一、招聘崗位
本次公開招聘的經(jing)(jing)理層(ceng)成員均以職業(ye)經(jing)(jing)理人方(fang)式管理。具體崗位(wei)信息如下:
(一)總經理1名
(二)副(fu)總經理(li)1名(分(fen)管生產運營)
(三)副總經理1名(ming)(分(fen)管國內商務)
(四)副總經理1名(分管海外(wai)商務)

二、招聘程序
(一)網上報名
統一(yi)實行網(wang)(wang)上報(bao)名,每(mei)位應聘人員可(ke)報(bao)1個崗位,應聘者(zhe)請登錄華陸工(gong)程科技有限責任公(gong)司官方網(wang)(wang)站(網(wang)(wang)址:)下載報(bao)名資料:
1.請下載并(bing)填寫《華陸工程科(ke)技有限責任公司公開招(zhao)聘申(shen)報(bao)表》(見(jian)附件2),按要求填寫信息,粘貼1寸近期(qi)免冠(guan)彩(cai)色電子照片1張;
2.提交以下證(zheng)(zheng)件(jian)(jian)電子版(照片或(huo)掃描件(jian)(jian)均可,文字圖片要求清晰可辨(bian)),包括但不限(xian)于:身份證(zheng)(zheng)件(jian)(jian)、學歷學位證(zheng)(zheng)件(jian)(jian)、職稱證(zheng)(zheng)件(jian)(jian)、資(zi)格資(zi)質證(zheng)(zheng)件(jian)(jian)、榮譽(yu)證(zheng)(zheng)書證(zheng)(zheng)件(jian)(jian)等;

(二)資格審查
根據(ju)崗(gang)位任職條件及(ji)應聘者提(ti)交的證明材料(liao)進行資(zi)格審(shen)查。華陸公司將通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過電話、短(duan)信及(ji)郵件等(deng)方式通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)知審(shen)查通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過者參加考(kao)核(he)測(ce)試,未通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過者不(bu)再另行通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)知。
(三)考核測試
所有(you)通(tong)(tong)過資格審(shen)查的應聘者需統一參加招聘考核測試,時間地點另行通(tong)(tong)知。
(四)組織考察
根據考(kao)(kao)核(he)測試(shi)結果及崗位實際情(qing)況,確(que)定考(kao)(kao)察對象,并對考(kao)(kao)察人選(xuan)進行(xing)全(quan)面(mian)考(kao)(kao)察,包(bao)括考(kao)(kao)察人選(xuan)的素(su)質、能力(li)、業(ye)績和廉(lian)潔從業(ye)情(qing)況等。
(五)體檢
通過組(zu)織考察(cha)的人(ren)員需提供(gong)三甲醫院出具(ju)的本人(ren)三個月內體(ti)檢(jian)結果(guo)。體(ti)檢(jian)不合格或放(fang)棄體(ti)檢(jian)者(zhe),不予聘用。
(六)聘用公示
對擬聘用人員(yuan)進行任(ren)前公(gong)示,公(gong)示合(he)格后聘任(ren)上(shang)崗。公(gong)示期為5個(ge)工作日。
(七)聘用
公示通過(guo)后,按照華陸工程(cheng)科(ke)技(ji)有限責(ze)任公司有關規定辦理聘用手續。
聘用的職(zhi)(zhi)業經理人與華陸工程科技有限(xian)責(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)公司簽(qian)定3年固定期(qi)限(xian)勞動合(he)同,職(zhi)(zhi)務(wu)(wu)聘期(qi)3年,并(bing)視情況設定不超過(guo)1年的職(zhi)(zhi)務(wu)(wu)試用期(qi)。同時依法簽(qian)訂《聘任(ren)(ren)(ren)合(he)同書(shu)》和(he)《經營業績責(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)書(shu)》,以契約方式明確(que)聘任(ren)(ren)(ren)崗(gang)位、聘任(ren)(ren)(ren)期(qi)限(xian)、任(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)(wu)目標、權(quan)利義務(wu)(wu)、考核(he)評價、薪(xin)酬(chou)標準(zhun)、履職(zhi)(zhi)待遇及福(fu)利、獎懲措施、續聘和(he)解(jie)聘條件、保密要(yao)求、違約責(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)等內容。
三、薪酬待遇
華陸工(gong)程科技有限責(ze)任(ren)公司市場(chang)化(hua)選聘的經(jing)(jing)理層成(cheng)員的薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)包括基本年(nian)薪(xin)、績(ji)效年(nian)薪(xin)、任(ren)期(qi)激勵、特別(bie)獎懲。經(jing)(jing)理層成(cheng)員的薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)分配實(shi)行“業績(ji)與薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)雙對標(biao)”機制,在(zai)統籌考(kao)慮公司發展戰略、經(jing)(jing)營(ying)業績(ji)、薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)策略等因素(su)基礎上確定薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)總水(shui)平(ping),同(tong)時根據(ju)經(jing)(jing)理層成(cheng)員所承(cheng)擔的任(ren)務及履職表現確定具體(ti)薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou),薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)水(shui)平(ping)與同(tong)行業、同(tong)規模(mo)、同(tong)職位、同(tong)業績(ji)的市場(chang)薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)(chou)對標(biao)。
四、其他事項
1.報名(ming)截止日期:2021年2月22日18時(shi)。
