經過200多年工業(ye)(ye)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)洗禮,人(ren)(ren)類(lei)先后經歷(li)了(le)(le)蒸汽(qi)機(ji)(ji)革命(ming)(ming)(ming),發(fa)明(ming)了(le)(le)火車、鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)等技術(shu)(shu)(shu);經歷(li)了(le)(le)內(nei)燃機(ji)(ji)革命(ming)(ming)(ming),發(fa)明(ming)了(le)(le)汽(qi)車、公路(lu)(lu)、船(chuan)舶(bo)、航運等技術(shu)(shu)(shu);經歷(li)了(le)(le)無線電(dian)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)子(zi)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming),發(fa)明(ming)了(le)(le)電(dian)報、電(dian)話、電(dian)視、雷達等技術(shu)(shu)(shu),因為無線電(dian)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)子(zi)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)廣泛使用,催(cui)生(sheng)了(le)(le)真空(kong)電(dian)子(zi)管和(he)電(dian)子(zi)元器(qi)件技術(shu)(shu)(shu)。第(di)二次世界大(da)戰以及冷戰中的(de)(de)(de)(de)太空(kong)競賽,推(tui)動了(le)(le)軍(jun)事技術(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)太空(kong)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming);軍(jun)事技術(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)太空(kong)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)催(cui)生(sheng)了(le)(le)半(ban)導(dao)體(ti)和(he)集成電(dian)路(lu)(lu)產業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)。由于(yu)半(ban)導(dao)體(ti)和(he)集成電(dian)路(lu)(lu)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)成熟,又催(cui)生(sheng)了(le)(le)大(da)型計(ji)算機(ji)(ji)、個(ge)人(ren)(ren)電(dian)腦和(he)個(ge)人(ren)(ren)通信的(de)(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)。大(da)型計(ji)算機(ji)(ji)、個(ge)人(ren)(ren)電(dian)腦和(he)個(ge)人(ren)(ren)通信技術(shu)(shu)(shu)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)自然地(di)催(cui)生(sheng)了(le)(le)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)移動互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)。當前(qian),互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)移動互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)正在催(cui)生(sheng)全(quan)球消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)方式(shi)(包括個(ge)人(ren)(ren)消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)與(yu)(yu)公共消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei))與(yu)(yu)生(sheng)產方式(shi)(包括制(zhi)造類(lei)和(he)非(fei)制(zhi)造類(lei))兩(liang)大(da)社會領域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)革命(ming)(ming)(ming)。
各(ge)(ge)類(lei)電子商務(wu)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)是(shi)個人消費方(fang)(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu),各(ge)(ge)類(lei)公共(gong)服(fu)務(wu)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)是(shi)公共(gong)消費方(fang)(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu),各(ge)(ge)類(lei)工業互聯網(wang)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)是(shi)制造(zao)(zao)類(lei)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu),非(fei)(fei)制造(zao)(zao)類(lei)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)是(shi)非(fei)(fei)制造(zao)(zao)類(lei)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)(比(bi)如,各(ge)(ge)類(lei)精神(shen)文明(ming)產(chan)品的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)造(zao)(zao)等,非(fei)(fei)制造(zao)(zao)類(lei)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)和(he)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)尚在孕(yun)育之中)。這四種平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)(tai)技術的(de)(de)(de)發育成(cheng)熟和(he)普(pu)遍(bian)運用,將宣告(gao)工業文明(ming)時(shi)代(dai)逐(zhu)漸淡出歷史,而信(xin)息文明(ming)時(shi)代(dai)逐(zhu)漸拉開大幕。
