國資報告:服務“千年大計” 中鐵當好開路先鋒

2020年12月27日,京(jing)雄(xiong)城際鐵路(lu)全線(xian)開通運營,雄(xiong)安(an)(an)站同步(bu)投入使用。作為雄(xiong)安(an)(an)新(xin)(xin)區(qu)(qu)首個重大基礎設(she)施(shi)項(xiang)目,這(zhe)一(yi)線(xian)路(lu)運營后,北京(jing)西(xi)站到雄(xiong)安(an)(an)新(xin)(xin)區(qu)(qu)最短僅(jin)需50分(fen)鐘(zhong),雄(xiong)安(an)(an)新(xin)(xin)區(qu)(qu)的發展將(jiang)步(bu)入快車道,京(jing)津(jin)冀(ji)協同發展也將(jiang)得到新(xin)(xin)的重要支撐。

京(jing)雄鐵(tie)路(lu)意義重(zhong)大,中(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)企業勇(yong)挑重(zhong)擔。包括中(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)、中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)建、中(zhong)(zhong)建集團(tuan)、中(zhong)(zhong)交集團(tuan)等基建狂魔等在內的(de)諸(zhu)多央(yang)企是沿線鐵(tie)路(lu)、場站建設的(de)主力軍。

其中(zhong),中(zhong)國中(zhong)鐵(tie)承擔了雄安站(zhan)、大興機(ji)場站(zhan)、北落店(dian)村全封閉聲(sheng)屏障(zhang)工程、雄安站(zhan)特大橋等(deng)關鍵節點和重要(yao)工程的建設任務。建設過程中(zhong),中(zhong)國中(zhong)鐵(tie)面對工期緊(jin)張、疫情沖擊等(deng)不利影響,勇于擔當,積極推進技術創新(xin)和管(guan)理創新(xin),踐(jian)行綠色與智能(neng)理念。

2019年(nian)1月16日,中共中央總書記、國家主(zhu)席、中央軍委主(zhu)席習近平在河北雄(xiong)安(an)新(xin)區考(kao)察調(diao)研期間勉勵大(da)家說(shuo),“城市(shi)建設(she)(she)、經濟發展,交通要先行(xing),你們正在為雄(xiong)安(an)新(xin)區建設(she)(she)這(zhe)個(ge)‘千年(nian)大(da)計’做著開路(lu)先鋒的工作,功(gong)不可(ke)沒。”

與習近平(ping)總(zong)書記(ji)連線的,正是中(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)鐵(tie)九(jiu)局京雄城際鐵(tie)路(lu)雄安(an)站的建設者。兩年來(lai),中(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)鐵(tie)時(shi)刻牢記(ji)總(zong)書記(ji)囑托,努(nu)力(li)(li)在創(chuang)造“雄安(an)質(zhi)量(liang)”上下功(gong)夫,努(nu)力(li)(li)“在推(tui)動高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)展方面成為全國(guo)的一個樣(yang)板”上下功(gong)夫,高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)高(gao)(gao)標(biao)準完成了京雄城際鐵(tie)路(lu)各項建設任務(wu)。

勇于擔當

京雄鐵路意義重(zhong)大(da),建設(she)期間又遭疫情沖擊(ji),時間緊(jin)、任(ren)務(wu)重(zhong)、標(biao)準高、壓力大(da)。面對這一(yi)特殊任(ren)務(wu),中國中鐵各參建單(dan)位(wei)牢記重(zhong)托,勇于擔當(dang),克服了(le)各項困難,交出(chu)了(le)一(yi)份合格的答卷。

雄(xiong)安站(zhan)是(shi)雄(xiong)安新區首(shou)個(ge)開工(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)的重(zhong)大(da)基礎設(she)施項目,站(zhan)場總規模13臺(tai)23線,總建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑面積47.52萬平(ping)方(fang)米,相當于6個(ge)北京(jing)站(zhan),而工(gong)期只有(you)兩年,具體(ti)負責的中國中鐵建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)集團協(xie)(xie)調起(qi)數十家(jia)作(zuo)業隊伍、6000余(yu)名建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)者開啟大(da)兵團協(xie)(xie)同作(zuo)戰模式,2019年10月完成地(di)下結構施工(gong)。

