近(jin)來,山西漳電(dian)同華發電(dian)有限公(gong)司(si)雙(shuang)機穩定高(gao)效運(yun)行(xing),進(jin)(jin)入(ru)全年(nian)搶發電(dian)量的高(gao)峰期,為(wei)了進(jin)(jin)一步夯(hang)實設備(bei)基礎(chu)管(guan)理工(gong)作,提升(sheng)設備(bei)健康運(yun)行(xing)水(shui)平,該公(gong)司(si)多方(fang)位、多角度,全面提升(sheng)生產管(guan)理水(shui)平,為(wei)完(wan)成全年(nian)發電(dian)任(ren)務提供有力保(bao)障。
一(yi)是加強(qiang)基(ji)礎(chu)管理工(gong)(gong)作。加強(qiang)現場(chang)監管力度,提高(gao)設備日常巡檢(jian)質量,嚴格執(zhi)行“兩票三制”,做(zuo)好(hao)事故預想等(deng)基(ji)礎(chu)工(gong)(gong)作,細化(hua)班組(zu)目標管控(kong)措施(shi),不斷提高(gao)班組(zu)工(gong)(gong)作精細化(hua)水平;加強(qiang)定(ding)期工(gong)(gong)作監督,通過專業人員每天(tian)定(ding)期抽檢(jian),確保(bao)設備定(ding)期加油,測振,測溫(wen),吹掃等(deng)具(ju)體工(gong)(gong)作落到實處(chu)。
二(er)是狠抓技(ji)(ji)術(shu)監(jian)督(du)(du)(du)(du)管(guan)理(li)。認真(zhen)抓好技(ji)(ji)術(shu)監(jian)督(du)(du)(du)(du)工(gong)作的組(zu)織(zhi)落實(shi)(shi),做(zuo)到了人(ren)員、職責、權利(li)落實(shi)(shi),組(zu)成了比(bi)較完整的技(ji)(ji)術(shu)監(jian)督(du)(du)(du)(du)網絡(luo)體系;完善技(ji)(ji)術(shu)監(jian)督(du)(du)(du)(du)管(guan)理(li)制度,做(zuo)好日常數(shu)據采集分(fen)析(xi)工(gong)作,定(ding)期召開設(she)備健康水(shui)平(ping)分(fen)析(xi)會議,將技(ji)(ji)術(shu)監(jian)督(du)(du)(du)(du)的效(xiao)力真(zhen)正落實(shi)(shi)到提(ti)升設(she)備健康水(shui)平(ping)上去。
三是夯(hang)實(shi)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)控(kong)基礎。認真做好每項檢修(xiu)工作的(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)風險預警預控(kong),制定全(quan)(quan)面(mian)的(de)防控(kong)措(cuo)施,確保檢修(xiu)維(wei)護工作的(de)人(ren)身和設備安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)。強化(hua)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)責(ze)任落實(shi),明確崗位安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)職(zhi)責(ze),加強“兩票”監管(guan)和考核(he)力度,嚴(yan)格執行“四不(bu)放過(guo)”原則,將安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)理工作不(bu)斷向精(jing)細化(hua)程度推進(jin)。
四是深入開展員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)培訓(xun)(xun)。周密計劃,精心安(an)排(pai),嚴格落(luo)實(shi)和執行培訓(xun)(xun)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),真(zhen)正增強培訓(xun)(xun)效果。培訓(xun)(xun)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做到重實(shi)際,求實(shi)效,做到掌握設備(bei)的運行特點,特性,提高發(fa)現缺陷的能(neng)力(li),能(neng)及(ji)時發(fa)現設備(bei)缺陷,進行缺陷分析。通過加強月度考核(he)管理,激發(fa)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)自(zi)主學習熱(re)情,不斷提升員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)的技能(neng)素(su)養。
