講好中國故事 實現共贏發展

近(jin)年來,在以(yi)習(xi)近(jin)平同(tong)志為核心的黨中(zhong)央堅(jian)強領導下,中(zhong)國東(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)電氣集團有(you)限公司(si)(下稱“東(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)電氣”)深入學習(xi)貫徹習(xi)近(jin)平新時代(dai)中(zhong)國特色社會主(zhu)義外交思想,緊緊圍繞服務國家總體(ti)外交戰(zhan)略和東(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)電氣改革發展工作,持(chi)(chi)續加強傳播能力建(jian)設,對(dui)外講(jiang)好裝備(bei)(bei)制造的中(zhong)國故事,為“中(zhong)國裝備(bei)(bei)、裝備(bei)(bei)世界”,持(chi)(chi)續提升我國的國際(ji)影響力做出了(le)積極貢獻。在中(zhong)非論(lun)壇上,東(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)電氣簽署(shu)了(le)埃及漢納維6×1100MW潔凈煤燃(ran)(ran)燒項目總承包合同(tong),這是(shi)非洲最大的清潔燃(ran)(ran)煤電站項目,是(shi)我們(men)講(jiang)好中(zhong)國故事,攜手推動(dong)(dong)全球(qiu)能源合作的生動(dong)(dong)體(ti)現(xian)。

走出去、講出去、走進去

一(yi)是積極“走出(chu)(chu)去(qu)”,讓產品(pin)(pin)(pin)和(he)項目“講(jiang)好(hao)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)故事(shi)”。開(kai)拓“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”沿線市(shi)場(chang),增強(qiang)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)產品(pin)(pin)(pin)和(he)技術的市(shi)場(chang)影(ying)響力(li)。我們與(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)金融機構、信保機構、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)開(kai)發(fa)商和(he)工程承(cheng)包企業(ye)的團結協作,發(fa)揮中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)企業(ye)集體(ti)力(li)量,執行(xing)了(le)(le)印尼龍灣火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)EPC項目、越(yue)南沿海火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)EPC項目等一(yi)系列重大(da)(da)項目,在“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”沿線市(shi)場(chang)產生(sheng)了(le)(le)重要的市(shi)場(chang)影(ying)響力(li)。截至目前,東方(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)已在國(guo)(guo)(guo)際市(shi)場(chang)承(cheng)建大(da)(da)、中(zhong)(zhong)、小型水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、氣(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、風(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、太陽能(neng)等各類(lei)項目100多(duo)(duo)個,大(da)(da)型裝(zhuang)備(bei)產品(pin)(pin)(pin)和(he)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)出(chu)(chu)口近80個國(guo)(guo)(guo)家和(he)地區,發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備(bei)出(chu)(chu)口超過(guo)(guo)8400萬千瓦,創造(zao)了(le)(le)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備(bei)出(chu)(chu)口史上(shang)多(duo)(duo)項第一(yi),連續24年入(ru)選ENR全球(qiu)250家最大(da)(da)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際承(cheng)包商之列。積極參(can)與(yu)海外可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)源(yuan)建設,樹立東方(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)綠色發(fa)展的品(pin)(pin)(pin)牌形象。先后(hou)裝(zhuang)備(bei)了(le)(le)“非(fei)洲(zhou)三(san)峽”埃塞吉布3水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站和(he)世(shi)界(jie)最大(da)(da)的貫(guan)流式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站南美巴西(xi)杰瑞水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站,已承(cheng)接海外可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)源(yuan)項目超過(guo)(guo)20億美元(yuan),風(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)進(jin)入(ru)北歐、非(fei)洲(zhou)、俄羅(luo)斯等市(shi)場(chang),光伏進(jin)入(ru)東南亞及非(fei)洲(zhou)市(shi)場(chang),向(xiang)全世(shi)界(jie)傳遞出(chu)(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)企業(ye)致力(li)于綠色發(fa)展的信心和(he)決心。加(jia)強(qiang)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)(duo)元(yuan)化發(fa)展,樹立東方(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)綜合能(neng)源(yuan)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)解決方(fang)案(an)供(gong)(gong)應商的品(pin)(pin)(pin)牌形象。在發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)領(ling)域加(jia)強(qiang)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)能(neng)力(li)建設,向(xiang)產業(ye)鏈上(shang)下(xia)游延伸,向(xiang)后(hou)期運行(xing)、維護、改造(zao)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)拓展,以電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站4S服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)模(mo)式為(wei)產品(pin)(pin)(pin)提供(gong)(gong)“全生(sheng)命周期”服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu);以電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)為(wei)依托,積極發(fa)展非(fei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu),進(jin)入(ru)了(le)(le)輸變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、柴(chai)油發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、城市(shi)固廢處理及垃圾發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、水(shui)務(wu)(wu)(wu)處理、軌道交通業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)等領(ling)域,為(wei)客(ke)戶提供(gong)(gong)綜合能(neng)源(yuan)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)解決方(fang)案(an)。

