隨著航天工程技術快速發展,航天器有效載荷不斷增加、需求功率不斷增大,迫切需要長壽命、高可靠、輕量化、小型化的新一代蓄電池。我國高軌衛星儲能電池技術落后,難以滿足型號發展需要,亟需開展相關領域技術攻關,解決核心技術受制于人問題。
中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科所屬(shu)第18研(yan)究(jiu)所經(jing)過多年(nian)研(yan)究(jiu),攻(gong)克了(le)鋰離子(zi)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)應(ying)用于高(gao)(gao)軌(gui)衛星的(de)(de)系(xi)列技術難題(ti),取得多項創(chuang)新(xin)成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo):一是突破長(chang)壽命(ming)(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)設計、一致(zhi)性(xing)篩(shai)選、壽命(ming)(ming)建模(mo)與評價技術,掌握長(chang)壽命(ming)(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極制備成(cheng)(cheng)套工藝,大幅提升(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)使用壽命(ming)(ming),研(yan)制的(de)(de)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)全充、全放(fang)循環(huan)壽命(ming)(ming)超過3000次,完全滿(man)足(zu)高(gao)(gao)軌(gui)衛星15年(nian)的(de)(de)壽命(ming)(ming)需(xu)要。二(er)是針對太空(kong)環(huan)境特殊要求,發明新(xin)型(xing)絕(jue)緣密(mi)封結構(gou),解決(jue)薄(bo)壁殼體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)束焊接難題(ti),滿(man)足(zu)機械(xie)振(zhen)動(dong)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解液腐蝕、真空(kong)負壓(ya)(ya)、輻(fu)射老(lao)化和多相(xiang)絕(jue)緣等復(fu)雜(za)條件下,蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)性(xing)和可靠性(xing)要求。三是創(chuang)新(xin)設計3并(bing)套筒式(shi)結構(gou),解決(jue)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)產品機電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱一體(ti)化技術難題(ti),減(jian)小了(le)產品安裝(zhuang)體(ti)積、功率回(hui)路(lu)路(lu)徑(jing)和輸出(chu)阻(zu)抗,降低了(le)整機溫(wen)度梯度和系(xi)統短路(lu)風險(xian)。四是發明自主均(jun)衡矩陣補償(chang)技術,可根據單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)與平均(jun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)比(bi)較關系(xi),對單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)進行(xing)補償(chang)分流,解決(jue)了(le)因電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)自放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導致(zhi)的(de)(de)性(xing)能離散問題(ti),提升(sheng)了(le)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在軌(gui)工作的(de)(de)自主管控水(shui)平。
項(xiang)目(mu)授權(quan)發(fa)明專利5項(xiang),發(fa)表(biao)論文(wen)10篇,獲國防(fang)科技(ji)進(jin)步一等獎1項(xiang),形成(cheng)核心技(ji)術秘密2項(xiang),創造直接經(jing)濟效益3.6億元以上。項(xiang)目(mu)成(cheng)果先后在(zai)北(bei)斗導(dao)航(hang)衛星、“DFH-3B”衛星平臺(tai)等應用,解決了長壽命高軌衛星用高性能(neng)儲能(neng)電池長期(qi)依(yi)賴進(jin)口的問題,為我(wo)國實現關鍵航(hang)天產品“自(zi)主可(ke)控、穩定運行”作出(chu)了重要貢獻。
