王文斌指出,通(tong)過“三(san)個強(qiang)化”、“三(san)個平臺”、設立“三(san)個監(jian)督(du)局”以及“四個進一(yi)步”,進行體制(zhi)機制(zhi)調整,將更加強(qiang)化對(dui)企(qi)業國有(you)資(zi)產(chan)的(de)(de)監(jian)督(du),更加有(you)效發揮監(jian)事會的(de)(de)制(zhi)度(du)優勢,更加充(chong)分發揮監(jian)事會在防止國有(you)資(zi)產(chan)流失方面的(de)(de)重要(yao)作用,努力打造法治央(yang)企(qi)、陽光央(yang)企(qi)。
會(hui)(hui)議還通報了黨的(de)十八大以來監事會(hui)(hui)第五任期履職(zhi)成效和第六任期主要工作。
