12月24日,龍(long)(long)巴線第8931道焊(han)口(kou)收住了最后一道光芒,四川(chuan)巴中市(shi)民盼(pan)望(wang)多年的龍(long)(long)巴線全線貫通,老區人民即(ji)將結(jie)束少氣歷(li)史。
龍(long)巴(ba)天然氣輸(shu)(shu)氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)始于儀(yi)隴縣(xian)龍(long)崗輸(shu)(shu)氣站(zhan),止于巴(ba)中市巴(ba)中末站(zhan),全長70.5千(qian)米,設(she)計(ji)年輸(shu)(shu)量5.02億立(li)方米。全線(xian)改擴建站(zhan)場(chang)1座(zuo),新(xin)建站(zhan)場(chang)2座(zuo),新(xin)建閥室3座(zuo)。全線(xian)地(di)形(xing)起伏和地(di)勢高差大(da),除定向鉆(zhan)大(da)型(xing)穿越(yue)恩陽河(he)、大(da)開挖中型(xing)穿越(yue)龍(long)橋河(he)控制性工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)外,30度(du)(du)至75度(du)(du)以上的陡(dou)坡達65處(chu)。為早日建成龍(long)巴(ba)線(xian),西(xi)南油(you)氣田輸(shu)(shu)氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)理處(chu)創新(xin)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理模(mo)式,首次成立(li)由建設(she)、設(she)計(ji)、監(jian)理、檢測等單位(wei)組成的聯(lian)合項目(mu)部,及時溝通和解決問題,提(ti)高執(zhi)行力。今年5月,項目(mu)部組織工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)設(she)計(ji)、監(jian)理、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei),對12處(chu)“難中難”的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)點進行動態設(she)計(ji),確認施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案(an),對10處(chu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)點采取優化常規布(bu)(bu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)方式,減少了輕(qing)軌布(bu)(bu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)及索道(dao)布(bu)(bu)管(guan)(guan)(guan),縮短了工(gong)(gong)(gong)期,節(jie)省了工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)費用。
工程沿線多處管(guan)溝十分陡峭,巖石(shi)異常(chang)堅(jian)硬(ying)(ying),管(guan)道幾乎成“壁掛式”。距(ju)離巴中末站不足200米距(ju)離的A722段,是(shi)龍巴線最(zui)后一(yi)只(zhi)(zhi)攔路虎,這段山體系(xi)碳酸鹽巖,兩(liang)臺水磨鉆一(yi)天只(zhi)(zhi)能向下掘進1.2米。施(shi)(shi)工人員(yuan)克服困難,連續(xu)奮戰4個月,終于啃下了(le)硬(ying)(ying)骨頭。巴中光輝(hui)鎮柏林灣(wan)村83歲(sui)的肖國向說,活了(le)這么大(da)歲(sui)數,從沒見過施(shi)(shi)工難度這么大(da)的工程,巴中通氣實在太(tai)不易。
地貌恢復、水土保持... ...龍巴線(xian)(xian)不(bu)僅是(shi)一條幸福線(xian)(xian),更是(shi)一條綠色線(xian)(xian)。
原設(she)計中,龍巴線穿越巴中南龕山文化風景(jing)區規劃區段,需拆(chai)遷2000平(ping)方(fang)米(mi)的(de)(de)民房。項(xiang)目(mu)部現場辦公,確定了避開房屋(wu)密集區的(de)(de)改線方(fang)案。調(diao)整后,線路總長度比原方(fang)案減少500米(mi),且不占(zhan)用規劃用地,實現了全線無(wu)拆(chai)遷的(de)(de)目(mu)標。
目前,所(suo)有(you)場站、閥室及干線已完成強度和嚴密性試壓,具備進氣條件。
