今(jin)年,水(shui)務集團圍繞(rao)標準(zhun)化班(ban)組建(jian)(jian)設工作,狠(hen)抓(zhua)(zhua)人員隊伍建(jian)(jian)設,突出安全生產抓(zhua)(zhua)發展,突出服務抓(zhua)(zhua)管理,突出技術抓(zhua)(zhua)創新,不斷加(jia)大創建(jian)(jian)力度,全面(mian)提升標準(zhun)化班(ban)組建(jian)(jian)設水(shui)平。
一是抓基(ji)礎(chu)管理(li)(li),促日常(chang)工作(zuo)(zuo)流程(cheng)化。成立了班組建(jian)設(she)領導(dao)小組,制(zhi)定、完善(shan)了安全(quan)生(sheng)產制(zhi)度(du)(du)、工具管理(li)(li)制(zhi)度(du)(du)等相(xiang)關制(zhi)度(du)(du),施工現場實(shi)行“6S”管理(li)(li),實(shi)施班前(班后(hou))會制(zhi)度(du)(du)確保了信(xin)息(xi)通暢與(yu)共享,開展“節能減排(pai)”活動使管理(li)(li)費(fei)用較2014年(nian)預算(suan)降低(di)6萬元(yuan)。通過以上組織制(zhi)度(du)(du)、現場管理(li)(li)、信(xin)息(xi)管理(li)(li)及(ji)節能減排(pai)進班組,促使日常(chang)工作(zuo)(zuo)流程(cheng)化。
二是抓安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產,促現場作業標準化。建立班(ban)組全(quan)(quan)(quan)員安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產責任(ren)制(zhi)(zhi),建立完(wan)善(shan)班(ban)組安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管理規章制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)和(he)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)記錄等(deng)(deng)記錄臺賬(zhang);實(shi)行季、月、周(zhou)學(xue)習制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du),落實(shi)在(zai)建工(gong)程(cheng)質量(liang)三檢(jian)(jian)制(zhi)(zhi),建立工(gong)序(xu)交接檢(jian)(jian)驗制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、“一天(tian)一檢(jian)(jian)”安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)和(he)重點(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)督查(cha)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du),實(shi)施隱患(huan)整改制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du);啟動“安(an)(an)康杯(bei)”重點(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)奪(duo)旗勞(lao)動競賽(sai)儀式,舉行了(le)(le)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)宣誓和(he)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)簽名(ming)活動,開展(zhan)了(le)(le)“安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產月”、“八比(bi)八賽(sai)”等(deng)(deng)系列(lie)競賽(sai)活動。
三是抓專業管(guan)理(li),促技(ji)術指標精細化(hua)。以“勞模創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室”為(wei)依托(tuo),不定期對技(ji)術創新(xin)、技(ji)術攻關(guan)、新(xin)設備(bei)的(de)開發和應用工(gong)(gong)(gong)作進(jin)行(xing)交流(liu)研討;以班組為(wei)單位,存好(hao)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序影(ying)像(xiang)資料,分析工(gong)(gong)(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)出現(xian)的(de)問題(ti),定期組織學習規范文件和其他(ta)公司的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝等。今年(nian),在承建工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong),針對A/A/O生物反(fan)應池底板砼工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝嚴格的(de)要(yao)(yao)求,攻克了(le)澆(jiao)筑過程中(zhong)(zhong)“砼內部不出現(xian)冷縫”、“降低大體積砼內外溫差”兩(liang)大關(guan)鍵技(ji)術課題(ti)。
四(si)是抓行(xing)為規范,促(cu)優質(zhi)服(fu)務常態化。由優秀班組承建的(de)青島市地鐵建設(she)配套給(gei)水(shui)管(guan)線遷改工程(cheng)最(zui)大規模新(xin)舊供水(shui)管(guan)道切換工作順(shun)利完成(cheng),未對市區居(ju)民(min)用水(shui)的(de)水(shui)壓、水(shui)質(zhi)造成(cheng)不(bu)(bu)良影響,得到了上級部門(men)的(de)一(yi)致肯定。施(shi)(shi)(shi)工中,通(tong)過張貼致居(ju)民(min)的(de)一(yi)封信(xin),懸掛安(an)全(quan)文(wen)明施(shi)(shi)(shi)工標(biao)語(yu),設(she)置施(shi)(shi)(shi)工標(biao)志牌、圍擋(dang)、警示(shi)帶、行(xing)人便橋、LED警示(shi)燈,用密目網(wang)覆蓋(gai)殘土,灑水(shui),專人清掃塵土,保持周邊環境等多項措施(shi)(shi)(shi),將安(an)全(quan)文(wen)明施(shi)(shi)(shi)工理念(nian)做實,做細;工程(cheng)搶修(xiu)中,放棄休息時間,加班加點(dian),在最(zui)短(duan)的(de)時間內(nei)幫助業主搶修(xiu)不(bu)(bu)屬于自己承建范圍的(de)工程(cheng)。至9月底,公(gong)司共(gong)收到錦旗9面,感謝(xie)信(xin)8封。
