為(wei)認真貫徹落實(shi)習近平總書記對制止(zhi)餐(can)(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)費行(xing)為(wei)作(zuo)出的(de)重要(yao)指示精神,國(guo)資委相(xiang)關行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協會(hui)(hui)(hui)充分發(fa)揮聯系(xi)餐(can)(can)飲(yin)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、貼近餐(can)(can)飲(yin)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)優勢,向全行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)出制止(zhi)浪(lang)費、節約(yue)用餐(can)(can)的(de)倡(chang)議(yi)(yi)。8月(yue)11日,世(shi)界中(zhong)餐(can)(can)業(ye)(ye)(ye)聯合(he)會(hui)(hui)(hui)發(fa)出《關于(yu)“堅(jian)決制止(zhi)餐(can)(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)費行(xing)為(wei)切實(shi)培養節約(yue)習慣,在全社會(hui)(hui)(hui)營造浪(lang)費可恥節約(yue)為(wei)榮(rong)的(de)氛(fen)圍”倡(chang)議(yi)(yi)書》。8月(yue)12日,中(zhong)國(guo)商業(ye)(ye)(ye)聯合(he)會(hui)(hui)(hui)聯合(he)中(zhong)國(guo)連鎖經營行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協會(hui)(hui)(hui)、中(zhong)國(guo)烹飪協會(hui)(hui)(hui)、中(zhong)國(guo)飯店協會(hui)(hui)(hui)以及行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)內相(xiang)關知名企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye),向各(ge)地餐(can)(can)飲(yin)協會(hui)(hui)(hui)、飯店協會(hui)(hui)(hui)、國(guo)家級酒家和(he)住宿餐(can)(can)飲(yin)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、餐(can)(can)飲(yin)外賣服務企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)出《關于(yu)制止(zhi)餐(can)(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)費行(xing)為(wei)培養節約(yue)習慣的(de)倡(chang)議(yi)(yi)書》。
倡(chang)議(yi)書(shu)中(zhong),各行(xing)(xing)業(ye)協(xie)會(hui)從弘(hong)揚(yang)中(zhong)華民(min)族傳(chuan)統(tong)美(mei)德、踐(jian)行(xing)(xing)社會(hui)主義核心價值觀的(de)(de)(de)高度,闡述了制(zhi)(zhi)止(zhi)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)為的(de)(de)(de)重要性,號召廣大(da)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)企業(ye)積極(ji)投身到(dao)節約用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)行(xing)(xing)動中(zhong)去:一(yi)是(shi)加(jia)大(da)節約用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)宣傳(chuan)力度,弘(hong)揚(yang)尊重勞動、勤儉節約的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)統(tong)美(mei)德,倡(chang)導(dao)“文明(ming)就餐(can)(can)(can)(can),杜(du)絕(jue)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)”的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)文化,引導(dao)廣大(da)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者(zhe)自覺抵制(zhi)(zhi)鋪張浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)。二(er)是(shi)創(chuang)新與(yu)節約用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)相適(shi)(shi)應的(de)(de)(de)經營(ying)(ying)服務方式,積極(ji)開發(fa)推廣“小份、適(shi)(shi)價”套(tao)餐(can)(can)(can)(can),推行(xing)(xing)公(gong)筷公(gong)勺、分餐(can)(can)(can)(can)制(zhi)(zhi)、環(huan)保打(da)包(bao)等(deng)(deng)服務方式,回應社會(hui)期(qi)待。三(san)是(shi)推動綠色(se)廚房創(chuang)建,切實減少食材采(cai)購、烹飪(ren)、包(bao)裝等(deng)(deng)各環(huan)節的(de)(de)(de)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei),規(gui)范外賣食品(pin)一(yi)次(ci)性餐(can)(can)(can)(can)具的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)。四是(shi)開發(fa)制(zhi)(zhi)作適(shi)(shi)應不同(tong)人群營(ying)(ying)養需要和(he)口味(wei)特點的(de)(de)(de)菜品(pin),定期(qi)更新菜單,適(shi)(shi)時調整菜式,滿足消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者(zhe)求新求變的(de)(de)(de)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)需求。五(wu)是(shi)推動餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)信(xin)息公(gong)開透(tou)明(ming),公(gong)示(shi)菜品(pin)主輔配(pei)料、口味(wei)、份量等(deng)(deng)內容,方便(bian)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者(zhe)選(xuan)擇,避免(mian)因信(xin)息誤導(dao)造(zao)成食品(pin)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)。倡(chang)議(yi)書(shu)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)布,對餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)樹立綠色(se)發(fa)展理念,營(ying)(ying)造(zao)“文明(ming)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)、節約用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)”的(de)(de)(de)氛圍將起到(dao)積極(ji)推動作用(yong)(yong)(yong)。
