日前,上海建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)機施(shi)(shi)(shi)集團軌(gui)交(jiao)15號線姚虹路站(zhan)(zhan)采用(yong)“預(yu)制(zhi)+現澆迭合拱殼”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的無柱(zhu)拱形頂板完成(cheng)(cheng)了極限工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)況(kuang)加(jia)載試驗,各項監(jian)測數(shu)據全部(bu)達到設計要求,該(gai)項試驗宣告成(cheng)(cheng)功。采用(yong)該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝進行(xing)大(da)跨(kua)度拱殼結構施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),既(ji)符合裝配(pei)式建筑的發展(zhan)導向,提高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠預(yu)制(zhi)構件在結構中的比例,又(you)可(ke)取消(xiao)現場(chang)支模(mo)的繁重工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,簡化現場(chang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序,提高施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率。同時,預(yu)制(zhi)構件的制(zhi)作精度高,外觀(guan)質(zhi)量好(hao),易于(yu)實(shi)現清水混凝土(tu)的感觀(guan)效(xiao)果。在地鐵車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)中采用(yong)此工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,由于(yu)沒有(you)中柱(zhu)的遮擋,可(ke)使車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)內部(bu)空間(jian)更為開(kai)闊(kuo),大(da)幅(fu)增(zeng)加(jia)乘客的舒適感。
