人民網:打造“特區品質” 中建交通華南公司科學施策

新建(jian)的(de)(de)深圳地鐵13號(hao)線位(wei)于深圳市南(nan)山(shan)區(qu)(qu)、寶安區(qu)(qu)和(he)光明新區(qu)(qu)之間,全(quan)長22.43km,全(quan)為(wei)地下線,是(shi)深圳市后海(hai)中心(xin)城(cheng)區(qu)(qu)與(yu)西(xi)部高新組(zu)團聯系(xi)的(de)(de)快(kuai)線。由中國(guo)建(jian)筑中建(jian)交通(tong)華南(nan)公(gong)司建(jian)設的(de)(de)二(er)工(gong)(gong)區(qu)(qu)全(quan)長3.477km,位(wei)于南(nan)山(shan)區(qu)(qu)粵海(hai)和(he)科苑路(lu)區(qu)(qu)內,工(gong)(gong)程總造(zao)價20.41億元。但由于城(cheng)市發展需要,該地鐵線在開(kai)始建(jian)設后新增項(xiang)目和(he)相關設計進行(xing)(xing)了多次修改,給施(shi)工(gong)(gong)帶來了很大難度。在該項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中,中建(jian)交通(tong)華南(nan)公(gong)司的(de)(de)建(jian)設者不畏艱(jian)難,用行(xing)(xing)動書寫了央企的(de)(de)責任和(he)擔(dan)當。

“2厘米”的智慧與實踐

按照(zhao)原招標文件,13號線深南(nan)大(da)道以(yi)南(nan)區(qu)間(jian)全部采用盾構施工。但2019年04月深圳(zhen)南(nan)山(shan)區(qu)政府提(ti)出科苑(yuan)大(da)道地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)開(kai)發與13號線共建(jian)的計(ji)劃(hua)并付諸(zhu)實施,而(er)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)又重置于地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵13號線的正上方(fang)(注:按照(zhao)設計(ji),地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)一二層(ceng)(ceng)分(fen)別是(shi)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)層(ceng)(ceng),地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)第三層(ceng)(ceng)是(shi)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵),其(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)開(kai)發層(ceng)(ceng)是(shi)明挖(wa)的,還設置了(le)4個下(xia)(xia)沉(chen)式空(kong)(kong)間(jian)層(ceng)(ceng)(地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)二層(ceng)(ceng))。地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵13號線全部位于該路段地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)三層(ceng)(ceng),采用盾構施工。兩(liang)者在地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)層(ceng)(ceng)距離(li)(li)約6m,其(qi)中(zhong)4個下(xia)(xia)沉(chen)式高(gao)大(da)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)相距只有2.6m,兩(liang)家不僅(jin)不能同時施工,而(er)且在地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)層(ceng)(ceng)距離(li)(li)太‘薄’也無(wu)法保證質量和安全。

中(zhong)建交(jiao)通深圳地(di)鐵13號(hao)線工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)指揮長王愛民介(jie)紹說“對(dui)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)來說,真正的(de)(de)考驗才剛剛開始。過去(qu)我們(men)從(cong)沒(mei)有這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)先例也沒(mei)有這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)經驗可供參考,更糟糕的(de)(de)是兩家(jia)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)要(yao)在一個‘籃球場’大(da)(da)小的(de)(de)掌子(zi)面上(shang)干(gan)活也無法(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),難度(du)可想而知”。為此,項目部(bu)專(zhuan)門成立(li)了(le)技術攻關小組,并邀請相關領域的(de)(de)專(zhuan)家(jia)進行論證。針對(dui)地(di)下空間基坑(keng)開挖后(hou)土體(ti)回彈(dan)等(deng)問(wen)題,項目部(bu)調(diao)整(zheng)了(le)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)順(shun)序,解決了(le)深南大(da)(da)道以南地(di)鐵兩區間盾構和地(di)下空間不可同步施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)且工(gong)(gong)期過長的(de)(de)問(wen)題。

在(zai)中建交通深圳地鐵13號線項(xiang)目(mu)工地,質量是考(kao)核(he)每個工作崗(gang)位的(de)重要指標,通過抓流程看結果取得了應有的(de)效果。

