反應(ying)性(xing)是(shi)描述(shu)反應(ying)堆(dui)(dui)偏離(li)臨界程度(du)的(de)重(zhong)要動態參數(shu),針對核電站(zhan)開發的(de)反應(ying)性(xing)測(ce)量和(he)動態刻棒(bang)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)是(shi)反應(ying)堆(dui)(dui)零(ling)功率實(shi)驗(yan)階段的(de)重(zhong)要測(ce)試裝(zhuang)置(zhi), 在核電站(zhan)裝(zhuang)料(liao)、倒換料(liao)和(he)運行(xing)期間(jian),有效(xiao)監(jian)測(ce)反應(ying)性(xing)的(de)變化。該裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可在每次堆(dui)(dui)芯(xin)裝(zhuang)載發生變化時(shi),及時(shi)準確地給出反應(ying)性(xing),同時(shi)結合控制(zhi)棒(bang)的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)數(shu)據,通過控制(zhi)棒(bang)的(de)提升或下降,完成對控制(zhi)棒(bang)價值的(de)刻度(du),大(da)大(da)縮短核電站(zhan)的(de)啟動和(he)調(diao)試時(shi)間(jian),是(shi)核電站(zhan)安全性(xing)、可靠性(xing)、經濟性(xing)的(de)重(zhong)要保障。目(mu)前,全球廣泛(fan)應(ying)用的(de)反應(ying)儀多為(wei)國外公司(si)生產,供(gong)貨(huo)不可控且價格昂貴。
為打破國外壟(long)斷,中(zhong)(zhong)廣(guang)核(he)(he)集團積極組(zu)織研發(fa)力(li)量,針(zhen)對核(he)(he)電(dian)站的(de)(de)(de)反應性(xing)儀(yi)與(yu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)刻棒(bang)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)開展技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)攻關(guan),并在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)國工程(cheng)物(wu)理(li)(li)研究院(yuan)、中(zhong)(zhong)國原子能研究院(yuan)等(deng)單(dan)位(wei)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)堆上(shang)(shang)進(jin)行了多次專項試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),對軟硬(ying)件進(jin)行大量修改(gai)與(yu)優(you)化(hua)(hua),最終(zhong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功研發(fa)出反應性(xing)儀(yi)與(yu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)刻棒(bang)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),并應用(yong)于(yu)核(he)(he)電(dian)站。項目(mu)涵蓋了多項核(he)(he)心技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果和創新(xin)(xin)點,涉及(ji)小型化(hua)(hua)結構設計、便捷安全(quan)通信、小電(dian)流采集、動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)刻棒(bang)算法等(deng)多項學科領域(yu)。同(tong)時還建立(li)了適應核(he)(he)電(dian)站數字化(hua)(hua)儀(yi)控(kong)系統集成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)實施規范和項目(mu)管理(li)(li)體系,促進(jin)了自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展和創新(xin)(xin),有效加快核(he)(he)電(dian)儀(yi)控(kong)產業鏈的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)化(hua)(hua)、國產化(hua)(hua)進(jin)程(cheng)。目(mu)前,該技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)已在(zai)陽江核(he)(he)電(dian)站3號機(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)首循環啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)物(wu)理(li)(li)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)上(shang)(shang)圓滿完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了對比試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)項目(mu),經檢驗(yan)(yan)(yan),無論是傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)物(wu)理(li)(li)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),還是動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)刻棒(bang)物(wu)理(li)(li)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),反應性(xing)儀(yi)各項技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)指標均完全(quan)滿足驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收準(zhun)則要求,同(tong)時可靠性(xing)、噪音抑制方法、設備便攜(xie)性(xing)、人(ren)機(ji)接口優(you)化(hua)(hua)、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)數據處理(li)(li)等(deng)方面有鮮明優(you)勢。

該成果打破了國(guo)外同類產品(pin)的壟斷,提升了我國(guo)在核(he)電(dian)站儀控領域的自(zi)主化(hua)及國(guo)產化(hua)能力。成果可廣(guang)泛應用于國(guo)內外研究堆和核(he)電(dian)站,為實現機組性能提升的目標夯實了基礎,同時將(jiang)大幅節省核(he)電(dian)站保護(hu)系統造價及采購成本。