2020年春節前(qian)后(hou),新冠(guan)肺炎(yan)疫情來(lai)勢迅猛。而中(zhong)國中(zhong)鐵建工集(ji)團參加雄安(an)(an)站(zhan)建設的施工隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)有三分之二來(lai)自湖北,無法及時(shi)返回工地(di)。項目(mu)部找遍所有渠道,千方百(bai)計聯系全國各(ge)地(di)能來(lai)雄安(an)(an)的施工隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu),派出(chu)100多輛(liang)大巴車,從貴(gui)州、云南(nan)(nan)、湖南(nan)(nan)、河南(nan)(nan)、安(an)(an)徽等地(di)接來(lai)施工隊(dui)伍(wu)(wu)。

為了(le)搶回疫情耽誤的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi),中國(guo)中鐵建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)集團(tuan)項目部(bu)在原有(you)(you)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)的基礎上,增加新的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)業隊伍(wu)、人員(yuan)、機械(xie)設備等,將原定的流水施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)轉為平(ping)行施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),加快(kuai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進度。項目部(bu)開展(zhan)勞動競賽,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)兩班倒(dao),有(you)(you)時(shi)甚至三班倒(dao),晝夜不停(ting)地施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。70多(duo)名核心(xin)管理人員(yuan)也(ye)是(shi)連軸(zhou)轉,平(ping)均每天行走2萬步是(shi)常態……經過艱苦奮戰,他(ta)們1個月(yue)完成了(le)3個月(yue)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程量。

疫(yi)情(qing)同樣給中鐵(tie)二(er)局(ju)負責(ze)的(de)K1快速路項目帶來了(le)巨大(da)壓力。面對(dui)疫(yi)情(qing),中鐵(tie)二(er)局(ju)項目部科學(xue)防治(zhi),一手(shou)抓生產、一手(shou)抓防疫(yi),將(jiang)員工接觸(chu)疫(yi)情(qing)的(de)概(gai)率劃分成紅、黃、綠三(san)種顏色進行(xing)管(guan)理,并花費百余(yu)萬元購入集裝箱,設置11號駐(zhu)地(di),對(dui)所(suo)有人員實行(xing)封閉性管(guan)控,既達到了(le)防控要求,又保證了(le)順(shun)利復(fu)工復(fu)產。成為雄安新區首批(pi)復(fu)工的(de)18個(ge)重點項目之一。

建設過程中,中國(guo)中鐵(tie)十分注重(zhong)工(gong)程質量(liang),并盡量(liang)降低(di)對周邊居民生活的(de)影(ying)響。

由中(zhong)國中(zhong)鐵上(shang)(shang)海工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)局建筑公司承建施工(gong)(gong)的(de)京雄城際(ji)鐵路北(bei)落店村全封閉(bi)聲屏(ping)障工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),將最大程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)度(du)降低高(gao)鐵通(tong)(tong)過(guo)居(ju)民區產生的(de)噪聲。為(wei)保(bao)證工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)質(zhi)量(liang),項(xiang)目部(bu)組織對(dui)柱腳進(jin)行了高(gao)達400萬次的(de)抗疲(pi)勞試驗(yan)(yan),相(xiang)當于模(mo)擬100年(nian)內每(mei)(mei)年(nian)4萬次高(gao)鐵通(tong)(tong)行。在長達847米(mi)的(de)主(zhu)體(ti)鋼結(jie)構上(shang)(shang),建設者們為(wei)34900余條焊(han)縫進(jin)行了100%驗(yan)(yan)檢(jian),實現了焊(han)縫100%檢(jian)查合格。為(wei)確(que)保(bao)螺栓穩(wen)固、安全行車,項(xiang)目部(bu)為(wei)10440個(ge)螺栓都編上(shang)(shang)了號(hao),讓每(mei)(mei)個(ge)螺栓都有自己的(de)“身份碼”,使施工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)責(ze)任(ren)可(ke)追(zhui)溯到每(mei)(mei)一個(ge)螺栓的(de)安裝、管理(li)者之上(shang)(shang),確(que)保(bao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)質(zhi)量(liang)萬無一失(shi)。