由于(yu)歷(li)史的(de)(de)(de)原因,中(zhong)國幾乎錯(cuo)過(guo)了(le)工(gong)(gong)業革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)以(yi)來所有的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)。新中(zhong)國成(cheng)立后(hou),我國搭上(shang)(shang)了(le)工(gong)(gong)業革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)末(mo)班(ban)車,并(bing)且(qie)勇敢地乘(cheng)上(shang)(shang)了(le)互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)快(kuai)車,而且(qie)還通過(guo)自身努力坐進了(le)移動互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)頭等艙。每次(ci)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)浪潮都是以(yi)之前(qian)(qian)的(de)(de)(de)若干次(ci)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)為基(ji)礎,當前(qian)(qian)工(gong)(gong)業化國家(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)(de)競爭優勢都是建(jian)立在(zai)前(qian)(qian)面幾場技(ji)術(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)基(ji)礎上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)。如果(guo)發(fa)展中(zhong)國家(jia)(jia)長期(qi)采用追趕戰(zhan)略(lve),那么(me)永(yong)遠只能跟在(zai)發(fa)達國家(jia)(jia)后(hou)面亦步亦趨(qu),難以(yi)將(jiang)發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)主動權掌(zhang)握在(zai)自己手(shou)上(shang)(shang)。比如,如果(guo)美國及(ji)其盟友(you)對中(zhong)國實(shi)行最(zui)嚴格的(de)(de)(de)禁運(yun),那么(me)我國相當多的(de)(de)(de)新興行業的(de)(de)(de)耀眼光芒(mang)就會黯然失色,因為中(zhong)國沒有扎實(shi)地走完這(zhe)些行業基(ji)礎技(ji)術(shu)(shu)與核心產品革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)完整歷(li)程,在(zai)不可替代(dai)的(de)(de)(de)關鍵領域(yu)沒有拿(na)得出手(shou)的(de)(de)(de)產品和技(ji)術(shu)(shu)。
這(zhe)就決定(ding)了我國(guo)的(de)現代化(hua)強國(guo)之路(lu)注(zhu)定(ding)不是(shi)尋常路(lu),必(bi)須根據本國(guo)國(guo)情和(he)時代潮流大趨勢(shi)作出(chu)科(ke)學判斷,走出(chu)一條與發達國(guo)家殊途同歸的(de)發展(zhan)之路(lu)。
在工業(ye)(ye)(ye)互聯網(wang)領域(yu),有三(san)條道路可(ke)供選擇:第一種,以完善的(de)(de)(de)CPS為(wei)基(ji)礎(chu),逐步向上(shang)延伸到智(zhi)(zhi)能化(hua)生產線、智(zhi)(zhi)能化(hua)車間(jian)(jian)、智(zhi)(zhi)能化(hua)工廠(chang),通過打造(zao)(zao)智(zhi)(zhi)能制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)平(ping)臺向著工業(ye)(ye)(ye)4.0的(de)(de)(de)目標前(qian)進(簡稱為(wei)德國(guo)模(mo)式);這種模(mo)式發展的(de)(de)(de)實際效果(guo)將(jiang)(jiang)是(shi)“自(zi)下(xia)而上(shang)遞進上(shang)升”,最終(zhong)實現(xian)(xian)兼(jian)容智(zhi)(zhi)能制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)、協同(tong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)、云制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)三(san)種業(ye)(ye)(ye)態(tai)的(de)(de)(de)目標。