近日,第(di)(di)(di)(di)十(shi)(shi)二屆中國(guo)土木工(gong)程詹天佑(you)獎(jiang)頒獎(jiang)典禮在北京舉行。由陜西(xi)省交(jiao)通建設集團公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(第(di)(di)(di)(di)一(yi)申(shen)報單位(wei))組織(zhi),中鐵十(shi)(shi)二局集團有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、中鐵第(di)(di)(di)(di)一(yi)勘察設計院集團有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、中交(jiao)隧道工(gong)程局有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、中鐵十(shi)(shi)八局集團有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、中鐵二十(shi)(shi)一(yi)局集團第(di)(di)(di)(di)三工(gong)程有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)等單位(wei)參加申(shen)報的秦(qin)嶺終南山(shan)公(gong)路隧道作為(wei)入(ru)選工(gong)程,喜(xi)獲第(di)(di)(di)(di)十(shi)(shi)二屆中國(guo)土木工(gong)程詹天佑(you)獎(jiang)。
秦嶺終南(nan)山公路(lu)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)在設(she)計理(li)念(nian)方(fang)面(mian),選(xuan)用(yong)18km隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)將路(lu)線(xian)(xian)降低至雪(xue)線(xian)(xian)以下(xia),極大地改善了(le)路(lu)線(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)形和通(tong)車條件(jian),保證(zheng)全(quan)(quan)天候安(an)全(quan)(quan)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)(xing),大大減少了(le)碳排放(fang)量;模(mo)擬(ni)洞外自然景(jing)觀,在隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)內設(she)計6處(chu)視覺(jue)景(jing)觀帶,緩解行(xing)(xing)(xing)車壓抑(yi)感(gan);首次確定符合我(wo)國現用(yong)車輛的CO、煙(yan)霧(VI)濃度基準排放(fang)量及其修正系(xi)(xi)數,提出適合我(wo)國交通(tong)狀況的隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)通(tong)風設(she)計控(kong)制新指標;攻克了(le)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)復(fu)雜(za)通(tong)風系(xi)(xi)統網絡計算、送排風口(kou)距離和角度等多項關鍵技(ji)術難題,形成(cheng)節能、高效的超大直徑三豎井分段縱(zong)向通(tong)風成(cheng)套(tao)技(ji)術。在施工技(ji)術方(fang)面(mian),科學組(zu)織(zhi)施工,利用(yong)既(ji)有鐵路(lu)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)作(zuo)為(wei)平行(xing)(xing)(xing)導洞,長隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)短打,同時(shi)又(you)利用(yong)本隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)作(zuo)為(wei)平行(xing)(xing)(xing)導洞修建(jian)(jian)了(le)引(yin)水隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao);研發了(le)正洞大斷(duan)面(mian)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)鉆爆法快速(su)工法,創造了(le)月(yue)掘(jue)進(jin)紀錄;創新了(le)豎井分瓣式機(ji)(ji)械(xie)一體化滑模(mo)襯砌(qi)技(ji)術,創造了(le)深豎井全(quan)(quan)斷(duan)面(mian)開挖(wa)和滑模(mo)襯砌(qi)兩項紀錄。在運(yun)營管理(li)方(fang)面(mian),建(jian)(jian)立了(le)先(xian)進(jin)完善、安(an)全(quan)(quan)可靠的智能監(jian)控(kong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)預警體系(xi)(xi),實現全(quan)(quan)過程、全(quan)(quan)方(fang)位實時(shi)監(jian)控(kong)和事件(jian)快速(su)處(chu)置;構(gou)建(jian)(jian)了(le)監(jian)控(kong)指揮(hui)中心、消(xiao)防隊、洞內摩托值守(shou)、醫療(liao)急救、危險品(pin)檢查、守(shou)衛大隊、隧(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)警察(cha)大隊、路(lu)政管理(li)為(wei)一體的聯勤(qin)聯動應急救援機(ji)(ji)制。
秦嶺(ling)終南(nan)山公路隧道(dao)工程榮獲(huo)詹天佑獎,必(bi)將促進(jin)交通集團在后續項目不斷加(jia)大科技創(chuang)新,推(tui)動工程管理(li)和運(yun)營管理(li)水平再邁新臺階。
