今年以來,江蘇省鹽(yan)業集團公司全面實施以“智(zhi)慧蘇鹽(yan)”為內容的(de)江蘇鹽(yan)業“互聯網+”戰略,以營(ying)(ying)銷體系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)和物流體系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)信息化建(jian)設為核心(xin),扎實推進(jin)供應鏈系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)改造(zao)、O2O平臺(tai)建(jian)設、物流信息化平臺(tai)建(jian)設三(san)大工程,強(qiang)力推進(jin)“現代營(ying)(ying)銷系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“客戶(hu)管理(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“物流配送系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“財務核算系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“監督管理(li)考(kao)核系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“OA協同系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”,以及(ji)“蘇鹽(yan)生活家O2O線上線下一體化系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”的(de)“6+1”系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)建(jian)設工作(zuo)。通(tong)過(guo)信息化建(jian)設的(de)先行先試,積極(ji)應對鹽(yan)業體制(zhi)改革挑戰,全力助推企業轉型(xing)發展。
近(jin)期,集(ji)團(tuan)公司(si)歷經2個多(duo)月實(shi)施(shi)完成了供應鏈系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)改造工(gong)(gong)程,以(yi)及ERP-NC系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),徹底解決了多(duo)年來信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中運用(yong)(yong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)資源無法對(dui)接、不能(neng)共享(xiang)(xiang),應用(yong)(yong)效(xiao)率(lv)低下等問題。下一(yi)階段,集(ji)團(tuan)公司(si)還將(jiang)通(tong)過移動(dong)互聯(lian)技(ji)術(shu)集(ji)成營(ying)銷、物流(liu)、結(jie)算(suan)、審批(pi)等各(ge)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)模塊功(gong)能(neng),涵蓋(gai)公司(si)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)監管(guan)的實(shi)用(yong)(yong)功(gong)能(neng)與服務(wu)(wu),形成信(xin)(xin)息(xi)共享(xiang)(xiang)、決策統(tong)(tong)一(yi)的信(xin)(xin)息(xi)管(guan)理機(ji)制,進一(yi)步(bu)提高(gao)流(liu)通(tong)企(qi)業(ye)營(ying)銷工(gong)(gong)作效(xiao)率(lv),并將(jiang)陸續打造物流(liu)配送系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、客戶關(guan)系(xi)(xi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、財務(wu)(wu)共享(xiang)(xiang)平臺、監督(du)考核系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等“智(zhi)慧(hui)蘇鹽”“6+1”系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)平臺建設工(gong)(gong)程,利(li)用(yong)(yong)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化創新江蘇鹽業(ye)管(guan)理和業(ye)務(wu)(wu)模式,快速(su)適應未來公司(si)組織形式、商業(ye)模式、業(ye)務(wu)(wu)流(liu)程以(yi)及外部客商等市場性變(bian)化。
