截至3月(yue)31日,同煤漳澤(ze)電(dian)(dian)力漳澤(ze)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)分公司一季度(du)完(wan)(wan)(wan)成發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)63598.50萬(wan)千(qian)瓦時,超日歷進度(du)0.79個百分點;供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)煤耗(hao)完(wan)(wan)(wan)成293.75克/千(qian)瓦時,同比下降(jiang)19.99克/千(qian)瓦時;圓(yuan)滿(man)完(wan)(wan)(wan)成供(gong)(gong)熱期任(ren)務,本(ben)期供(gong)(gong)熱量(liang)完(wan)(wan)(wan)成356.6451萬(wan)吉(ji)焦(jiao),同比多(duo)供(gong)(gong)47.1408萬(wan)吉(ji)焦(jiao),各項生產指標實現(xian)首季開(kai)門紅。
今年以(yi)來(lai),面對經(jing)濟下行、社會用(yong)(yong)電需求低(di)迷(mi)、機組利用(yong)(yong)小時持續走低(di)等不利因素,漳澤發電分公(gong)司利用(yong)(yong)機組供熱優勢,多角(jiao)度、全方位做好搶發超(chao)發工(gong)作。
一是積極應對研判當前(qian)電力供(gong)需形勢,加大與省調(diao)(diao)度中心的溝(gou)通(tong)力度,積極尋找增(zeng)發空間,高(gao)峰時(shi)搶(qiang)發電量(liang)低峰時(shi)搶(qiang)發熱量(liang),加大對影響(xiang)電量(liang)的通(tong)報考核力度,充(chong)分調(diao)(diao)動各(ge)級人員搶(qiang)發電量(liang)意(yi)識。
二是加(jia)強設備(bei)(bei)(bei)巡(xun)回檢查和維護消缺工作,合理安排設備(bei)(bei)(bei)消缺,加(jia)強設備(bei)(bei)(bei)管控,提高設備(bei)(bei)(bei)健康水平(ping),為搶(qiang)發(fa)多(duo)發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)、供(gong)熱量(liang)創造(zao)條件。
三是(shi)(shi)是(shi)(shi)深入(ru)開展精細化管理活動(dong),通過日對標通報(bao)、周分析(xi)總結、月兌(dui)現考核的辦法,完(wan)善指(zhi)標控(kong)(kong)制;利用(yong)“值際競賽專(zhuan)欄”優勢,推進值際指(zhi)標紅線(xian)控(kong)(kong)制,形成值際自我競爭體系。
四是充(chong)分發揮(hui)煤耗工作(zuo)(zuo)室作(zuo)(zuo)用,定期組織(zhi)召開煤耗指標分析(xi)(xi)會,全方位開展對供電煤耗統計、分析(xi)(xi)、診斷、優化調整工作(zuo)(zuo),以超前(qian)化、動(dong)態化、常(chang)態化、創新化、保(bao)障化為宗旨開展各項工作(zuo)(zuo)。
