經(jing)過200多年(nian)工業(ye)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)的(de)洗禮(li),人類(lei)(lei)先后(hou)經(jing)歷了(le)(le)(le)蒸汽(qi)機革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming),發(fa)明了(le)(le)(le)火車(che)、鐵路等(deng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu);經(jing)歷了(le)(le)(le)內燃機革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming),發(fa)明了(le)(le)(le)汽(qi)車(che)、公路、船(chuan)舶、航運(yun)等(deng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu);經(jing)歷了(le)(le)(le)無(wu)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)子技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming),發(fa)明了(le)(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)報、電(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)視、雷達(da)等(deng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu),因(yin)為無(wu)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)子技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)廣泛使用(yong),催(cui)(cui)生(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)真空(kong)(kong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子管和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子元器(qi)件技(ji)術(shu)(shu)。第二次世界大(da)(da)戰以(yi)及(ji)冷戰中(zhong)的(de)太(tai)空(kong)(kong)競賽,推動(dong)了(le)(le)(le)軍事技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)和(he)(he)(he)太(tai)空(kong)(kong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming);軍事技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)和(he)(he)(he)太(tai)空(kong)(kong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)催(cui)(cui)生(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)半導體(ti)和(he)(he)(he)集成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路產(chan)業(ye)的(de)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)。由于半導體(ti)和(he)(he)(he)集成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)成(cheng)熟,又(you)催(cui)(cui)生(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)大(da)(da)型計算機、個人電(dian)(dian)(dian)腦(nao)和(he)(he)(he)個人通信的(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)。大(da)(da)型計算機、個人電(dian)(dian)(dian)腦(nao)和(he)(he)(he)個人通信技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)自然地催(cui)(cui)生(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)互聯網(wang)(wang)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)和(he)(he)(he)移動(dong)互聯網(wang)(wang)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)。當前,互聯網(wang)(wang)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)和(he)(he)(he)移動(dong)互聯網(wang)(wang)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)正在催(cui)(cui)生(sheng)全球消費(fei)方(fang)式(shi)(包(bao)括個人消費(fei)與公共(gong)消費(fei))與生(sheng)產(chan)方(fang)式(shi)(包(bao)括制造(zao)類(lei)(lei)和(he)(he)(he)非制造(zao)類(lei)(lei))兩大(da)(da)社會領域(yu)的(de)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)。
各(ge)類電子商務平臺是(shi)(shi)個人消費方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)革(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu),各(ge)類公共服務平臺是(shi)(shi)公共消費方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)革(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu),各(ge)類工業互(hu)聯網平臺是(shi)(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)類生產方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)革(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu),非(fei)(fei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)類生產方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)革(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)平臺是(shi)(shi)非(fei)(fei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)類生產方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)革(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)(比如,各(ge)類精神文明產品的(de)創造(zao)等,非(fei)(fei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)類生產方(fang)式(shi)和平臺尚在孕育之(zhi)中(zhong))。這四種平臺技術的(de)發育成熟和普遍(bian)運用(yong),將(jiang)宣告工業文明時(shi)代逐(zhu)漸淡(dan)出歷史,而信息文明時(shi)代逐(zhu)漸拉開(kai)大幕(mu)。
由于歷(li)史的(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)因,中國(guo)(guo)幾乎錯(cuo)過(guo)了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)業革命(ming)(ming)(ming)以來(lai)所(suo)有的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)。新(xin)中國(guo)(guo)成立后,我國(guo)(guo)搭上(shang)(shang)了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)業革命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)末班車(che),并且(qie)勇敢地乘上(shang)(shang)了(le)(le)互(hu)聯網革命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)快(kuai)車(che),而且(qie)還(huan)通過(guo)自身努力坐進了(le)(le)移動(dong)互(hu)聯網革命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭等艙(cang)。