“別宣傳我。工作都是(shi)大家干(gan)的,成績(ji)的取得(de)離不開同事(shi)們的相(xiang)互支(zhi)持和幫助,多宣傳企業和我們的勞模創新工作室。”每當(dang)一提(ti)到要宣傳他,高(gao)山都反復這樣說。

2020年一季(ji)度,特別是二月份(fen),受疫情影響,兵器(qi)工業集(ji)團(tuan)東北工業集(ji)團(tuan)吉林(lin)東光精密機(ji)械廠(chang)的地瞄(miao)產品(pin)告急(ji),尤其是某產品(pin)庫(ku)存為零,影響了主機(ji)廠(chang)的總裝(zhuang)進度。
由于目前該(gai)地(di)瞄產品(pin)機(ji)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)藝及(ji)相關生產夾具仍(reng)然沿用(yong)老工(gong)(gong)藝,多數是在普通設備上使用(yong)和加(jia)工(gong)(gong),不(bu)僅(jin)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)率低,而且原(yuan)來的(de)操作(zuo)者剛剛退休,新(xin)接手的(de)操作(zuo)者不(bu)熟(shu)悉加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝,所以當月要完成200套產品(pin)幾乎是不(bu)可能的(de)事情。為了確保(bao)按期供貨(huo),工(gong)(gong)廠將此項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)當作(zuo)一個攻關課題交給了高山及(ji)他領軍(jun)的(de)勞模創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室。
高(gao)山帶領勞模(mo)創新工(gong)作室的成員(yuan)潛(qian)心推敲,最后決定(ding)改進該產品的夾具工(gong)藝(yi),并與數控車床(chuang)連接,充(chong)分發(fa)揮(hui)數控車床(chuang)的技術優勢。經過反(fan)復測試,終于按(an)期保質保量地交付了產品。同(tong)時,改進后的加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi),由原(yuan)來10人減少為6人就可以完成加(jia)工(gong)任務。
如今(jin),高山的(de)(de)勞(lao)模工(gong)作室又(you)開始瞄向了某鏡筒圓(yuan)周內壁倒角工(gong)藝攻關及(ji)某產品的(de)(de)上、下環(huan)座球面(mian)量具(ju)設(she)計制造等(deng)工(gong)藝及(ji)加(jia)工(gong)夾具(ju)改進(jin)的(de)(de)項(xiang)目。
某鏡筒圓(yuan)周(zhou)內(nei)(nei)壁倒角(jiao)工(gong)藝攻關(guan)項目,可(ke)解決鏡筒加工(gong)后,鉗工(gong)在圓(yuan)周(zhou)鉆螺(luo)紋底孔時,內(nei)(nei)孔壁無法用(yong)鉆頭倒角(jiao)的(de)(de)難題。改善后可(ke)提高產品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)裝配精度并提高產品(pin)(pin)外(wai)觀質量,提高生產效率20倍(bei),預計可(ke)節創金(jin)額10萬(wan)元(yuan)。
盡(jin)管(guan)交談略顯靦腆和木訥(ne),可一聊起他負責的幾個創(chuang)新項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)時,高山立(li)即變得眉飛色(se)舞、如數家珍(zhen)。2019年,高山在工(gong)作室成員以及機(ji)加工(gong)段有關員工(gong)的協助下,共完成創(chuang)新項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)7項(xiang)(xiang)。其中改造(zao)中心設(she)備(bei)(bei)。提高設(she)備(bei)(bei)性能1項(xiang)(xiang),為工(gong)廠節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)設(she)備(bei)(bei)購置費(fei)用(yong)52萬(wan)(wan)元;通(tong)過加工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)的改進項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),利用(yong)自制刀具(ju)(ju)將部(bu)分材(cai)料完整(zheng)截取,為工(gong)廠節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)鋁(lv)料約(yue)(yue)(yue)2萬(wan)(wan)元;鈦(tai)合金去(qu)除工(gong)藝(yi)夾頭項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),為工(gong)廠節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)材(cai)料費(fei)用(yong)約(yue)(yue)(yue)2萬(wan)(wan)元;制造(zao)深(shen)孔短臺(tai)階量(liang)具(ju)(ju)及弧面球高量(liang)具(ju)(ju),共計14套,為工(gong)廠節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)定置專(zhuan)用(yong)量(liang)具(ju)(ju)費(fei)用(yong)8萬(wan)(wan)元。
車工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)薄壁工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)高(gao)(gao)精度(du)(du)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)一直是機械加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)難點,對(dui)于淬火后的(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)承環(huan)高(gao)(gao)精度(du)(du)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)更(geng)為困(kun)難。高(gao)(gao)山發(fa)現工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)變形來源于傳統的(de)(de)(de)“軸(zhou)(zhou)向壓緊(jin)方(fang)式”,而通過(guo)采用粘接裝(zhuang)夾(jia)方(fang)式車削,實現了(le)無裝(zhuang)夾(jia)力夾(jia)緊(jin),加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)后軸(zhou)(zhou)承環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)度(du)(du)公差(cha)控制在(zai)0.005mm之內(nei)。通過(guo)這次(ci)實踐(jian),高(gao)(gao)山大膽地(di)將幾種高(gao)(gao)精度(du)(du)零(ling)件(jian)重新設計了(le)粘接夾(jia)具進(jin)(jin)行加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。結果產品精度(du)(du)都進(jin)(jin)入(ru)了(le)圖紙圓(yuan)度(du)(du)公差(cha)要(yao)求之內(nei)。這次(ci)創(chuang)新為今后的(de)(de)(de)薄壁工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)高(gao)(gao)精度(du)(du)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)開創(chuang)了(le)新的(de)(de)(de)途徑。
