6月22日,中(zhong)(zhong)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重(zhong)(zhong)工所屬大(da)連船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)重(zhong)(zhong)工集團(tuan)有限公司設計建造、中(zhong)(zhong)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)集團(tuan)上(shang)海船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)研究設計院負(fu)責(ze)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)系統總體設計的(de)(de)全球(qiu)首(shou)艘(sou)超大(da)型(xing)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)原油(you)(you)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(VLCC)“凱征(zheng)”號(hao)命名交付,該(gai)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)也是全球(qiu)首(shou)艘(sou)獲得智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)貨物管理符(fu)號(hao)(C)的(de)(de)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)。大(da)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)集團(tuan)有關負(fu)責(ze)人表示,該(gai)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)的(de)(de)成(cheng)功建造不僅在世界大(da)型(xing)遠洋智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)發(fa)展(zhan)進程中(zhong)(zhong)具有里(li)程碑意義,也代表中(zhong)(zhong)國開(kai)啟了全球(qiu)超大(da)型(xing)油(you)(you)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)航(hang)運新篇章。
作為智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)船(chuan)(chuan)舶1.0研(yan)發(fa)專項中的(de)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)VLCC示范船(chuan)(chuan),“凱(kai)征”號搭建(jian)了(le)(le)(le)網絡(luo)和(he)信息兩大平臺(tai),集船(chuan)(chuan)舶航行輔助自動(dong)駕駛、智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)液(ye)貨(huo)管理、綜(zong)合能(neng)效(xiao)管理、設備(bei)運行維護、船(chuan)(chuan)岸(an)一體通(tong)信五(wu)大智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)系(xi)統(tong)于一體,在智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化方面實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)五(wu)大突破。該(gai)船(chuan)(chuan)首次將全船(chuan)(chuan)的(de)感知和(he)信息采(cai)集點擴展了(le)(le)(le)2倍以上,是全球(qiu)第一艘獲得(de)中國船(chuan)(chuan)級社(CCS)i-SHIP(I,N,M,Et,C)及OMBO一人駕駛船(chuan)(chuan)級符號的(de)VLCC,填補了(le)(le)(le)國際空白(bai);配備(bei)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)液(ye)貨(huo)管理系(xi)統(tong),不僅實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)液(ye)貨(huo)相關(guan)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)集中監測,還可提(ti)供有效(xiao)的(de)輔助操作決策(ce);完成了(le)(le)(le)開(kai)闊水域輔助避碰(peng)決策(ce)功能(neng)的(de)實(shi)船(chuan)(chuan)驗證(zheng),提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)船(chuan)(chuan)舶航行安全;搭建(jian)了(le)(le)(le)船(chuan)(chuan)岸(an)、船(chuan)(chuan)船(chuan)(chuan)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧通(tong)訊網絡(luo)鏈路(lu),實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)船(chuan)(chuan)岸(an)、船(chuan)(chuan)船(chuan)(chuan)之間大數據的(de)互通(tong)與共享;應用了(le)(le)(le)“平臺(tai)+N個(ge)應用”的(de)理念(nian),為船(chuan)(chuan)企發(fa)展制造+服務積累了(le)(le)(le)寶貴(gui)的(de)經驗。

在(zai)(zai)“凱(kai)征(zheng)”號命名(ming)交付前,項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)技(ji)術研(yan)發(fa)、船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)級社代表就項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)總(zong)體情況(kuang)、智能(neng)系統研(yan)發(fa)情況(kuang)、船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)審核和檢驗等進行了(le)介紹。“C符號是‘凱(kai)征(zheng)’號特(te)有(you)(you)的。”“超大型(xing)智能(neng)原(yuan)油(you)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)示范應用”項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)技(ji)術研(yan)發(fa)負(fu)責人、大船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)集(ji)團(tuan)副(fu)總(zong)工程師(shi)關(guan)英華(hua)在(zai)(zai)接受(shou)本報(bao)記(ji)者采(cai)訪(fang)時表示,“凱(kai)征(zheng)”號和目(mu)前已建(jian)成的智能(neng)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)相(xiang)比,一是船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)型(xing)不(bu)同,二是智能(neng)液貨管理系統獲得了(le)CCS授予的全球首個C符號,其運用為船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)員快速找到(dao)并解決問題提供了(le)技(ji)術幫助,標志著該船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)在(zai)(zai)原(yuan)油(you)裝卸方面實現了(le)智能(neng)化。招商能(neng)源運輸股(gu)份有(you)(you)限公司技(ji)術總(zong)監(jian)吳建(jian)移(yi)向記(ji)者介紹說,這艘智能(neng)VLCC節能(neng)降耗效果顯著,“在(zai)(zai)運輸過程中,每(mei)天可節省(sheng)約1000美元的燃料(liao)成本”。

“凱征”號總長333米(mi),型寬60米(mi),型深30米(mi),設計(ji)吃水20.5米(mi),載重30.8萬噸(dun),主(zhu)機采用MAN B&W 7G80ME-C9.5型發(fa)動(dong)機。2017年,智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)1.0專(zhuan)項(xiang)中(zhong)由大(da)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)集(ji)團牽頭的“超大(da)型智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)原油(you)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)示(shi)范應用”項(xiang)目開(kai)始(shi)實施(shi)。除大(da)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)集(ji)團外,招商(shang)局能(neng)源運(yun)輸股(gu)份有(you)限(xian)公司、CCS、上海(hai)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)院(yuan)(yuan)、中(zhong)國船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)工(gong)業系(xi)統工(gong)程研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)、上海(hai)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)運(yun)輸科學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)所、北京(jing)海(hai)蘭信數據科技股(gu)份有(you)限(xian)公司、中(zhong)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)第七〇四研(yan)究(jiu)所等單位也參與(yu)其中(zhong),共(gong)同(tong)推進(jin)超大(da)型智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)原油(you)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)系(xi)統應用研(yan)究(jiu)及專(zhuan)有(you)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)系(xi)統的開(kai)發(fa)。
