答:《人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)決定》共分8個(ge)(ge)部(bu)分,23條,11000余字(zi)。8個(ge)(ge)部(bu)分可以(yi)分為3個(ge)(ge)方面(mian)(mian)(mian)內(nei)容(rong)。第(di)(di)一(yi)方面(mian)(mian)(mian)內(nei)容(rong)即第(di)(di)一(yi)部(bu)分,提(ti)出(chu)大(da)力實施人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)強(qiang)國戰(zhan)略是(shi)(shi)新(xin)世紀新(xin)階(jie)段人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)根(gen)(gen)本(ben)任務,闡(chan)(chan)明了實施人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)強(qiang)國戰(zhan)略的(de)科學內(nei)涵、指導思想、根(gen)(gen)本(ben)原則和基本(ben)要求(qiu)。第(di)(di)二(er)方面(mian)(mian)(mian)內(nei)容(rong)是(shi)(shi)第(di)(di)二(er)到(dao)第(di)(di)七部(bu)分,闡(chan)(chan)明了人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)具體(ti)任務和戰(zhan)略抓手,包括(kuo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)培養、人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)評價(jia)和使用、人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)市場(chang)體(ti)系建(jian)設、人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)激(ji)勵和保(bao)障、高層次人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)隊伍建(jian)設、人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)協(xie)調發展等,對當前和今后一(yi)個(ge)(ge)時期的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進行(xing)了全面(mian)(mian)(mian)部(bu)署。第(di)(di)三方面(mian)(mian)(mian)內(nei)容(rong)即第(di)(di)八部(bu)分,提(ti)出(chu)黨管(guan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)原則是(shi)(shi)開(kai)創人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)新(xin)局面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)根(gen)(gen)本(ben)保(bao)證,闡(chan)(chan)明了黨管(guan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)重(zhong)大(da)意義、科學內(nei)涵、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要求(qiu)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)格局。