二是主(zhu)動“講出去”,通(tong)過各種(zhong)渠道(dao)(dao)“講好(hao)(hao)中國(guo)(guo)故(gu)(gu)事”。策劃組織好(hao)(hao)外(wai)事活動。利用每年(nian)(nian)成都舉辦“西(xi)博會(hui)(hui)”的(de)(de)契機,提(ti)前(qian)策劃,邀(yao)請外(wai)國(guo)(guo)政要和(he)(he)新聞媒體到(dao)(dao)東(dong)(dong)方(fang)電(dian)氣(qi)實(shi)地訪(fang)(fang)問交流。近(jin)兩年(nian)(nian)策劃組織了埃塞(sai)俄比亞聯邦民主(zhu)共(gong)和(he)(he)國(guo)(guo)總理(li)、贊比亞副總統、愛(ai)爾(er)蘭眾(zhong)議長等(deng)多位外(wai)國(guo)(guo)政要、使(shi)節以及GE、西(xi)門子等(deng)世界(jie)500強高管到(dao)(dao)訪(fang)(fang);邀(yao)請非洲27國(guo)(guo)主(zhu)流媒體記者團等(deng)10余(yu)個(ge)海外(wai)大型重(zhong)要媒體團組前(qian)來東(dong)(dong)方(fang)電(dian)氣(qi)采訪(fang)(fang)報道(dao)(dao),展(zhan)示東(dong)(dong)方(fang)電(dian)氣(qi)的(de)(de)企業形象和(he)(he)實(shi)力。頻(pin)頻(pin)亮相(xiang)重(zhong)要高端國(guo)(guo)際(ji)盛會(hui)(hui)。積極參加(jia)G20杭(hang)州峰(feng)(feng)會(hui)(hui)、2017年(nian)(nian)金磚國(guo)(guo)家峰(feng)(feng)會(hui)(hui)、“‘一(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)路’國(guo)(guo)際(ji)合(he)(he)作高峰(feng)(feng)論壇(tan)”“中國(guo)(guo)-印(yin)度尼(ni)西(xi)亞能(neng)源論壇(tan)”“2018年(nian)(nian)中非論壇(tan)北京峰(feng)(feng)會(hui)(hui)”等(deng)重(zhong)要國(guo)(guo)際(ji)盛會(hui)(hui),加(jia)強主(zhu)動宣傳,推進國(guo)(guo)際(ji)合(he)(he)作。持(chi)續(xu)深(shen)化與(yu)海外(wai)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)巨頭(tou)的(de)(de)戰略合(he)(he)作。對接美國(guo)(guo)GE公司、法(fa)(fa)國(guo)(guo)道(dao)(dao)達爾(er)、法(fa)(fa)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)力、法(fa)(fa)馬通(tong)、三(san)菱日(ri)立、美國(guo)(guo)SunPower、法(fa)(fa)國(guo)(guo)ENGIE、沙特ACWA、巴西(xi)可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)能(neng)源發展(zhan)公司等(deng)世界(jie)知名企業,持(chi)續(xu)開展(zhan)高層互(hu)訪(fang)(fang),在技術(shu)研發、市場(chang)推廣、新產業合(he)(he)作等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)達成共(gong)識(shi),持(chi)續(xu)提(ti)升東(dong)(dong)方(fang)電(dian)氣(qi)的(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)競(jing)爭力和(he)(he)品(pin)牌認(ren)知度。主(zhu)動傳播品(pin)牌故(gu)(gu)事。精(jing)心編寫(xie)中英文版《東(dong)(dong)方(fang)電(dian)氣(qi)“一(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)路”故(gu)(gu)事》,得到(dao)(dao)了社(she)會(hui)(hui)各界(jie)的(de)(de)廣泛好(hao)(hao)評,其中兩篇故(gu)(gu)事入選新華社(she)《“一(yi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一(yi)路”100個(ge)全球故(gu)(gu)事》。近(jin)期(qi),央視“遠方(fang)的(de)(de)家”欄目組更是以普通(tong)人(ren)的(de)(de)視角,講述了東(dong)(dong)方(fang)電(dian)氣(qi)人(ren)把中國(guo)(guo)先進的(de)(de)風電(dian)技術(shu)和(he)(he)裝備(bei)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)到(dao)(dao)伏爾(er)加(jia)河(he)畔,并(bing)和(he)(he)當地人(ren)結下(xia)深(shen)厚友誼的(de)(de)故(gu)(gu)事,讓海內外(wai)對中國(guo)(guo)裝備(bei)和(he)(he)中國(guo)(guo)企業有了更直(zhi)觀清晰的(de)(de)認(ren)識(shi)。