在(zai)工廠某科研項目(mu)相(xiang)機(ji)裝調(diao)過程中,鏡(jing)(jing)頭的(de)調(diao)焦(jiao)傳(chuan)動系統出現卡(ka)死現象。幾次更改(gai)(gai)設(she)計(ji)方案均無法解決。高山通過分析問題所在(zai),主(zhu)動提出結(jie)構(gou)改(gai)(gai)進,并重(zhong)新(xin)設(she)計(ji)了傳(chuan)動結(jie)構(gou)。通過減小(xiao)摩擦(ca)接觸面積,取代(dai)了原設(she)計(ji)中的(de)差動螺(luo)紋結(jie)構(gou),變成一條螺(luo)旋線實現鏡(jing)(jing)筒和鏡(jing)(jing)框的(de)相(xiang)對位移(yi)調(diao)焦(jiao),減小(xiao)了兩條反向(xiang)螺(luo)紋傳(chuan)動推力相(xiang)互作用。減少摩擦(ca)系數,在(zai)調(diao)焦(jiao)環與鏡(jing)(jing)筒之間加(jia)入滾(gun)針和滾(gun)珠(zhu)實現滾(gun)動摩擦(ca),提高了整機(ji)的(de)機(ji)械性能,延長了電池的(de)續航(hang)時間。本次使(shi)用小(xiao)螺(luo)距方牙螺(luo)紋加(jia)工,是車削加(jia)工和航(hang)相(xiang)機(ji)加(jia)工史上的(de)首創。
高(gao)(gao)(gao)山(shan)所設(she)(she)(she)計制作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)多功能打磨(mo)機(ji),解(jie)決了(le)“加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝及(ji)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)效(xiao)率(lv)較(jiao)(jiao)低、外觀質量較(jiao)(jiao)差,導致表(biao)面(mian)處理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序合格率(lv)低、重復作(zuo)業增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)”等(deng)難題。該打磨(mo)機(ji)投入使用后,減(jian)輕了(le)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)者的(de)(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)動強(qiang)度,提高(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)生(sheng)產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)3倍(bei)。靠(kao)模銑削(xue)時(shi)(shi)對鋁料等(deng)一些(xie)材料可(ke)(ke)進行較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)切(qie)削(xue)量加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),比修銼、打磨(mo)等(deng)生(sheng)產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)提高(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)5倍(bei),產(chan)品質量和外觀質量也得到相應提高(gao)(gao)(gao)。用回(hui)轉工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)磨(mo)削(xue)毛刺或焊(han)口時(shi)(shi),打磨(mo)表(biao)面(mian)平滑,表(biao)面(mian)磨(mo)紋均勻,可(ke)(ke)提高(gao)(gao)(gao)生(sheng)產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)6倍(bei)。可(ke)(ke)升降(jiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)搖臂式(shi)(shi)結構設(she)(she)(she)計理(li)念更(geng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)符(fu)合人體(ti)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)學及(ji)人機(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原理(li),設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)更(geng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)簡單方便,更(geng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)靈活,可(ke)(ke)更(geng)換式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具夾(jia)頭實(shi)現了(le)一機(ji)多能的(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)(she)計初衷,減(jian)少了(le)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)者調(diao)整(zheng)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)和調(diao)整(zheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具所需要的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)準備(bei)(bei)(bei)時(shi)(shi)間,提高(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)勞(lao)動生(sheng)產(chan)率(lv)。回(hui)轉臺式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺設(she)(she)(she)計使得工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件在加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)裝夾(jia)定位更(geng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)靈活,能同時(shi)(shi)針對殼體(ti)類的(de)(de)(de)(de)零件、回(hui)轉類工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件進行加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。此項設(she)(she)(she)計現已申報國(guo)家發明(ming)專(zhuan)利并獲(huo)得受理(li)。截至目前,高(gao)(gao)(gao)山(shan)及(ji)他所率(lv)領的(de)(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)模創新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室共(gong)獲(huo)得國(guo)家實(shi)用新型專(zhuan)利授權(quan)3項,還有2項已受理(li)。
這兩(liang)年,高山勞模創新工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)帶(dai)徒傳技(ji)(ji)、技(ji)(ji)能攻(gong)關、技(ji)(ji)藝傳承、技(ji)(ji)能推廣方面發揮了(le)重要作(zuo)用。在(zai)(zai)2019年吉(ji)林省級首席(xi)技(ji)(ji)師工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)評(ping)選中,高山工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)被命名為省級首席(xi)技(ji)(ji)師工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi),并(bing)給予了(le)20萬元的資金支持。
“我笨嘴(zui)拙舌,說不出(chu)(chu)來啥漂亮話。但(dan)是(shi)我想,作為一名兵工人,履行強軍首責(ze),生產出(chu)(chu)高質量的管(guan)用(yong)、耐用(yong)、實用(yong)、好用(yong)的防務產品(pin)就是(shi)我們的應有之(zhi)責(ze)。”高山如是(shi)說。
