同(tong)煤集團四臺礦積極探(tan)索精神文明創(chuang)建(jian)新載體,以“兩(liang)融兩(liang)帶”為紐帶,開展形式多樣、內容豐富的創(chuang)建(jian)活動(dong),促進(jin)精神文明創(chuang)建(jian)提檔升級。
將(jiang)道(dao)德建設“六個一(yi)(yi)”活(huo)動融入社會主義核心價值(zhi)觀教(jiao)育(yu),帶動礦風民風持續(xu)好(hao)轉。礦積極開展(zhan)社會主義核心價值(zhi)觀宣講教(jiao)育(yu),開展(zhan)“與道(dao)德一(yi)(yi)同(tong)起程,攜文明結伴而行(xing)”主題(ti)踐(jian)行(xing)活(huo)動,設立“凡人(ren)(ren)(ren)善舉榜(bang)”,鼓勵員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)群眾做好(hao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、行(xing)善事(shi)。同(tong)時(shi)分期(qi)開展(zhan)“道(dao)德講堂”演講活(huo)動,邀請離退(tui)休(xiu)工(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)吳(wu)玉(yu)璽、原(yuan)煤隊黨支(zhi)部書記魏立平等優秀家(jia)(jia)風傳承者以“談家(jia)(jia)風、說(shuo)家(jia)(jia)教(jiao)、敘家(jia)(jia)事(shi)”為(wei)主題(ti),向(xiang)機(ji)關科室負責(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、基層(ceng)黨支(zhi)部書記、工(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)等群體暢談祖訓(xun)家(jia)(jia)教(jiao),治家(jia)(jia)心得,讓干部員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)感(gan)受中(zhong)華(hua)傳統美(mei)德、領悟為(wei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)做事(shi)真諦。
該礦還在職工(gong)食(shi)堂開展了文明餐桌(zhuo)活動,在就餐環(huan)境中播放文明節約(yue)宣傳片,擺放“勤(qin)儉節約(yue)”“文明用餐”等(deng)提(ti)示牌。開展青工(gong)幫扶(fu)救助行動,積極為孤(gu)寡老人、傷(shang)殘(can)員工(gong)打掃(sao)衛生(sheng)、捐款捐物。在良(liang)好的氛圍帶動下,涌現出孝心(xin)青年(nian)裴小龍、勇撲烈火的陸(lu)向陽,“山西(xi)好人”劉更(geng)強等(deng)一大批(pi)先(xian)進道德模范,
將“一爭(zheng)六創(chuang)”活動(dong)融入精細(xi)化(hua)管理(li)(li),帶動(dong)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾熱情參與(yu)創(chuang)建(jian)。結合全(quan)(quan)礦(kuang)推動(dong)實(shi)施精細(xi)化(hua)管理(li)(li),促進“雙基”建(jian)設中心(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),積(ji)極組織開展爭(zheng)做文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong),爭(zheng)創(chuang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)單(dan)位、文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)示范(fan)(fan)區(qu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)社區(qu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)家庭等活動(dong),引(yin)導員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾積(ji)極參與(yu),共創(chuang)共建(jian),促使全(quan)(quan)礦(kuang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)軟實(shi)力(li)與(yu)硬件管理(li)(li)水平同(tong)步規(gui)劃、同(tong)步創(chuang)建(jian)、同(tong)步發展,相得益彰,打(da)造出職工(gong)(gong)食堂(tang)、馬家村(cun)工(gong)(gong)業園區(qu)、女工(gong)(gong)井口服務站、井下膠輪車候車硐(dong)室等精細(xi)化(hua)管理(li)(li)達標、文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)創(chuang)建(jian)升級的文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)示范(fan)(fan)區(qu)、精品示范(fan)(fan)區(qu)。
為使員工充(chong)分認識企(qi)(qi)業當前(qian)形(xing)勢(shi),該礦還凝練推廣(guang)“用心做事、用情(qing)管理、啟智拓路、穩中求進”的管理文化。分期開展(zhan)“形(xing)勢(shi)任務(wu)大講(jiang)堂”,從講(jiang)任務(wu)、講(jiang)目標、講(jiang)措(cuo)施、講(jiang)落(luo)實著(zhu)力,增強了(le)干部(bu)員工與企(qi)(qi)業共渡難(nan)關、共同抵(di)御寒流信心。