每次技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)浪潮都(dou)是以之前(qian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)若(ruo)干次技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)為基礎(chu)(chu),當(dang)前(qian)工(gong)(gong)業化(hua)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)競爭優勢(shi)都(dou)是建立在(zai)前(qian)面幾場技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)基礎(chu)(chu)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。如(ru)果發(fa)展中國(guo)(guo)家(jia)長期采用追趕(gan)戰略,那(nei)(nei)么(me)永(yong)遠(yuan)只能跟在(zai)發(fa)達(da)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)后面亦步亦趨,難以將發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)(de)主動(dong)權掌握在(zai)自己手(shou)上(shang)(shang)。比如(ru),如(ru)果美國(guo)(guo)及其盟友對中國(guo)(guo)實(shi)行最嚴格的(de)(de)(de)(de)禁運,那(nei)(nei)么(me)我國(guo)(guo)相當(dang)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)興行業的(de)(de)(de)(de)耀眼光芒(mang)就(jiu)會黯然(ran)失色,因為中國(guo)(guo)沒有扎實(shi)地走完這些行業基礎(chu)(chu)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)與核(he)心產品革命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)完整歷(li)程,在(zai)不可替代的(de)(de)(de)(de)關鍵領域沒有拿得出手(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)產品和技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)。
這(zhe)就決(jue)定了我國(guo)的(de)現代化強國(guo)之路注定不是尋常路,必須根據本國(guo)國(guo)情和時代潮流大趨勢作出科學判(pan)斷,走出一(yi)條與發達國(guo)家殊(shu)途同歸(gui)的(de)發展之路。
在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)網領(ling)域,有(you)三(san)(san)條道路(lu)可(ke)供選(xuan)擇:第(di)一種(zhong),以完善的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)CPS為(wei)基礎,逐(zhu)步向(xiang)上(shang)延伸到(dao)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)生產線、智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)車間、智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang),通過打(da)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)平(ping)臺向(xiang)著工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)4.0的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標(biao)前(qian)(qian)進(簡(jian)稱為(wei)德國(guo)(guo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi));這(zhe)種(zhong)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)效果將(jiang)是“自下而(er)上(shang)遞進上(shang)升”,最(zui)終實(shi)現兼容智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)、協同制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)、云制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)三(san)(san)種(zhong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)態的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標(biao)。第(di)二種(zhong),在(zai)基本實(shi)現智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)協作配(pei)套企業(ye)(ye)(ye)之間,以線下全(quan)球配(pei)套、全(quan)球協同制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)布(bu)局為(wei)基礎,打(da)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)全(quan)球化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)協同制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)與協同售后服(fu)務平(ping)臺,繼(ji)續(xu)保(bao)持全(quan)球制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye)垂直(zhi)分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)體(ti)系的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)導地位(簡(jian)稱為(wei)美國(guo)(guo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi));這(zhe)種(zhong)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)效果將(jiang)是“抓(zhua)中(zhong)間帶兩頭”,最(zui)終實(shi)現兼容智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)、協同制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)、云制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)三(san)(san)種(zhong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)態的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標(biao)。第(di)三(san)(san)種(zhong),在(zai)絕大部分(fen)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)不(bu)具備智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)能(neng)(neng)力,企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)運營(ying)流(liu)程尚未完成(cheng)信息化(hua)(hua)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),且短(duan)時間內不(bu)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)完成(cheng)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)和企業(ye)(ye)(ye)流(liu)程信息化(hua)(hua)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)提下,我國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)網如果照(zhao)搬(ban)德國(guo)(guo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)或者美國(guo)(guo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi),必然文不(bu)對題。

目前航天云網云端注冊企(qi)業(ye)近(jin)165萬(wan)戶,發布協作(zuo)與(yu)采(cai)購(gou)需求超過13萬(wan)條,金額近(jin)4000億(yi)元;協作(zuo)與(yu)采(cai)購(gou)云端成交近(jin)76000筆,共(gong)計1920億(yi)元,50%以(yi)上業(ye)務(wu)規(gui)模(mo)小于2.25萬(wan)元,80%的業(ye)務(wu)規(gui)模(mo)小于100萬(wan)元;近(jin)80萬(wan)臺(tai)設備接(jie)入云平臺(tai),近(jin)20萬(wan)臺(tai)設備在線(xian)。航天云網APP以(yi)CMSS(云制造支持系統(tong))為(wei)載體(ti),全(quan)面支撐智能制造、協同制造、云制造三類制造,可面向制造全(quan)產業(ye)鏈提(ti)供(gong)生產全(quan)要素、全(quan)流程(cheng)、全(quan)生命周期的APP支持,提(ti)供(gong)各類工業(ye)服(fu)務(wu)和解決方案。目前,航天云網APP總(zong)數為(wei)1526個。