三是(shi)堅持“走進去”,通過履行社會責(ze)任(ren)(ren)“講(jiang)好中國(guo)故事”。在參與“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)(yi)路”建(jian)(jian)設(she)的同(tong)時(shi),東方電氣扎實(shi)履行社會責(ze)任(ren)(ren),注重文化(hua)融合,促進民(min)心相通,在帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)當地(di)(di)(di)(di)就(jiu)業、環境保護(hu)、社區公益活動(dong)(dong)(dong)、民(min)生(sheng)工程建(jian)(jian)設(she)和教育文化(hua)交流等方面(mian)發揮(hui)了積極(ji)作(zuo)用。在承建(jian)(jian)老撾南(nan)芒河水電站項(xiang)目(mu)時(shi),放養(yang)魚苗保護(hu)生(sheng)態,打井(jing)修路解決(jue)當地(di)(di)(di)(di)旱季缺(que)水問題(ti),并為當地(di)(di)(di)(di)民(min)眾免費提供醫療服務。在執行波黑斯坦納瑞火(huo)電項(xiang)目(mu)時(shi),帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)附(fu)近居(ju)民(min)開(kai)餐館、開(kai)旅館、開(kai)咖啡店,極(ji)大(da)地(di)(di)(di)(di)拉動(dong)(dong)(dong)了當地(di)(di)(di)(di)就(jiu)業,提升了當地(di)(di)(di)(di)城市化(hua)水平,減(jian)輕了內(nei)戰帶(dai)給當地(di)(di)(di)(di)民(min)眾內(nei)心的創傷。在承建(jian)(jian)埃塞吉布3水電站項(xiang)目(mu)時(shi),針(zhen)對當地(di)(di)(di)(di)學(xue)校極(ji)其簡(jian)陋的現(xian)狀(zhuang),專程從中國(guo)給孩子們帶(dai)去書本、球拍和零(ling)食(shi),同(tong)時(shi)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)了當地(di)(di)(di)(di)經濟發展,推動(dong)(dong)(dong)當地(di)(di)(di)(di)民(min)眾實(shi)現(xian)了從“一(yi)(yi)日一(yi)(yi)餐”到“一(yi)(yi)日三餐”,切實(shi)解決(jue)民(min)生(sheng)問題(ti)。

