我國(guo)交通(tong)運輸干線面臨(lin)的(de)自然(ran)災(zai)害種類多、頻率高、范(fan)圍廣,給國(guo)民(min)經濟發(fa)展和(he)人民(min)生(sheng)命財產安全帶(dai)來嚴重(zhong)危害。切實提高災(zai)害監(jian)測預警時效性、風(feng)險評估精準性,降低(di)重(zhong)大交通(tong)自然(ran)災(zai)害對社(she)會經濟健康發(fa)展的(de)沖擊和(he)影響,是(shi)我國(guo)亟待解(jie)決的(de)重(zhong)大問題。
中交(jiao)集(ji)團牽頭開展(zhan)技術(shu)攻(gong)關(guan),通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過產學(xue)研(yan)(yan)合作,取得重要技術(shu)突(tu)破(po)。一是(shi)提(ti)出基(ji)于(yu)云計(ji)算(suan)(suan)的(de)(de)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)時(shi)空(kong)(kong)大(da)(da)數(shu)據(ju)存儲理論與協同(tong)處理方(fang)法,在不同(tong)時(shi)空(kong)(kong)尺(chi)度(du)突(tu)破(po)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)干線(xian)空(kong)(kong)間信(xin)息與地(di)面傳(chuan)感(gan)網數(shu)據(ju)的(de)(de)動(dong)態(tai)(tai)更新(xin)和協同(tong)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)技術(shu),研(yan)(yan)制完全(quan)自主可控交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)時(shi)空(kong)(kong)大(da)(da)數(shu)據(ju)系統。二是(shi)開發出區域-單點(dian)(dian)聯(lian)動(dong)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)干線(xian)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)定(ding)量(liang)風(feng)險(xian)評估(gu)技術(shu),以時(shi)空(kong)(kong)大(da)(da)數(shu)據(ju)為(wei)基(ji)礎,建立交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)干線(xian)區域災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)風(feng)險(xian)判識(shi)(shi)模型(xing),研(yan)(yan)發了(le)基(ji)于(yu)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)動(dong)力學(xue)模擬(ni)技術(shu)的(de)(de)重點(dian)(dian)路段單點(dian)(dian)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)風(feng)險(xian)評估(gu)軟件,支撐了(le)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)風(feng)險(xian)評估(gu)從靜態(tai)(tai)到(dao)(dao)動(dong)態(tai)(tai)、從定(ding)性到(dao)(dao)定(ding)量(liang)的(de)(de)重大(da)(da)跨越。三是(shi)率先提(ti)出動(dong)態(tai)(tai)數(shu)據(ju)模型(xing)驅動(dong)的(de)(de)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)立體監測(ce)與融合方(fang)法,創立交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)時(shi)空(kong)(kong)數(shu)據(ju)實時(shi)采(cai)集(ji)與匯聚(ju)技術(shu)體系,從源頭解決單一交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)監測(ce)預(yu)警(jing)方(fang)法覆蓋面積不大(da)(da)、采(cai)樣頻度(du)不高、數(shu)據(ju)精度(du)不足的(de)(de)難題。四(si)是(shi)基(ji)于(yu)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)形(xing)成(cheng)時(shi)的(de)(de)物理量(liang)特征(zheng),建立臨界(jie)閾值計(ji)算(suan)(suan)理論,形(xing)成(cheng)時(shi)空(kong)(kong)大(da)(da)數(shu)據(ju)驅動(dong)的(de)(de)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)監測(ce)預(yu)警(jing)評估(gu)成(cheng)套技術(shu),研(yan)(yan)制了(le)具有自主知識(shi)(shi)產權的(de)(de)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)害(hai)(hai)(hai)監測(ce)預(yu)警(jing)云平臺,預(yu)警(jing)準(zhun)確率達87%,災(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)后損毀評估(gu)精度(du)達93%。
該(gai)項(xiang)(xiang)成果獲得(de)國家(jia)授權專(zhuan)利8項(xiang)(xiang)、軟件著作權18項(xiang)(xiang),獲得(de)省(sheng)部級特等(deng)獎1項(xiang)(xiang)、一等(deng)獎2項(xiang)(xiang)。該(gai)成果應(ying)用于浙江、云南和新(xin)疆等(deng)9個省(sheng)市(shi)的交(jiao)(jiao)通基(ji)礎設(she)施建設(she),提(ti)高了交(jiao)(jiao)通災害防御能力(li),提(ti)升了道(dao)路環境安全性能,為建設(she)全國、區域、重(zhong)點路段三級災害防治體系奠(dian)定了重(zhong)要基(ji)礎。
