核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)軟件(jian)的(de)自主(zhu)化是核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自主(zhu)化的(de)重要環節,是一個(ge)國家核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術水平的(de)重要標志(zhi)。目(mu)前,美(mei)國、法國、俄(e)羅斯等核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)強國都擁(yong)有全套核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)軟件(jian),而我國核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)軟件(jian)長期依賴進(jin)口,嚴重制約(yue)了核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術的(de)自主(zhu)化進(jin)程。
國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)投(tou)依托國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)大(da)(da)型先進壓水堆重大(da)(da)專項(xiang),聯合國(guo)(guo)(guo)內核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)行業10余(yu)家(jia)(jia)(jia)優勢科研單位,形成國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)級(ji)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)軟件(jian)(jian)(jian)研發(fa)(fa)(fa)團隊,嚴格按照國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)安(an)全(quan)(quan)標準(zhun)開展核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)關鍵(jian)設計(ji)(ji)軟件(jian)(jian)(jian)自(zi)主(zhu)化研發(fa)(fa)(fa)工作,取得(de)了(le)重大(da)(da)成果:一(yi)是自(zi)主(zhu)開發(fa)(fa)(fa)了(le)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)首套擁有(you)完全(quan)(quan)自(zi)主(zhu)知(zhi)識產(chan)權的(de)(de)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)工程(cheng)設計(ji)(ji)與(yu)安(an)全(quan)(quan)分析(xi)軟件(jian)(jian)(jian)包(bao)COSINE,包(bao)含熱工水力設計(ji)(ji)與(yu)安(an)全(quan)(quan)分析(xi)、堆芯物理(li)設計(ji)(ji)等8個大(da)(da)類、15個軟件(jian)(jian)(jian),覆蓋(gai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)同類軟件(jian)(jian)(jian)80余(yu)項(xiang)功能,具備了(le)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)工程(cheng)設計(ji)(ji)與(yu)安(an)全(quan)(quan)分析(xi)的(de)(de)所有(you)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)心(xin)功能;二是推(tui)動建(jian)立(li)了(le)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)軟件(jian)(jian)(jian)開發(fa)(fa)(fa)與(yu)應(ying)用的(de)(de)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)安(an)全(quan)(quan)導(dao)則與(yu)開發(fa)(fa)(fa)標準(zhun)規范(fan),指導(dao)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)軟件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)開發(fa)(fa)(fa)與(yu)應(ying)用;三是建(jian)立(li)了(le)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)首個相對完整的(de)(de)核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)軟件(jian)(jian)(jian)評估數據(ju)庫,為核(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)軟件(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)證(zheng)與(yu)評估奠定了(le)基(ji)礎。
COSINE軟件(jian)包先后(hou)獲得(de)授權(quan)發(fa)明(ming)專利(li)5項、軟件(jian)著作權(quan)29件(jian)。“核電(dian)關鍵設計軟件(jian)自主化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)研究”課題驗收專家組認為(wei),該(gai)成果整(zheng)體技(ji)術(shu)指標與(yu)性(xing)能達到(dao)國際先進水平,部分關鍵技(ji)術(shu)達到(dao)國際領先水平,是我(wo)國核電(dian)軟件(jian)開發(fa)史(shi)上的第一個重要里程碑(bei)。
2015年12月,COSINE軟件包公開測試(shi)版正式發布,并已試(shi)用于(yu)(yu)CAP1400示范工程的(de)(de)設計校核(he)(he),后(hou)期將(jiang)按照我國(guo)(guo)相關法(fa)規要求,在獲得(de)國(guo)(guo)家核(he)(he)安(an)全監管部(bu)門(men)的(de)(de)使用許可后(hou),正式用于(yu)(yu)核(he)(he)電(dian)廠的(de)(de)工程設計。該成果有助于(yu)(yu)提高我國(guo)(guo)核(he)(he)電(dian)“軟實力(li)”,促進核(he)(he)電(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)自主化發展,對我們建設核(he)(he)電(dian)強國(guo)(guo),加快核(he)(he)電(dian)企業(ye)和(he)核(he)(he)電(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)“走出去(qu)”步伐具(ju)有重要意(yi)義。(國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)投供稿)