為(wei)處理好村(cun)民關注的(de)(de)揚(yang)塵、噪聲(sheng)、污水(shui)、垃圾等問題(ti),中鐵建(jian)工項(xiang)目(mu)部成(cheng)立(li)以(yi)(yi)項(xiang)目(mu)經理為(wei)組長的(de)(de)環境保護(hu)領導小組,秉(bing)承(cheng)“群眾(zhong)利(li)益無小事”的(de)(de)原則,將施工中出現的(de)(de)問題(ti)列出清單,明(ming)確解(jie)決辦法、責任人以(yi)(yi)及完(wan)成(cheng)時(shi)間,堅(jian)持文(wen)明(ming)施工,打造綠色工地(di)。當地(di)村(cun)莊的(de)(de)道路一到雨天就泥(ni)濘(ning)不堪,車(che)輛無法通行,村(cun)民只能步行。項(xiang)目(mu)部了(le)解(jie)情況后,投資100多萬元(yuan),對(dui)村(cun)里(li)的(de)(de)主干(gan)道進行硬化,修(xiu)繕關李馬滸(hu)村(cun)水(shui)泥(ni)路約(yue)5公里(li)。

技術創新

在建設過程中,中國中鐵探(tan)索運(yun)用了多種先進技(ji)術,在提高建設效(xiao)率的同時,進一步(bu)改善(shan)工(gong)程質(zhi)量。

比如,雄安(an)站建設期間,河(he)北(bei)省首個5G+邊(bian)緣計算(suan)智(zhi)慧工(gong)地(di)示范場景(jing)在中(zhong)鐵建工(gong)集團雄安(an)站項(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)投入(ru)使用。該了解,該項(xiang)目(mu)運用5G、邊(bian)緣計算(suan)、BIM、高(gao)精度定位、高(gao)清視頻通(tong)信等計算(suan),基于5G網絡,結(jie)合邊(bian)緣計算(suan)搭建完(wan)成(cheng)智(zhi)慧工(gong)地(di)整體平臺(tai),具備了傳輸速(su)率高(gao)、安(an)全(quan)性能好的(de)特性。此外(wai),智(zhi)慧工(gong)地(di)系統還可以通(tong)過(guo)AR實(shi)景(jing)監控技術,實(shi)現工(gong)地(di)隨(sui)時隨(sui)地(di)可視化協同(tong)指揮和生產管(guan)理,監管(guan)人(ren)員、工(gong)地(di)現場施工(gong)人(ren)員、專(zhuan)家均可以通(tong)過(guo)會議終端(duan)、移動端(duan)、電腦端(duan)多種方(fang)式,實(shi)時掌握工(gong)地(di)施工(gong)狀態,隨(sui)時溝通(tong)施工(gong)方(fang)案。

中鐵建工(gong)(gong)集團雄安站項目工(gong)(gong)程師祝佳伍介紹(shao)說,“通過筆記本上的(de)智慧工(gong)(gong)地系統,監看一公里以外工(gong)(gong)地上各(ge)種(zhong)實時狀況。現場(chang)有多(duo)少工(gong)(gong)人(ren)、都在什么位置、塔吊的(de)運(yun)行狀況如何、現場(chang)環境指(zhi)標高低都一目了然。”

中國中鐵建(jian)工集團雄(xiong)安站黨(dang)工委(wei)副(fu)書(shu)記王(wang)星(xing)運說:“智(zhi)慧化技術應用(yong)(yong),無論是從(cong)安全(quan)方面還是進度方面,都起到了很好的保障作用(yong)(yong)。”

