2015年,青島(dao)公(gong)交集團將持(chi)續(xu)改善職(zhi)工(gong)生(sheng)產(chan)生(sheng)活條件,優化(hua)工(gong)作環境,降低勞(lao)動強(qiang)度,提升職(zhi)工(gong)幸(xing)福指數作為工(gong)作重(zhong)點(dian),通(tong)過職(zhi)工(gong)食堂、場(chang)站(zhan)配套(tao)、體檢查體等(deng)與職(zhi)工(gong)利(li)(li)益相關的民生(sheng)實事抓手,累計投(tou)入(ru)資金3266萬(wan)元,使(shi)職(zhi)工(gong)共享企業改革發(fa)展紅利(li)(li)。
一是(shi)保障民主(zhu)管(guan)理權(quan)益(yi)。充分發揮職(zhi)(zhi)代(dai)(dai)會與(yu)基(ji)層(ceng)民管(guan)會的作用,確保維(wei)護最(zui)大(da)多數職(zhi)(zhi)工的利益(yi)。在(zai)工資(zi)分配、計劃(hua)下(xia)達、定崗定編等涉(she)及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)工切身利益(yi)的重大(da)政策(ce)制度的出臺前,都要由職(zhi)(zhi)工代(dai)(dai)表(biao)進行集(ji)中討論,進行完善(shan)修(xiu)改后(hou)實(shi)行。凡是(shi)涉(she)及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)工重大(da)利益(yi)的事(shi)(shi)項,職(zhi)(zhi)代(dai)(dai)會不通(tong)(tong)過,一律不列入企業決策(ce)事(shi)(shi)項。2015年先后(hou)通(tong)(tong)過4次(ci)職(zhi)(zhi)工代(dai)(dai)表(biao)會議,討論工資(zi)調整、加班費調整、安全事(shi)(shi)故管(guan)理規定。有5件(jian)涉(she)及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)工民生權(quan)益(yi)的事(shi)(shi)項,均由職(zhi)(zhi)代(dai)(dai)會討論通(tong)(tong)過。
二是(shi)提(ti)高工資(zi)福利水(shui)平(ping)。持續提(ti)高職(zhi)工工資(zi)收(shou)入,重點向(xiang)一線傾(qing)斜,2015年職(zhi)工工資(zi)較往(wang)年增長(chang)9.8%;提(ti)高了(le)職(zhi)工工作餐的(de)補(bu)貼(tie)標準,調增了(le)職(zhi)工防暑降溫標準,平(ping)均(jun)增幅(fu)61%;為全體職(zhi)工發放(fang)節日慰問(wen)品,做到節日職(zhi)工有關心、有慰問(wen),提(ti)高了(le)職(zhi)工的(de)企業(ye)歸屬感。
三(san)是解決職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)后顧(gu)(gu)之(zhi)(zhi)憂。通(tong)(tong)過積極的(de)(de)溝(gou)通(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,爭取(qu)公(gong)共保障住房(fang)(fang)306套(tao),并在分配上向一(yi)線(xian)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)傾(qing)斜,解決離車場距離較遠(yuan)、住房(fang)(fang)困難職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)后顧(gu)(gu)之(zhi)(zhi)憂,使駕乘修人員得到更好(hao)的(de)(de)休(xiu)息;高(gao)度重視一(yi)線(xian)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)心(xin)理狀態和身(shen)體狀況(kuang),增加(jia)檢查項目,提高(gao)體檢標(biao)準,把做好(hao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)療休(xiu)養工(gong)(gong)(gong)作作為維護職工(gong)(gong)(gong)合法(fa)權(quan)益(yi)的(de)(de)重要(yao)內(nei)容之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)。組(zu)織(zhi)開展的(de)(de)健康查體覆蓋(gai)17000名(ming)員工(gong)(gong)(gong),360名(ming)生產一(yi)線(xian)的(de)(de)優秀職工(gong)(gong)(gong)脫產療休(xiu)養。
四是升(sheng)級后勤設(she)(she)施環(huan)境(jing)。為切實(shi)改(gai)善職工(gong)(gong)生產環(huan)境(jing),減輕勞動強度。全年新(xin)建(jian)車場配(pei)套、老舊(jiu)車場改(gai)造(zao)更(geng)衣室、一體化站(zhan)房(fang)和(he)衛生間達36處,覆蓋集(ji)團所屬(shu)固定車場。同(tong)時(shi),建(jian)立(li)首批職工(gong)(gong)服務站(zhan)8個,新(xin)建(jian)和(he)改(gai)造(zao)青島巴士驛站(zhan)4個。建(jian)立(li)職工(gong)(gong)食(shi)堂建(jian)設(she)(she)標準(zhun),全面推開食(shi)材統一配(pei)送模式,編(bian)制了《食(shi)譜(pu)百例(li)》,使食(shi)堂管理更(geng)加(jia)標準(zhun)規(gui)范,職工(gong)(gong)生產工(gong)(gong)作環(huan)境(jing)更(geng)加(jia)適宜。
五是以(yi)民生(sheng)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障提升(sheng)經營(ying)管理能力(li)。著眼于企業(ye)需要,將后勤(qin)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)需求與(yu)經營(ying)管理、服務水(shui)平的(de)提升(sheng)有效(xiao)結合。為駕乘人員(yuan)設計配發(fa)了夏季裙裝短褲和冬季毛背心,為乘務員(yuan)更新(xin)了票包,為保(bao)(bao)(bao)潔員(yuan)配備(bei)了工(gong)(gong)具腰包;為全體女職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)繳納(na)特殊疾病(bing)互助(zhu)保(bao)(bao)(bao)險(xian),幫扶救濟困難(nan)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)1860余人次,體現企業(ye)對(dui)困難(nan)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)關愛。
