王文斌指出,通(tong)過“三個(ge)強化”、“三個(ge)平臺”、設(she)立“三個(ge)監(jian)督局”以及“四個(ge)進一步”,進行體制機制調整,將更(geng)加(jia)強化對(dui)企業國有(you)資產(chan)的監(jian)督,更(geng)加(jia)有(you)效發揮監(jian)事會的制度優勢,更(geng)加(jia)充分發揮監(jian)事會在防止國有(you)資產(chan)流(liu)失方面的重要作用,努力打造法(fa)治(zhi)央(yang)企、陽光(guang)央(yang)企。
會(hui)議還通報(bao)了黨(dang)的十(shi)八(ba)大以來監事(shi)會(hui)第(di)五任期履職(zhi)成(cheng)效和第(di)六任期主(zhu)要工作(zuo)。