北京(jing)大興機場站是(shi)京(jing)雄鐵路(lu)的(de)重要節點,也是(shi)向全世界游客展示中國高鐵建設、運營水平的(de)重要窗口(kou)。

作為(wei)承建(jian)單位,中(zhong)國中(zhong)鐵北京(jing)工程(cheng)局項(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)為(wei)保證(zheng)施工品質,專(zhuan)門成(cheng)立(li)信息(xi)化中(zhong)心,引(yin)入(ru)(ru)BIM技術指導施工。機場2號(hao)隧(sui)道(dao)是項(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)BIM技術應(ying)用的(de)最前(qian)線。面對隧(sui)道(dao)的(de)襯(chen)砌(qi)、拱(gong)形結(jie)構,技術人員第一時(shi)間形成(cheng)多維建(jian)模(mo)信息(xi),達到現場可視化,實現虛擬(ni)化協同管理,不僅節(jie)約工期(qi)、更節(jie)約成(cheng)本。進入(ru)(ru)無(wu)砟軌道(dao)施工階(jie)段,多工序交(jiao)叉、作業空間小(xiao)都成(cheng)了(le)迫在眉睫的(de)難題。項(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)進行(xing)4D進度模(mo)擬(ni),無(wu)縫拼接(jie)各道(dao)工序,信息(xi)人員24小(xiao)時(shi)全程(cheng)跟控(kong),硬是把(ba)90天的(de)工期(qi)壓(ya)縮到40天。

在(zai)建設全(quan)球首個適用于時速350km/h的全(quan)封閉聲屏(ping)障工(gong)程時,項(xiang)目(mu)總(zong)工(gong)程師(shi)張騰飛(fei)翻遍(bian)了(le)國內外資料,沒有找到(dao)可以資借鑒的先例。為(wei)此,項(xiang)目(mu)部在(zai)施工(gong)中工(gong)程采(cai)用了(le)拱(gong)架結構整體焊(han)接工(gong)藝、靴型柱(zhu)腳(jiao)安裝(zhuang)工(gong)藝、高(gao)強度防脫(tuo)落(luo)螺(luo)栓工(gong)藝,均為(wei)全(quan)國首創。

在京雄城際鐵(tie)(tie)路五標,中國(guo)中鐵(tie)(tie)上海工(gong)程局項(xiang)(xiang)目部則(ze)創新(xin)探索了中國(guo)高鐵(tie)(tie)首段裝配式(shi)一體化橋(qiao)梁主體工(gong)程施工(gong)方(fang)式(shi)。“裝配式(shi)工(gong)藝(yi)就是后方(fang)‘造積木’,前方(fang)‘搭積木’,提前把高鐵(tie)(tie)橋(qiao)梁工(gong)程的管樁、墩(dun)身、墩(dun)帽等‘零件’進(jin)行(xing)標準(zhun)化設計(ji),分(fen)段工(gong)廠標準(zhun)化制造,在施工(gong)現場將(jiang)它們組裝起來就行(xing)了。”中鐵(tie)(tie)上海工(gong)程局集(ji)團京雄城際鐵(tie)(tie)路五標項(xiang)(xiang)目部總(zong)工(gong)程師侯宇飛說,“這項(xiang)(xiang)技術完全顛覆了傳統的建橋(qiao)方(fang)式(shi),技術優勢十分(fen)明顯(xian)。”

“這是中國(guo)高(gao)鐵橋梁(liang)建設(she)技術體系的(de)一個重大突破(po),也是很有代表意義的(de)重大創(chuang)新。”中國(guo)國(guo)家鐵路集團有限(xian)公司工管中心三部部長、京(jing)雄城(cheng)際鐵路指(zhi)揮(hui)長楊斌說,這項技術在我國(guo)高(gao)鐵系統首次應(ying)用,在世界(jie)上(shang)也居于領先水平(ping),以此為(wei)開端,中國(guo)高(gao)鐵橋梁(liang)建設(she)將走(zou)向更加綠色、智能、高(gao)效的(de)新時代。

