山(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)焦(jiao)煤(mei)(mei)西(xi)山(shan)(shan)(shan)煤(mei)(mei)電(dian)(dian)所(suo)屬(shu)山(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)興能發電(dian)(dian)有限(xian)責(ze)任(ren)公司、武鄉西(xi)山(shan)(shan)(shan)發電(dian)(dian)有限(xian)責(ze)任(ren)公司積極(ji)響應國(guo)家(jia)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)省政府號召,啟(qi)動了(le)各機組的(de)超低(di)排放(fang)改(gai)造工作(zuo)。目前,改(gai)造工作(zuo)全(quan)部完畢,改(gai)造后的(de)環保設(she)施運行正(zheng)常,儀表測量穩定,二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)硫、氮氧(yang)化(hua)物、粉塵等排放(fang)指(zhi)標全(quan)部符合環保要求。
山(shan)(shan)西(xi)焦煤西(xi)山(shan)(shan)煤電(dian)(dian)山(shan)(shan)西(xi)興能發(fa)電(dian)(dian)有(you)限(xian)責任公司1#、2#機(ji)組(zu)煙(yan)氣超(chao)(chao)低排放(fang)環境保護(hu)設(she)(she)施改(gai)造(zao)工程主(zhu)(zhu)要有(you):脫(tuo)硫系(xi)統(tong)(tong),在吸(xi)收(shou)塔(ta)入口和底層(ceng)噴淋(lin)層(ceng)之間安裝旋匯耦合裝置,將原(yuan)除(chu)(chu)霧器(qi)(qi)拆除(chu)(chu)更換為(wei)(wei)管束式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)除(chu)(chu)霧器(qi)(qi);脫(tuo)硝系(xi)統(tong)(tong),進(jin)行(xing)SCR流場均布及噴射(she)格柵優化(hua)調(diao)整,啟用(yong)(yong)(yong)備(bei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)催化(hua)劑層(ceng),尿素熱解(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)氨改(gai)為(wei)(wei)水(shui)解(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)氨系(xi)統(tong)(tong);除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),仍使用(yong)(yong)(yong)原(yuan)電(dian)(dian)袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi),未(wei)進(jin)行(xing)改(gai)造(zao)。3#機(ji)組(zu)煙(yan)氣超(chao)(chao)低排放(fang)環境保護(hu)設(she)(she)施改(gai)造(zao)工程主(zhu)(zhu)要有(you):脫(tuo)硫系(xi)統(tong)(tong),吸(xi)收(shou)塔(ta)頂部拔高3.8m,增(zeng)(zeng)加一層(ceng)噴淋(lin)層(ceng)(由4層(ceng)增(zeng)(zeng)加到5層(ceng)),將原(yuan)除(chu)(chu)霧器(qi)(qi)拆除(chu)(chu)更換為(wei)(wei)管束式除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)除(chu)(chu)霧器(qi)(qi),拆除(chu)(chu)GGH;脫(tuo)硝系(xi)統(tong)(tong),進(jin)行(xing)SCR流場均布及噴射(she)格柵優化(hua)調(diao)整,啟用(yong)(yong)(yong)備(bei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)催化(hua)劑層(ceng),尿素熱解(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)氨改(gai)為(wei)(wei)水(shui)解(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)氨系(xi)統(tong)(tong);除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),仍使用(yong)(yong)(yong)原(yuan)電(dian)(dian)袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi),未(wei)進(jin)行(xing)改(gai)造(zao)。經驗收(shou)測(ce)量(liang),二(er)氧化(hua)硫排放(fang)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)低于20mg/Nm3,氮氧化(hua)物(wu)排放(fang)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)低于40mg/Nm3,粉塵(chen)(chen)排放(fang)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)低于3mg/Nm3。
山西焦煤西山煤電(dian)武(wu)鄉西山發電(dian)有限責任公司此次改造(zao)采用SPC—3D脫硫(liu)(liu)除塵(chen)一體(ti)化技(ji)術(shu)和脫銷增加(jia)一層催化劑方案。對(dui)脫硫(liu)(liu)吸收塔采用液壓整體(ti)提升(sheng)技(ji)術(shu)抬高了3.6m,對(dui)原(yuan)凈煙(yan)道(dao)進(jin)行(xing)了改造(zao),更(geng)換(huan)容量小(xiao)的設備。增加(jia)了管(guan)式除塵(chen)器。工(gong)程脫硫(liu)(liu)采用石(shi)灰石(shi)—石(shi)膏石(shi)濕(shi)法脫硫(liu)(liu)技(ji)術(shu),脫硝(xiao)采用SCR選擇性催化還(huan)原(yuan)技(ji)術(shu),煙(yan)氣中(zhong)的氮氧化物經過(guo)脫硝(xiao)反應器大(da)大(da)降低。經驗(yan)收測(ce)量,二氧化硫(liu)(liu)排(pai)(pai)放(fang)濃度(du)從(cong)(cong)200mg/Nm3減(jian)(jian)為35mg/Nm3,氮氧化物排(pai)(pai)放(fang)濃度(du)從(cong)(cong)100mg/Nm3減(jian)(jian)為50mg/Nm3以內(nei),煙(yan)塵(chen)排(pai)(pai)放(fang)濃度(du)從(cong)(cong)30mg/Nm3減(jian)(jian)為2—3mg/Nm3。
通過改(gai)造,兩家(jia)電廠(chang)也將走出(chu)一條清潔(jie)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、綠色(se)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)之路,為當(dang)地(di)的環境(jing)保護作出(chu)應(ying)有(you)貢獻。改(gai)造完(wan)成后,兩家(jia)電廠(chang)也將得到政府的專項補貼、電量獎勵。
