今年以來,江蘇省(sheng)鹽業集團(tuan)公(gong)司全面實施以“智慧蘇鹽”為內容的江蘇鹽業“互聯網+”戰略,以營銷(xiao)體(ti)系(xi)和物(wu)(wu)(wu)流體(ti)系(xi)的信息化建(jian)設(she)為核心,扎(zha)實推進供應(ying)鏈系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)改造、O2O平臺(tai)建(jian)設(she)、物(wu)(wu)(wu)流信息化平臺(tai)建(jian)設(she)三大(da)工程,強(qiang)力推進“現代(dai)營銷(xiao)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“客(ke)戶管(guan)(guan)理(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“物(wu)(wu)(wu)流配(pei)送(song)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“財務核算系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“監督管(guan)(guan)理(li)考核系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”、“OA協同系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”,以及“蘇鹽生活家O2O線上線下一(yi)體(ti)化系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”的“6+1”系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)建(jian)設(she)工作。通(tong)過信息化建(jian)設(she)的先(xian)行先(xian)試,積極(ji)應(ying)對鹽業體(ti)制改革挑(tiao)戰,全力助推企業轉型發展。
近期,集團公(gong)司(si)歷(li)經2個多月實施完(wan)成(cheng)了供應鏈系統(tong)(tong)(tong)改(gai)造工程,以及ERP-NC系統(tong)(tong)(tong),徹(che)底解決(jue)了多年來信(xin)息(xi)化系統(tong)(tong)(tong)中運用(yong)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)息(xi)資(zi)源無法對接、不能共享(xiang),應用(yong)效率低下(xia)等問題。下(xia)一(yi)階段,集團公(gong)司(si)還(huan)將通(tong)過(guo)移動(dong)互聯技(ji)術集成(cheng)營銷、物(wu)(wu)流(liu)、結算(suan)、審批等各系統(tong)(tong)(tong)模(mo)塊功(gong)能,涵蓋公(gong)司(si)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)監(jian)管(guan)的實用(yong)功(gong)能與服務(wu),形(xing)成(cheng)信(xin)息(xi)共享(xiang)、決(jue)策統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)的信(xin)息(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)機制,進一(yi)步提高(gao)流(liu)通(tong)企業(ye)(ye)營銷工作效率,并(bing)將陸續打(da)造物(wu)(wu)流(liu)配送系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、客戶(hu)關(guan)系系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、財務(wu)共享(xiang)平(ping)臺、監(jian)督考(kao)核系統(tong)(tong)(tong)等“智慧蘇鹽(yan)”“6+1”系統(tong)(tong)(tong)平(ping)臺建設工程,利用(yong)信(xin)息(xi)化創(chuang)新江(jiang)蘇鹽(yan)業(ye)(ye)管(guan)理(li)(li)和(he)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)模(mo)式(shi)(shi),快速適應未來公(gong)司(si)組織形(xing)式(shi)(shi)、商業(ye)(ye)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)、業(ye)(ye)務(wu)流(liu)程以及外(wai)部客商等市(shi)場性(xing)變(bian)化。