管理創新

技術挑戰多(duo)、工(gong)程難度(du)大、施(shi)工(gong)周(zhou)期(qi)(qi)短(duan),要想(xiang)如(ru)期(qi)(qi)完成(cheng)建(jian)設工(gong)作,離不(bu)開先(xian)進有效(xiao)的管理模(mo)式。記注意到,在京雄高鐵施(shi)工(gong)過程中,中國(guo)中鐵各參建(jian)單(dan)位立足項目特點(dian),積極探索(suo)更加先(xian)進的管理方案。

按照設計(ji)要求,雄安站要大(da)規(gui)模使用清水混(hun)凝土(tu)。所謂清水混(hun)凝土(tu),就是通過石(shi)子、沙子、水泥(ni)配比(bi)的不(bu)同(tong),在(zai)保(bao)證強度的前提下,讓建筑物(wu)呈現出自然的“高級灰”,建成(cheng)后表(biao)面基本(ben)不(bu)再進行修飾。

“清(qing)(qing)水(shui)混凝土對(dui)平整(zheng)度、光潔度、孔(kong)眼(yan)、線條等都(dou)有相當高的要(yao)求,為確保施工(gong)效果,雄(xiong)安站項目前后(hou)進行了數(shu)十次樣板施工(gong),最后(hou)使候車廳整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)性(xing)(xing)、韻律性(xing)(xing)、藝(yi)術性(xing)(xing)充分展現出來(lai)。”中國(guo)中鐵建工(gong)集團雄(xiong)安站項目總(zong)工(gong)程(cheng)師吳亞東介紹說。在清(qing)(qing)水(shui)梁、柱(zhu)施工(gong)前,中鐵建工(gong)集團項目團隊(dui)多方案對(dui)比,最終選定(ding)契合生產特(te)點的定(ding)型鋼(gang)(gang)模(mo)板體(ti)(ti)系及定(ding)型鋼(gang)(gang)木組合模(mo)板體(ti)(ti)系。為驗證混凝土與鋼(gang)(gang)模(mo)板特(te)性(xing)(xing),項目團隊(dui)數(shu)次調整(zheng)砂(sha)率、外加劑、水(shui)含量(liang)等數(shu)值以摸索最佳配比。通(tong)過數(shu)十次樣板建設確定(ding)各項準確數(shu)值,為后(hou)續實體(ti)(ti)澆筑提供支持。

為(wei)保障優質(zhi)混凝(ning)土供應,中鐵建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)集(ji)團(tuan)雄(xiong)(xiong)安(an)(an)站項(xiang)目(mu)自建(jian)(jian)(jian)攪拌站;為(wei)確保鋼筋原材(cai)無任何銹蝕(shi)及(ji)(ji)污漬,中鐵建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)集(ji)團(tuan)雄(xiong)(xiong)安(an)(an)站項(xiang)目(mu)自建(jian)(jian)(jian)7500平米數(shu)控(kong)鋼筋加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠。清水(shui)混凝(ning)土施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)關鍵要細,灌(guan)注(zhu)混凝(ning)土時(shi),技術人員(yuan)(yuan)詳細記錄(lu)澆注(zhu)厚(hou)度、振搗次數(shu)及(ji)(ji)位置,成(cheng)型結構物及(ji)(ji)時(shi)覆蓋粘性薄膜,防止因失水(shui)出現(xian)(xian)微縫(feng)影響外觀、品質(zhi),為(wei)加(jia)強(qiang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)完成(cheng)率,中鐵建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)集(ji)團(tuan)雄(xiong)(xiong)安(an)(an)站項(xiang)目(mu)開設不(bu)同(tong)專項(xiang)培訓(xun)班,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)通過考核后方(fang)可(ke)獲得上崗(gang)證,大大降低因不(bu)專業導致的返(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)次數(shu)。項(xiang)目(mu)內部還設有質(zhi)量(liang)責任制,質(zhi)量(liang)領(ling)導小組,通過質(zhi)量(liang)網格(ge)化管理將質(zhi)量(liang)目(mu)標落(luo)至(zhi)每(mei)名員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、作(zuo)業隊(dui)長(chang)、班組長(chang)。22支隊(dui)伍輪(lun)班施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),13臺泵車隨時(shi)待命。在水(shui)泥施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)前,對溫度有較高(gao)要求(qiu),每(mei)次均(jun)先打料塊,通過儀器測(ce)色(se)后方(fang)可(ke)推進。中鐵建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)集(ji)團(tuan)雄(xiong)(xiong)安(an)(an)站項(xiang)目(mu)全(quan)體安(an)(an)全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)晝夜(ye)不(bu)停(ting)盯控(kong),全(quan)體技術人員(yuan)(yuan)根(gen)據現(xian)(xian)場(chang)實況及(ji)(ji)時(shi)調整方(fang)案。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)高(gao)峰時(shi),建(jian)(jian)(jian)設者們手(shou)拿測(ce)量(liang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具,嚴格(ge)按照(zhao)數(shu)百(bai)項(xiang)標準逐個測(ce)量(liang)。大伙(huo)全(quan)力奮戰(zhan),爭分奪秒,全(quan)力確保工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)有序推進。