第二種,在基(ji)本實現(xian)(xian)智(zhi)(zhi)能制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)協作配(pei)套(tao)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)之間(jian)(jian),以線下(xia)全球(qiu)配(pei)套(tao)、全球(qiu)協同(tong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)分(fen)工布局(ju)為(wei)基(ji)礎(chu),打造(zao)(zao)全球(qiu)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)協同(tong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)與協同(tong)售后服務平(ping)臺,繼續保(bao)持全球(qiu)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye)垂直分(fen)工體(ti)系的(de)(de)(de)主導地位(簡稱為(wei)美(mei)國(guo)模(mo)式);這種模(mo)式發展的(de)(de)(de)實際效果(guo)將(jiang)(jiang)是(shi)“抓(zhua)中(zhong)間(jian)(jian)帶(dai)兩頭”,最終(zhong)實現(xian)(xian)兼(jian)容智(zhi)(zhi)能制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)、協同(tong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)、云制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)三(san)種業(ye)(ye)(ye)態(tai)的(de)(de)(de)目標。第三(san)種,在絕大部分(fen)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)不(bu)(bu)具備智(zhi)(zhi)能制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)能力,企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)運營流程(cheng)尚未完成(cheng)信息化(hua)改造(zao)(zao),且短時間(jian)(jian)內(nei)不(bu)(bu)可(ke)能完成(cheng)智(zhi)(zhi)能化(hua)改造(zao)(zao)和企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)流程(cheng)信息化(hua)改造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)前(qian)提下(xia),我國(guo)的(de)(de)(de)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)互聯網(wang)如(ru)果(guo)照(zhao)搬德國(guo)模(mo)式或者美(mei)國(guo)模(mo)式,必然文(wen)不(bu)(bu)對題(ti)。

目前(qian)航天云(yun)網云(yun)端(duan)注冊企業(ye)(ye)近(jin)(jin)(jin)165萬戶,發(fa)布協(xie)作(zuo)與采購需求超過13萬條,金額近(jin)(jin)(jin)4000億(yi)元;協(xie)作(zuo)與采購云(yun)端(duan)成交近(jin)(jin)(jin)76000筆(bi),共(gong)計(ji)1920億(yi)元,50%以(yi)上(shang)業(ye)(ye)務規模小于(yu)2.25萬元,80%的業(ye)(ye)務規模小于(yu)100萬元;近(jin)(jin)(jin)80萬臺設(she)備(bei)(bei)接入云(yun)平臺,近(jin)(jin)(jin)20萬臺設(she)備(bei)(bei)在線(xian)。航天云(yun)網APP以(yi)CMSS(云(yun)制造(zao)(zao)(zao)支持(chi)系統(tong))為載體(ti),全(quan)(quan)面(mian)支撐智能(neng)制造(zao)(zao)(zao)、協(xie)同制造(zao)(zao)(zao)、云(yun)制造(zao)(zao)(zao)三類制造(zao)(zao)(zao),可面(mian)向制造(zao)(zao)(zao)全(quan)(quan)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)鏈提(ti)(ti)供生(sheng)產(chan)全(quan)(quan)要(yao)素(su)、全(quan)(quan)流程、全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)命周期的APP支持(chi),提(ti)(ti)供各類工業(ye)(ye)服務和解決方(fang)案(an)。目前(qian),航天云(yun)網APP總數為1526個。
樣本企(qi)業(ye)(ye)數據表明(ming),160余萬個注冊用(yong)戶總經營規模約10萬億(yi)元,平均(jun)經營規模625萬元。注冊用(yong)戶85%以(yi)上屬于小微企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(35%+50%)。目前已有(you)1萬多家企(qi)業(ye)(ye)在(zai)云端(duan)配套(tao)協(xie)作(zuo)成(cheng)功,平均(jun)每家企(qi)業(ye)(ye)約7單(dan)(dan)。以(yi)每單(dan)(dan)典型業(ye)(ye)務規模2.25萬元考慮,意味(wei)著小型企(qi)業(ye)(ye)每年云端(duan)配套(tao)協(xie)作(zuo)成(cheng)交(jiao)360筆以(yi)上(平均(jun)每天成(cheng)交(jiao)1單(dan)(dan)以(yi)上),就可以(yi)發展壯大。另外,如(ru)果企(qi)業(ye)(ye)利用(yong)云端(duan)協(xie)作(zuo)方式增(zeng)加業(ye)(ye)務量(liang),將(jiang)設備開(kai)工率從(cong)50%左右(you)提升到85%左右(you),無(wu)需增(zeng)加投資,就可以(yi)為(wei)云端(duan)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)增(zeng)加30%左右(you)收入。