當前企業海外傳播中存在的問題

一是站(zhan)位不(bu)(bu)高,頂層設計不(bu)(bu)足。很(hen)多企(qi)業還(huan)沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you)深刻認(ren)識到在外(wai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)民(min)眾眼(yan)中(zhong)(zhong),走出國(guo)(guo)(guo)門的中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)企(qi)業就是“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)故事”的鮮(xian)活素材,沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you)深刻認(ren)識到中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)企(qi)業所生產(chan)的產(chan)品(pin)和(he)(he)提供的服務是外(wai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)民(min)眾了(le)解(jie)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)的重要窗口(kou),更沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)在維護國(guo)(guo)(guo)家形象的高度(du)來思考(kao)企(qi)業的生產(chan)經(jing)營(ying)。包(bao)括東(dong)方電氣(qi)在內的諸多企(qi)業,還(huan)沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you)做好加強(qiang)對(dui)外(wai)傳(chuan)播(bo)、講(jiang)好中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)故事的頂層設計,對(dui)外(wai)傳(chuan)播(bo)能(neng)力(li)有(you)(you)(you)限,還(huan)局限在推(tui)廣產(chan)品(pin)和(he)(he)拓展(zhan)市場方面,整體形象和(he)(he)品(pin)牌傳(chuan)播(bo)不(bu)(bu)夠。

二是宣(xuan)傳意(yi)味(wei)濃厚,傳播意(yi)識(shi)不(bu)夠。我國企業在海外形象(xiang)展示中,還有濃厚的傳統宣(xuan)傳思想(xiang),偏重(zhong)于(yu)聚(ju)焦(jiao)國家戰(zhan)略、重(zhong)大議(yi)題或嚴肅性議(yi)題,習慣(guan)于(yu)采用宏(hong)大敘事方式“打官腔”。未能適應西方人(ren)的思維模式,忽視平等姿態的交流,缺乏對普通人(ren)日常(chang)生(sheng)活(huo)的關照(zhao),造成(cheng)很多對外宣(xuan)傳“不(bu)食人(ren)間(jian)煙火”,無(wu)法與國外公眾(zhong)形成(cheng)共(gong)鳴(ming),部分宣(xuan)傳甚至造成(cheng)文(wen)化沖(chong)突。

三是主要(yao)使用傳(chuan)(chuan)統媒(mei)(mei)體(ti),未(wei)建立新(xin)媒(mei)(mei)體(ti)傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)陣地。對外傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)的(de)(de)(de)受(shou)眾(zhong)(zhong)早已習(xi)慣了(le)以互聯網(wang)為載體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)互動式的(de)(de)(de)溝通方式,而我國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)眾(zhong)(zhong)多企業依然在采取灌輸式的(de)(de)(de)宣傳(chuan)(chuan)方式,傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)載體(ti)匱乏,與(yu)國(guo)(guo)外媒(mei)(mei)體(ti)溝通合(he)作經驗不足(zu),在臉書(shu)(Facebook)、領英(Linkedin)等互聯網(wang)平(ping)臺與(yu)目標受(shou)眾(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)交流極為貧乏,在不少(shao)外國(guo)(guo)民眾(zhong)(zhong)心目中形成了(le)刻板保守的(de)(de)(de)印象(xiang)。

四是(shi)專業人才(cai)匱乏,缺少講故事(shi)的高手。因(yin)語言不同、文化(hua)差異而(er)造(zao)成的“文化(hua)折扣”是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國企(qi)業對外傳播(bo)中(zhong)(zhong)出(chu)現“傳而(er)不通(tong)、通(tong)而(er)無效”尷尬局面(mian)的一(yi)個(ge)重要原(yuan)因(yin)。在這個(ge)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),需(xu)要理論功底(di)深厚、深諳中(zhong)(zhong)外文化(hua)、熟悉企(qi)業經(jing)營、能夠通(tong)過(guo)講故事(shi)來抓(zhua)住(zhu)世(shi)界(jie)民(min)眾的心的優(you)秀國際(ji)新(xin)聞傳播(bo)人才(cai),由于歷(li)史的原(yuan)因(yin),這恰恰是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國企(qi)業,特別是(shi)我們裝備制造(zao)業的短板。