得知清水混(hun)凝柱上的(de)花紋設(she)計帶來了很大(da)的(de)施工難度時,設(she)計師不好意思地對(dui)吳亞(ya)東說:“給你們(men)出(chu)了個(ge)難題。”“設(she)計方案肯定(ding)是(shi)反(fan)復比對(dui)后選擇最漂(piao)亮的(de)。施工過(guo)程再難,我們(men)也會盡力一試(shi),這就是(shi)‘雄安標準(zhun)’。”吳亞(ya)東說。

“冬天有(you)(you)(you)暖氣,夏(xia)天有(you)(you)(you)空調(diao),24小時(shi)供應熱水,還有(you)(you)(you)電腦可以上網(wang),我很滿意(yi)。”來自河北(bei)邯鄲的(de)焊(han)工小伙谷瑞雪說(shuo),他(ta)之前在(zai)不少工地待(dai)過(guo),這里是條件(jian)最好的(de)一個。

中鐵建工(gong)集(ji)團雄安(an)站項目工(gong)人生活區占(zhan)地(di)面積24500平方米,其(qi)中共(gong)有(you)17棟(dong)二層樓(lou)宿舍(she)(she),房間576個,高峰可容納4500名工(gong)人入住。“工(gong)人宿舍(she)(she)都是免費(fei)的(de),還(huan)配備(bei)統一的(de)窗簾、櫥(chu)柜和空調。為(wei)了(le)(le)預防安(an)全隱(yin)患,我們把宿舍(she)(she)里的(de)充電(dian)插座都替換為(wei)了(le)(le)USB接(jie)口,為(wei)大功率電(dian)器設(she)立(li)了(le)(le)專門充電(dian)室,在宿舍(she)(she)中就(jiu)只能給手(shou)機等電(dian)子設(she)備(bei)充電(dian)。”中鐵建工(gong)集(ji)團雄安(an)站項目黨(dang)支部書記王星運介紹說。

項目還為現(xian)場施工的(de)夫(fu)妻(qi)(qi)檔員工配備了(le)(le)夫(fu)妻(qi)(qi)房,35歲的(de)陜(shan)西木工段紅德,就租下(xia)了(le)(le)一間夫(fu)妻(qi)(qi)房,每月(yue)只需(xu)300元。“我們在(zai)(zai)外打工十(shi)多年(nian)了(le)(le),上個(ge)月(yue)初(chu)第一次在(zai)(zai)工地申請到了(le)(le)夫(fu)妻(qi)(qi)宿(su)舍。”

正是得益于此,這里的農民工(gong)心情(qing)舒暢,沒有后顧之憂(you),能夠(gou)專注于工(gong)作,為工(gong)程的早日(ri)高質量(liang)完工(gong)貢獻力量(liang)。(《國資報告》記者 王倩倩)
