國網(wang)山(shan)西省(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)公(gong)(gong)司是(shi)國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)有限公(gong)(gong)司的全資(zi)子公(gong)(gong)司,以電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)生產、建設、調度、經營(ying)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)規(gui)劃(hua)研(yan)究(jiu)等為主(zhu)營(ying)業務(wu),下設11個市(shi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司、104個縣(xian)級(ji)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司,供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)區(qu)域覆蓋除12個躉(dun)售縣(xian)以外的107個縣(xian)(市(shi)、區(qu)),供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)面積13.55萬(wan)(wan)平(ping)方公(gong)(gong)里,服(fu)務(wu)客戶(hu)1131萬(wan)(wan)戶(hu),全口徑用工總(zong)量5.25萬(wan)(wan)人(ren),肩負著全省(sheng)3700萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)民電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)供(gong)(gong)應的基本使命,承擔著向京津唐、河北、江蘇、湖北等地外送電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)的重要任務(wu)。
國網(wang)山西省電力(li)公司(si)于(yu)(yu)2018年設立博士后科(ke)研工(gong)作站,宗(zong)旨是為(wei)開展能(neng)源互(hu)聯網(wang)長期性(xing)、前瞻(zhan)性(xing)、全(quan)局性(xing)和(he)規(gui)律性(xing)問(wen)題(ti)研究,提供強(qiang)有力(li)的人(ren)才支(zhi)撐(cheng)和(he)智力(li)支(zhi)持。工(gong)作站致力(li)于(yu)(yu)推動山西電網(wang)持續穩定(ding)和(he)安全(quan)發(fa)展,分(fen)析特高(gao)壓(ya)、大(da)(da)電網(wang)運行控制、柔性(xing)直流輸電、新能(neng)源并網(wang)、智能(neng)電網(wang)、高(gao)壓(ya)電纜絕緣材料等(deng)領(ling)域(yu)重大(da)(da)熱(re)點(dian)(dian)、焦點(dian)(dian)問(wen)題(ti),為(wei)山西電網(wang)中長期發(fa)展規(gui)劃等(deng)提供研究報告和(he)政策建(jian)議。工(gong)作站的目標(biao)是通過(guo)健(jian)全(quan)博士后服務體系,全(quan)面實施科(ke)教興(xing)企和(he)人(ren)才強(qiang)企戰略,培養(yang)高(gao)層(ceng)次科(ke)研人(ren)才。
工(gong)作站日常管理(li)工(gong)作由國網山(shan)西省(sheng)電(dian)(dian)力(li)公(gong)司電(dian)(dian)力(li)科學研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)承擔。國網山(shan)西省(sheng)電(dian)(dian)力(li)公(gong)司電(dian)(dian)力(li)科學研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)(簡(jian)稱國網山(shan)西電(dian)(dian)科院(yuan)(yuan))是國網山(shan)西省(sheng)電(dian)(dian)力(li)公(gong)司的科研(yan)支撐(cheng)單位,定位為戰略智(zhi)庫和理(li)論學術基地,負(fu)責(ze)山(shan)西電(dian)(dian)網長期(qi)性、前瞻性、全局性和規律(lv)性問題的研(yan)究(jiu)。
工作站2019年招(zhao)收首屆(jie)博士后,目前(qian)在站博士后2名。
為加(jia)(jia)強電網(wang)技(ji)術領域重大(da)課題研(yan)究(jiu),提高科技(ji)創(chuang)新工(gong)作質量(liang)和水平,為山西電網(wang)加(jia)(jia)速培養和造就年輕的(de)學術帶頭(tou)人和科研(yan)骨干,工(gong)作站面向國內外公(gong)開招(zhao)收(shou)2020級博士后科研(yan)人員(yuan)。
一、招收計劃
工作站(zhan)計劃2020年度招收1名博(bo)士后(hou)。
二、招收條件
1.遵守國家法(fa)律法(fa)規;
2.年齡原則(ze)上在(zai)35周歲以(yi)下,品(pin)學兼優(you)、身體健康;
3.具備較強的科研(yan)能力,具備與研(yan)究課題(ti)相關(guan)的專業背景;
4.2020年應屆博(bo)士畢業生;
5.全(quan)脫產在本站進(jin)行研究工作。
三、研究選題及專業要求
1.電力變壓器(qi)絕緣(yuan)油劣化過程的(de)太赫茲光譜研究