裝備制造企業如何講好中國故事

一是(shi)要(yao)樹(shu)立(li)高度(du)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)。講好中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)故事(shi),需要(yao)堅持道(dao)路自(zi)(zi)信(xin)、理(li)(li)論自(zi)(zi)信(xin)、制度(du)自(zi)(zi)信(xin),但最重要(yao)的(de)是(shi),要(yao)有高度(du)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin),弘揚中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)優秀文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)中(zhong)精、氣、神(shen)。中(zhong)央企業在帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)制造、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)技術“走出(chu)(chu)去”的(de)過(guo)程中(zhong),更(geng)要(yao)注(zhu)重帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)故事(shi)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)理(li)(li)念、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)“走出(chu)(chu)去”,要(yao)把(ba)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)愿同(tong)(tong)“一帶(dai)一路”沿(yan)線國(guo)(guo)(guo)家和地區共享(xiang)發展機遇(yu)、實現共同(tong)(tong)繁榮的(de)理(li)(li)念、決心(xin)和行動(dong)(dong)有效傳遞出(chu)(chu)去。

二(er)是要(yao)(yao)遵循(xun)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)傳播規律。要(yao)(yao)學(xue)會(hui)傾聽,理解受眾(zhong)意圖(tu),激發(fa)對(dui)(dui)方(fang)聽我(wo)講(jiang)的(de)興(xing)趣,然后才能有(you)針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)性地講(jiang),更好地與對(dui)(dui)方(fang)互動(dong)(dong),不(bu)能急吼(hou)吼(hou)、氣鼓鼓地講(jiang),而(er)是要(yao)(yao)和(he)(he)風細雨地講(jiang)。要(yao)(yao)提高站位,超越中(zhong)西(xi)方(fang)對(dui)(dui)抗的(de)觀點(dian),避免(mian)陷(xian)入中(zhong)西(xi)二(er)元對(dui)(dui)立(li)及(ji)“老(lao)大、老(lao)二(er)”陷(xian)阱,如試圖(tu)證明中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)模式(shi)優于美(mei)國(guo)(guo)模式(shi),只能招致更多(duo)攻(gong)擊和(he)(he)反(fan)感,或只盯強者(zhe),老(lao)是想(xiang)著(zhu)(zhu)迎頭反(fan)擊,往(wang)(wang)往(wang)(wang)圖(tu)一(yi)時(shi)(shi)之快,卻得罪了周邊,嚇怕(pa)了弱(ruo)者(zhe),正(zheng)中(zhong)不(bu)懷(huai)好意者(zhe)下懷(huai)。企業(ye)要(yao)(yao)講(jiang)好“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”故事,要(yao)(yao)聽聽沿(yan)線國(guo)(guo)家的(de)需要(yao)(yao)、期(qi)待(dai)(dai),然后深入研究如何滿足這(zhe)些(xie)需要(yao)(yao)、期(qi)待(dai)(dai),用自己(ji)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)產品(pin)和(he)(he)服(fu)務表明“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”倡(chang)(chang)議是時(shi)(shi)代發(fa)展的(de)必然,是世(shi)界(jie)所期(qi)待(dai)(dai)。同時(shi)(shi),要(yao)(yao)著(zhu)(zhu)重(zhong)強調“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”作為合作倡(chang)(chang)議所提供的(de)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)公共產品(pin)對(dui)(dui)世(shi)界(jie)的(de)貢獻,例如光印度就有(you)2億(yi)多(duo)人至(zhi)今還沒用上電,廣袤的(de)非洲基礎設施極其薄弱(ruo),而(er)“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”推(tui)動(dong)(dong)的(de)互聯互通,就能幫(bang)助解決這(zhe)一(yi)現實(shi)問(wen)題。