項(xiang)目總工(gong)程師戴(dai)考紅告訴記者:“技術性問(wen)題(ti)主要是(shi)(shi)地(di)下(xia)一(yi)二(er)層(ceng)空間(jian)(jian)基(ji)坑開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)后土體(ti)回(hui)彈是(shi)(shi)多少?如何才能(neng)測算出(chu)來(lai),我(wo)(wo)(wo)們找遍了(le)(le)國內外的(de)(de)相關信息(xi)就沒(mei)有(you)這樣的(de)(de)先例,沒(mei)有(you)辦法(fa)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們只能(neng)進行反(fan)復試驗(yan),后來(lai)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們得知(zhi)在(zai)另一(yi)工(gong)地(di)有(you)類似的(de)(de)情況,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們就主動上(shang)門進行深入調查和反(fan)復比對,并結合我(wo)(wo)(wo)們試驗(yan)的(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)確定是(shi)(shi)2cm。也就是(shi)(shi)說(shuo),按照原(yuan)設(she)計在(zai)地(di)下(xia)一(yi)二(er)層(ceng)空間(jian)(jian)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)卸載、土體(ti)回(hui)彈是(shi)(shi)2cm。不但(dan)改(gai)變了(le)(le)原(yuan)來(lai)的(de)(de)設(she)計數(shu)(shu)據(ju),我(wo)(wo)(wo)們在(zai)施工(gong)時(shi)只能(neng)按照一(yi)二(er)層(ceng)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)后土體(ti)回(hui)彈的(de)(de)實際(ji)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)施工(gong)才行。施工(gong)時(shi)將地(di)下(xia)盾構管片向下(xia)壓2cm正(zheng)好是(shi)(shi)基(ji)坑開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)后土體(ti)回(hui)彈的(de)(de)標準(zhun)點距,為盾構機提前作業打下(xia)了(le)(le)堅實基(ji)礎。”

綠色環保施工先行

近(jin)些(xie)年(nian)來(lai),華(hua)南(nan)公(gong)司圍繞“綠色(se)環(huan)保”發展(zhan)的理念,推進綠色(se)環(huan)保施(shi)工(gong)(gong)做了大(da)量的工(gong)(gong)作。確保施(shi)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)來(lai)時是(shi)青山綠水,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)走時是(shi)綠水青山。在深圳地鐵13號線進場后,華(hua)南(nan)公(gong)司早早就在現場安裝(zhuang)了自(zi)動(dong)噴淋系(xi)(xi)統、TSP揚塵(chen)檢測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統、用電(dian)監測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統、塔吊監測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統、視頻監控系(xi)(xi)統等一(yi)系(xi)(xi)列智慧建造手段保證(zheng)了綠色(se)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)和安全生產。他們還在現場重點開展(zhan)了“綠色(se)環(huan)保之(zhi)星”活(huo)動(dong),鼓勵所有施(shi)工(gong)(gong)人員文明施(shi)工(gong)(gong)、環(huan)保建設(she),打造“標(biao)準化工(gong)(gong)地”。

13號線開(kai)后,項目(mu)部就成(cheng)立了以項目(mu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程指揮長(chang)王愛民為組(zu)(zu)長(chang)的(de)(de)環(huan)(huan)(huan)境保護領導小組(zu)(zu),把(ba)責任落實到(dao)人,把(ba)不(bu)環(huan)(huan)(huan)保的(de)(de)苗(miao)頭和現象消滅在萌(meng)芽(ya)狀(zhuang)態。為了讓(rang)綠(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)環(huan)(huan)(huan)保施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在項目(mu)中“落地(di)生根”,項目(mu)部還(huan)通過開(kai)展以綠(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)環(huan)(huan)(huan)保為主題的(de)(de)黨建活動,以及組(zu)(zu)織環(huan)(huan)(huan)保法律法規知(zhi)識(shi)進項目(mu)、到(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)、下(xia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)班,增強了每一個管理(li)人員和一線施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員的(de)(de)環(huan)(huan)(huan)境保護意識(shi),為綠(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)環(huan)(huan)(huan)保施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)營造(zao)良好(hao)的(de)(de)氛圍。

按照野外施(shi)工(gong)的慣例,隧道基(ji)坑施(shi)工(gong)時的滲漏水(shui)及(ji)降水(shui)通常抽排出(chu)地(di)表以(yi)上(shang)就可以(yi)了,方便是方便了但對(dui)環(huan)(huan)境形成了一定影響。但華南公司(si)在深圳(zhen)地(di)鐵13號線堅(jian)定按照綠色環(huan)(huan)保要求毫不松(song)懈,并(bing)在松(song)坪站北基(ji)坑四周設置(zhi)了一條(tiao)專(zhuan)用的匯水(shui)管,集中把地(di)下水(shui)接到(dao)新建的水(shui)池中進行沉淀,然后用于(yu)現(xian)場土方運輸車輛(liang)及(ji)場地(di)沖洗和混凝土養護等,實(shi)現(xian)了基(ji)坑水(shui)的循(xun)環(huan)(huan)再利用,同時避(bi)免了對(dui)環(huan)(huan)境的污染。

