船舶(bo)動力定位與動態(tai)跟蹤系統(DP/DT)是高端(duan)海洋(yang)工程船的(de)(de)關鍵裝置,長期(qi)為少數國(guo)外公司所壟斷。由于缺(que)乏自主的(de)(de)DP/DT技(ji)術(shu), 我國(guo)高端(duan)挖泥船、起重船、海上搜救打(da)撈船等高技(ji)術(shu)海洋(yang)工程裝備(bei),與歐美先進(jin)水平存(cun)在較大差距,制約(yue)著我國(guo)向深遠海發展的(de)(de)步伐。
中交集團聯(lian)合(he)多家企業(ye)、高(gao)校,圍繞海(hai)(hai)上作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)船(chuan)舶精(jing)確(que)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)控(kong)制關鍵(jian)技術(shu),開展技術(shu)攻關,取得重大科技成(cheng)果。一是(shi)實現(xian)了(le)(le)耙(pa)吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)船(chuan)DP/DT控(kong)制方(fang)法(fa)(fa)的突破性(xing)(xing)創新,發(fa)明(ming)(ming)了(le)(le)“測量-濾波與估(gu)計(ji)-時變模型-預測控(kong)制-推力(li)分配”為主線(xian)的耙(pa)吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)船(chuan)DP/DT的系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)性(xing)(xing)技術(shu)及設計(ji)方(fang)法(fa)(fa),建立(li)了(le)(le)海(hai)(hai)洋工程船(chuan)DP/DT控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)技術(shu)體系(xi)(xi)。二是(shi)發(fa)明(ming)(ming)了(le)(le)耙(pa)吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)船(chuan)DP/DT系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)自動(dong)航跡向挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)、動(dong)態跟(gen)蹤(zong)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)、動(dong)態跟(gen)蹤(zong)拋(pao)泥(ni)(ni)、動(dong)力(li)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)扇(shan)形艏噴、定(ding)(ding)點往復挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)等全(quan)自動(dong)控(kong)制策(ce)略(lve)與方(fang)法(fa)(fa),解決(jue)了(le)(le)人工操船(chuan)無(wu)法(fa)(fa)保證施工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)精(jing)度和(he)(he)效率的難(nan)題(ti),實現(xian)了(le)(le)耙(pa)吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)船(chuan)在(zai)遠(yuan)海(hai)(hai)島礁、石油管溝、海(hai)(hai)底電(dian)纜等深(shen)海(hai)(hai)領域的應用(yong)。三是(shi)發(fa)明(ming)(ming)了(le)(le)功(gong)率控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)疏(shu)(shu)浚性(xing)(xing)能(neng)評估(gu)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),研制出與疏(shu)(shu)浚監控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)無(wu)縫集成(cheng)的高(gao)能(neng)效耙(pa)吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)船(chuan)DP/DT系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)產品,實現(xian)了(le)(le)耙(pa)吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)船(chuan)航行全(quan)過程自動(dong)控(kong)制、疏(shu)(shu)浚產量在(zai)線(xian)優(you)化、安全(quan)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)實時決(jue)策(ce)的協同操控(kong),填補了(le)(le)國際高(gao)端耙(pa)吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)船(chuan)自動(dong)化控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的空白。
該成果(guo)(guo)授權發(fa)明專利7項(xiang)、軟(ruan)件著(zhu)作權4項(xiang),公開發(fa)明專利8項(xiang),主編并頒布國家標準和企業標準各(ge)1項(xiang)。中(zhong)國航(hang)海(hai)(hai)學會組織的科技成果(guo)(guo)鑒(jian)定(ding)專家組認為,該成果(guo)(guo)打破了(le)國外(wai)封鎖和壟斷,整體達到國際領先水平。目前(qian),該成果(guo)(guo)應用(yong)于國內船舶建(jian)造廠(chang)家、疏浚公司以(yi)及國家重大工程建(jian)設中(zhong),提高了(le)我國企業在島礁建(jian)設等海(hai)(hai)洋(yang)工程的市場競爭力(li),助推海(hai)(hai)洋(yang)裝(zhuang)備制(zhi)造業跨越式發(fa)展(zhan),為海(hai)(hai)洋(yang)資源(yuan)開發(fa)、遠海(hai)(hai)救助打撈、國際海(hai)(hai)運(yun)通道安(an)全(quan)保障等提供(gong)有力(li)支撐。
