萬噸超大(da)(da)(da)(da)型智能原油船(chuan)(VLCC)“凱征”輪(lun)在大(da)(da)(da)(da)連成功交付。招商輪(lun)船(chuan)、大(da)(da)(da)(da)船(chuan)集(ji)團與中(zhong)國船(chuan)貿三(san)方代表在交接船(chuan)證書(shu)上簽字(zi)。
“凱(kai)征”輪(lun)是智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)船(chuan)舶(bo)1.0研發專項“超大(da)型(xing)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)原油船(chuan)示范(fan)應(ying)用”依托工程。此次(ci)成功交付(fu),不僅在世界(jie)大(da)型(xing)遠洋智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)船(chuan)舶(bo)發展進程中具有里程碑意(yi)義,也代(dai)表中國開啟了全球超大(da)型(xing)油輪(lun)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)航運(yun)新篇章(zhang)。

“凱征”輪智(zhi)能(neng)成果(guo)顯著,通(tong)過構建服(fu)務智(zhi)能(neng)系統的網絡(luo)信息平臺(tai),實現了(le)船(chuan)舶航行(xing)輔助自(zi)動駕(jia)駛、智(zhi)能(neng)液貨管(guan)理(li)、綜合能(neng)效管(guan)理(li)、設備運行(xing)維(wei)護、船(chuan)岸(an)一(yi)體通(tong)信五大(da)智(zhi)能(neng)功(gong)能(neng)。“凱征”輪是全球第一(yi)艘獲得(de)中(zhong)國船(chuan)級(ji)(ji)社i-SHIP(I,N,M,Et,C,)及OMBO一(yi)人駕(jia)駛船(chuan)級(ji)(ji)符號的VLCC,填(tian)補(bu)了(le)國際智(zhi)能(neng)VLCC的空白,為大(da)船(chuan)集(ji)團開啟制造+服(fu)務新模式奠定了(le)堅實基礎。
中船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)(gong)大(da)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)集(ji)團副總(zong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)關英華表示(shi),“凱征”輪(lun)是(shi)中船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)(gong)大(da)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)集(ji)團繼2018年(nian)成(cheng)功交付全(quan)球(qiu)首(shou)艘風(feng)帆(fan)助推VLCC項目(mu)后,同招商輪(lun)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)共同打造品牌VLCC的(de)又一(yi)創新力作。智(zhi)能(neng)VLCC項目(mu)從2016年(nian)立項到2019年(nian)實(shi)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)交付,3年(nian)的(de)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)歷程(cheng)中得(de)到了(le)招商輪(lun)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)的(de)大(da)力支持(chi),以及上船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)院(yuan)、系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)院(yuan)、上科所(suo)、海(hai)(hai)蘭(lan)信(xin)、中船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)(gong)704所(suo)等參研(yan)(yan)單位強有力的(de)技(ji)術支撐。在項目(mu)研(yan)(yan)制過(guo)程(cheng)中,中船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)(gong)大(da)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)集(ji)團聯合(he)各參研(yan)(yan)單位共同開展超大(da)型(xing)原(yuan)油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)智(zhi)能(neng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)應用研(yan)(yan)究及專有智(zhi)能(neng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)開發(fa),統(tong)(tong)(tong)籌協調數十(shi)家系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)設備(bei)廠(chang)商進行實(shi)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)相(xiang)關設備(bei)調試。僅用45天保質保量地完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)所(suo)有智(zhi)能(neng)設備(bei)安裝(zhuang)和(he)智(zhi)能(neng)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)系(xi)泊調試工(gong)(gong)作,7天完(wan)成(cheng)所(suo)有試航驗證任務。海(hai)(hai)試期間,全(quan)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)報驗項目(mu)均一(yi)次通(tong)過(guo),通(tong)過(guo)率為(wei)100%。

據(ju)悉,“凱征”輪是中船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重工大船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)集團(tuan)自主研(yan)發的(de)第(di)(di)六代(dai)VLCC,也是成功交付的(de)第(di)(di)97艘VLCC,中船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重工大船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)集團(tuan)目前累計手持訂單達到109艘,超(chao)過(guo)世界營運船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)隊的(de)15%。此(ci)次超(chao)大型智能原油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)的(de)示范應用,通過(guo)加大船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶智能化系統的(de)研(yan)發和(he)集成應用研(yan)究(jiu),將進一(yi)步帶動船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶行(xing)業(ye)的(de)高質量發展。