三是要(yao)著重體現(xian)時代(dai)(dai)主題。講(jiang)好中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)故事(shi),除了(le)要(yao)傳播(bo)現(xian)實存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)經營(ying)狀態外,還需要(yao)用歷(li)史(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)眼光(guang)講(jiang)述(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye),特別是要(yao)講(jiang)述(shu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)有企(qi)(qi)業(ye)如何(he)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)創(chuang)新(xin)驅動、深(shen)化改革(ge)做強(qiang)做優做大的(de)(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)(shi),突出時代(dai)(dai)主題。2014年(nian)6月(yue)5日,習近平主席在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)阿(a)合作(zuo)(zuo)論壇第(di)六屆部長級會議開幕(mu)式講(jiang)話中(zhong)(zhong),講(jiang)了(le)一個(ge)約旦商人(ren)穆罕奈德(de)與中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)姑娘喜結連(lian)理(li)并在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)安家(jia)創(chuang)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)故事(shi)。浙江電視臺國(guo)(guo)(guo)際頻道根據這(zhe)個(ge)故事(shi),制作(zuo)(zuo)了(le)紀錄(lu)(lu)片《穆罕奈德(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)夢(meng)(meng)》,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)跟拍記錄(lu)(lu)他在(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際商貿城(cheng)市(shi)義(yi)烏的(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)業(ye)歷(li)程(cheng)和情感經歷(li),生(sheng)動反映了(le)一個(ge)普通(tong)(tong)阿(a)拉伯青年(nian)如何(he)把自(zi)(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)生(sheng)夢(meng)(meng)想融(rong)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)人(ren)民(min)追求幸(xing)福的(de)(de)(de)(de)夢(meng)(meng)想中(zhong)(zhong)。片中(zhong)(zhong)不但出現(xian)了(le)繁華的(de)(de)(de)(de)都(dou)市(shi),也出現(xian)了(le)普通(tong)(tong)城(cheng)鎮(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溝(gou)溝(gou)壑(he)壑(he),不但提到了(le)阿(a)拉伯人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)日常起居(ju)規則,也說(shuo)明了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)家(jia)庭倫理(li)道德(de)。這(zhe)個(ge)故事(shi)以普通(tong)(tong)小人(ren)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)故事(shi)為切入(ru)點,折射出了(le)“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)夢(meng)(meng)”“世界夢(meng)(meng)”等宏大時代(dai)(dai)主題,契(qi)合“一帶一路”倡(chang)議的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)時代(dai)(dai)背(bei)景。中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)在(zai)外開展業(ye)務的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程(cheng),要(yao)有意識地把自(zi)(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)業(ye)務融(rong)入(ru)到大的(de)(de)(de)(de)時代(dai)(dai)背(bei)景中(zhong)(zhong),融(rong)入(ru)到外國(guo)(guo)(guo)民(min)眾的(de)(de)(de)(de)普通(tong)(tong)生(sheng)活中(zhong)(zhong)去(qu)。

四是(shi)要(yao)創(chuang)新傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)方(fang)式(shi)方(fang)法。講好自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)故(gu)事,首(shou)先要(yao)打(da)(da)造(zao)自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)品牌,不斷提升(sheng)自(zi)身產品和(he)服務的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)量,以企業(ye)魅(mei)力(li)(li)(li)折(zhe)射中(zhong)國(guo)魅(mei)力(li)(li)(li),以產品質(zhi)(zhi)量折(zhe)射中(zhong)國(guo)質(zhi)(zhi)量,以“中(zhong)國(guo)夢”折(zhe)射“世界夢”。要(yao)在表達中(zhong)體(ti)現互聯網思(si)維(wei)(wei),要(yao)與(yu)國(guo)內外媒體(ti)加強(qiang)合作,創(chuang)新傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)渠(qu)道和(he)方(fang)式(shi),發現并鼓勵利用互聯網思(si)維(wei)(wei)提升(sheng)企業(ye)影響(xiang)力(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)新之舉,打(da)(da)造(zao)融通(tong)中(zhong)外的(de)(de)(de)新概念新范疇新表述。要(yao)尊重不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)宗教信仰(yang),在宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)自(zi)身形(xing)象的(de)(de)(de)過程中(zhong),一定要(yao)認識到跨文化傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)的(de)(de)(de)復雜性,注重不同(tong)習俗和(he)不同(tong)規范。要(yao)摒(bing)棄(qi)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)方(fang)式(shi),變宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)為傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo),用西方(fang)思(si)維(wei)(wei)策(ce)劃傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi)方(fang)法,使得中(zhong)國(guo)好形(xing)象、企業(ye)好故(gu)事和(he)外國(guo)受眾形(xing)成強(qiang)烈的(de)(de)(de)共鳴。要(yao)高度重視國(guo)際傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)人(ren)才培(pei)養,從源(yuan)頭介入,政府(fu)、企業(ye)、智庫等(deng)國(guo)際傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)主(zhu)體(ti)機構要(yao)協同(tong)發力(li)(li)(li),打(da)(da)造(zao)一支(zhi)高素質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)國(guo)際傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)人(ren)才隊伍。