電(dian)力(li)(li)變壓(ya)器(qi)是電(dian)網的(de)(de)重(zhong)要組(zu)成(cheng)部分,對(dui)電(dian)力(li)(li)系統的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)運(yun)行起到至(zhi)關重(zhong)要的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。目前國(guo)內(nei)(nei)變壓(ya)器(qi)大多是油(you)(you)浸式變壓(ya)器(qi)。電(dian)力(li)(li)變壓(ya)器(qi)長時間(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)后(hou),內(nei)(nei)部絕(jue)緣電(dian)介質會出(chu)現劣(lie)化(hua)現象,內(nei)(nei)部絕(jue)緣油(you)(you)會分解析出(chu)多種小分子烴(jing)類。太(tai)赫茲時域光譜是新興的(de)(de)無損檢測技(ji)(ji)術(shu),對(dui)小分子及(ji)分子間(jian)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)力(li)(li)具有非常好(hao)的(de)(de)探測效果(guo)。本課題擬采用(yong)太(tai)赫茲時域光譜技(ji)(ji)術(shu)對(dui)變壓(ya)器(qi)絕(jue)緣油(you)(you)的(de)(de)劣(lie)化(hua)過程(cheng)進(jin)行表征,為電(dian)力(li)(li)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)運(yun)行和故障診斷提供依據(ju)。

2.交聯(lian)聚乙烯電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜狀(zhuang)態(tai)評估及老化研究
交聯聚乙烯(XLPE)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)以(yi)其優異的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣、機(ji)械、熱學等(deng)性能(neng),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)中得(de)到(dao)日益廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用,已經(jing)逐步取代(dai)架(jia)空線、油紙絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)和(he)(he)乙丙橡膠(EPR)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)中有很多XLPE電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)已經(jing)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)了20年以(yi)上,進入事故多發期,其絕緣狀況(kuang)越來越成為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)安全(quan)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)隱(yin)患(huan)。太(tai)赫茲時域光譜是二十一世(shi)紀(ji)初新興的(de)(de)(de)(de)無損光譜檢測技術,對聚合物(wu)中小分子以(yi)及分子間作(zuo)用力(li)非(fei)常敏感,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)老化研究(jiu)中具有非(fei)常好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用前(qian)景。本課題擬依托太(tai)赫茲時域光譜技術研究(jiu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)老化狀態分析評估(gu)體系,可(ke)以(yi)提(ti)前(qian)做好(hao)線路維護(hu)和(he)(he)更換,為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)能(neng)源的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)效(xiao)供給以(yi)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)穩定運(yun)(yun)行(xing)提(ti)供支撐。

3.博(bo)士(shi)(shi)研究生畢業(ye)證(zheng)(zheng)書和(he)博(bo)士(shi)(shi)學位證(zheng)(zheng)書掃(sao)描(miao)件;國(guo)外(wai)獲(huo)得(de)博(bo)士(shi)(shi)學位的留學人員,還需提交(jiao)我(wo)國(guo)駐外(wai)使(領(ling))館出具的留學回國(guo)證(zheng)(zheng)明和(he)教育部出具的博(bo)士(shi)(shi)學位認證(zheng)(zheng)掃(sao)描(miao)件;2020年應屆博(bo)士(shi)(shi)畢業(ye)生可于畢業(ye)后(hou)補(bu)交(jiao);
4.三篇學術研究代表(biao)作;
5.兩位相關學科博士生導師(shi)推(tui)薦意(yi)見(jian)(其(qi)中包括申請人(ren)的博士生導師(shi));
6.身份證(zheng)明掃描(miao)件;
