12月28日,由(you)中國通(tong)號(hao)(hao)提供全線(xian)列車運(yun)(yun)(yun)行控制系(xi)統的石(shi)家莊至(zhi)濟南(nan)客運(yun)(yun)(yun)專(zhuan)(zhuan)線(xian)正式開通(tong)運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)。在中國通(tong)號(hao)(hao)列控系(xi)統“大腦(nao)”和“神經中樞”護航下,石(shi)濟客專(zhuan)(zhuan)將以250公(gong)里時(shi)速運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying),將石(shi)家莊與濟南(nan)兩個省會城市的距離由(you)原來的3小(xiao)時(shi)47分(fen)(fen)縮短至(zhi)最快2小(xiao)時(shi)9分(fen)(fen)鐘。
石濟客(ke)專正(zheng)線全(quan)長310.2公里(li),全(quan)線采用中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國通(tong)(tong)號CTCS-2級列車(che)運行控(kong)制系統(tong)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國通(tong)(tong)號充分發(fa)揮研發(fa)設(she)計、裝備(bei)制造、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)服(fu)務“三位一(yi)體”全(quan)產業(ye)(ye)鏈(lian)優勢,提(ti)供核心(xin)(xin)系統(tong)和(he)裝備(bei)為(wei)石濟客(ke)專開(kai)通(tong)(tong)運營保駕護航。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),列車(che)控(kong)制中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、計算機(ji)聯鎖系統(tong)、臨時限(xian)速服(fu)務器、調(diao)度集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)系統(tong)由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國通(tong)(tong)號旗下研究設(she)計院集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)和(he)卡斯柯信(xin)號公司提(ti)供,ZPW-2000K軌道電路(lu)、LKD2-T2型列控(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、DS6系列計算機(ji)聯鎖、鐵路(lu)信(xin)號監測等裝備(bei)由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國通(tong)(tong)號北(bei)京(jing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)、西安工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)提(ti)供。上海工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)局(ju)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)、通(tong)(tong)號工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)局(ju)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)分別(bie)負責中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵路(lu)濟南局(ju)和(he)北(bei)京(jing)局(ju)管(guan)(guan)段的通(tong)(tong)信(xin)信(xin)號工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),通(tong)(tong)信(xin)信(xin)息集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)負責濟南局(ju)管(guan)(guan)段及(ji)德州東(dong)新增(zeng)客(ke)服(fu)信(xin)息系統(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
石(shi)濟客(ke)專的(de)開(kai)通標志(zhi)著我國(guo)“四縱四橫(heng)”高(gao)速鐵(tie)路(lu)網(wang)中(zhong)的(de)“四橫(heng)”完(wan)(wan)美收官(guan)。這是繼津保鐵(tie)路(lu)開(kai)通后,京滬、京廣兩大高(gao)鐵(tie)線路(lu)在京津冀區(qu)域內第二次互(hu)聯互(hu)通,構成了(le)以北京、天津、石(shi)家莊和德州為基點的(de)京津冀“矩形(xing)(xing)”高(gao)鐵(tie)環(huan)形(xing)(xing)網(wang),結束了(le)中(zhong)西部(bu)城市與沿(yan)海(hai)開(kai)放(fang)地區(qu)沒有直通高(gao)鐵(tie)的(de)歷史,使我國(guo)高(gao)速鐵(tie)路(lu)網(wang)進一步完(wan)(wan)善。
