近(jin)日,雄(xiong)(xiong)安(an)新區(qu)第一個建設(she)項目——雄(xiong)(xiong)安(an)市民(min)服(fu)務中心(xin)正式(shi)開(kai)園。由中國節能(neng)環(huan)保集團有限公(gong)司(si)牽頭設(she)計、施工的能(neng)源(yuan)供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)系統(tong)、污(wu)水處理(li)系統(tong)已(yi)經交付運行,為園區(qu)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)冬季(ji)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖、夏季(ji)供(gong)(gong)(gong)冷、全(quan)年24小時熱水供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying),以及生(sheng)活(huo)污(wu)水處理(li)等服(fu)務,并為雄(xiong)(xiong)安(an)新區(qu)提(ti)出了“能(neng)源(yuan)供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)+環(huan)境治理(li)”的全(quan)新的綜合解決(jue)方案。

能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)供(gong)(gong)(gong)應系統結合當地實際特(te)點(dian),遵循(xun)“成熟技術+系統創(chuang)新”的(de)(de)設計理念(nian),有效實現了安全(quan)、綠色、清潔、高效的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)目標。一(yi)是(shi)(shi)根(gen)(gen)(gen)據(ju)土(tu)壤(rang)冬暖夏涼的(de)(de)特(te)點(dian),通(tong)過(guo)1510根(gen)(gen)(gen)、深120米(mi)、總(zong)長(chang)超過(guo)25000米(mi)的(de)(de)地埋管(guan),從土(tu)壤(rang)中(zhong)(zhong)提(ti)取淺層地溫(wen)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),為整個(ge)園區提(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)70%-75%的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)來源(yuan);二(er)是(shi)(shi)根(gen)(gen)(gen)據(ju)生活(huo)(huo)污(wu)水冬夏兩(liang)季與環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)度差(cha)大(da)的(de)(de)特(te)點(dian),從園區每(mei)天(tian)產生的(de)(de)生活(huo)(huo)污(wu)水中(zhong)(zhong)提(ti)取能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang),作為輔助供(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)來源(yuan);三(san)是(shi)(shi)根(gen)(gen)(gen)據(ju)河(he)北地區晝夜峰谷電價(jia)差(cha)大(da)的(de)(de)特(te)點(dian),通(tong)過(guo)設置(zhi)1500立方米(mi)的(de)(de)蓄能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)水池(chi)進行儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)調節,夜間(jian)蓄能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、白天(tian)釋能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),進一(yi)步(bu)降(jiang)低電費(fei)支出;四(si)是(shi)(shi)在夏季通(tong)過(guo)回收空(kong)調循(xun)環(huan)水中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),變廢為寶,為整個(ge)園區免費(fei)制備(bei)生活(huo)(huo)熱(re)水。
與單純使(shi)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)+天然氣(qi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)+地(di)熱等(deng)(deng)供能(neng)方(fang)案相(xiang)比(bi),中國節能(neng)提出的(de)(de)技術(shu)方(fang)案在經(jing)濟效益(yi)(yi)、環境效益(yi)(yi)等(deng)(deng)方(fang)面具有明(ming)顯的(de)(de)優勢。與單獨使(shi)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)的(de)(de)供能(neng)方(fang)案相(xiang)比(bi),在初始投資基本(ben)相(xiang)當的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下,運行費用(yong)(yong)大(da)幅降(jiang)低,冬季(ji)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)降(jiang)低三分之(zhi)(zhi)二,夏季(ji)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)降(jiang)低三分之(zhi)(zhi)一,節約能(neng)源折合標(biao)煤超過(guo)600噸,減少(shao)二氧(yang)化碳排放(fang)約1510噸。

“能源供應+環境(jing)治理”方案(an)的(de)一大特(te)點(dian)是(shi)利用(yong)淺(qian)層地(di)溫能,與利用(yong)常規地(di)熱能相比,該(gai)方案(an)能夠最(zui)大程度減(jian)少(shao)對地(di)層的(de)擾(rao)動,避免對地(di)下(xia)水,特(te)別是(shi)中、深層地(di)下(xia)水造成不可恢(hui)復的(de)污染破壞。
同時,污水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)理(li)系統采(cai)取先進的膜(mo)生(sheng)物反應器處(chu)理(li)工(gong)藝和一體化(hua)裝備,日處(chu)理(li)生(sheng)活污水(shui)(shui)(shui)能力500噸。經過處(chu)理(li)后產生(sheng)的再生(sheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui),達到地表四類(lei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)標準(zhun),可用于沖廁、綠化(hua)澆灌、道路噴灑、生(sheng)態補水(shui)(shui)(shui)等,實現水(shui)(shui)(shui)資源的循環使用。