剪掉的是(shi)斷(duan)頭,撿(jian)起來是(shi)寶。特別是(shi)在地(di)鐵13號(hao)線(xian),華(hua)南(nan)公(gong)司要求在施(shi)工(gong)時不亂丟各種廢棄材料(liao)等(deng)垃圾、不污染(ran)環境,形成了一種制度大(da)家自覺遵守。

安全底線牢不可破

在深圳(zhen)地鐵13號線(xian)二工(gong)區(qu),以(yi)“消除事故隱患,筑(zhu)牢安(an)全(quan)防線(xian)”的(de)安(an)全(quan)理念深入(ru)到施工(gong)的(de)各個環節,織起(qi)了(le)一張安(an)全(quan)大網。項(xiang)目部還在施工(gong)現(xian)場(chang)等(deng)必經之處(chu)都設(she)置(zhi)了(le)《重大危險(xian)源公示牌》,將現(xian)場(chang)危險(xian)源進行等(deng)級劃(hua)分,每日重點巡查,對(dui)現(xian)場(chang)的(de)主(zhu)要風險(xian)進行有效(xiao)預防并及時消除隱患。

在科苑(yuan)路(lu)地(di)(di)下空間(jian)與車站(zhan)銜接處施(shi)工時,由于地(di)(di)鐵車站(zhan)與地(di)(di)下空間(jian)各(ge)自施(shi)工的(de)(de)部位(wei)(wei)不同,施(shi)工時地(di)(di)下空間(jian)施(shi)工單(dan)位(wei)(wei)將(jiang)原路(lu)面(mian)部分全部挖開了(le),而地(di)(di)鐵車站(zhan)施(shi)工的(de)(de)區(qu)間(jian)又將(jiang)原道路(lu)的(de)(de)兩側挖空,這樣一來這條交通主路(lu)成了(le)“斷(duan)頭路(lu)”,嚴重影(ying)響了(le)市(shi)(shi)民的(de)(de)正(zheng)常通行。華南公司地(di)(di)鐵項目部想市(shi)(shi)民所(suo)想,為市(shi)(shi)民通行所(suo)急,連夜在交界處設置了(le)路(lu)面(mian)永(yong)久蓋板,解決了(le)附近市(shi)(shi)民的(de)(de)安(an)全通行。

13號線在(zai)深大(da)東到(dao)深大(da)站暗挖(wa)區(qu)間,一共(gong)有360多米長,其(qi)中暗挖(wa)最深處有31米,塌方(fang)、滑坡等現(xian)象隨(sui)時可能出(chu)現(xian)。施工(gong)前,華南公司深圳地鐵項(xiang)目部高度重(zhong)視(shi),提前策劃,做足了應(ying)急(ji)預(yu)案(an)(an)(an)和應(ying)急(ji)物資的(de)儲備等,并組(zu)織(zhi)對(dui)暗挖(wa)基(ji)坑坍塌險(xian)情(qing)的(de)桌(zhuo)面(mian)推(tui)演,同時組(zu)織(zhi)專家(jia)對(dui)施工(gong)方(fang)案(an)(an)(an)和施工(gong)中的(de)風險(xian)進行論證。在(zai)施工(gong)過程中嚴格按照方(fang)案(an)(an)(an)執行,但由于沿海城市(shi)地層擾動(dong)大(da)和加之連日暴雨(yu),隧道拱頂位(wei)移出(chu)現(xian)1.2cm沉降(jiang),YGDC-2觀測點累計沉降(jiang)超出(chu)了預(yu)警值,項(xiang)目部立即(ji)啟動(dong)應(ying)急(ji)預(yu)案(an)(an)(an),組(zu)織(zhi)召(zhao)開(kai)專家(jia)論證會,采(cai)取增加管棚、在(zai)原(yuan)設(she)計基(ji)礎上對(dui)隧道下半斷面(mian)注漿(jiang)等措施,24小時內(nei)將險(xian)情(qing)得(de)到(dao)有效(xiao)控制。
