首(shou)鋼(gang)(gang)自(zi)主研發(fa)集成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)雙工(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)RH精(jing)(jing)(jing)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)爐(lu)(lu)在(zai)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)生(sheng)產中(zhong)具有真(zhen)空(kong)脫(tuo)氧(yang)、脫(tuo)碳、脫(tuo)氫、脫(tuo)氮等重要作(zuo)用(yong),是(shi)(shi)實(shi)現(xian)對(dui)鋼(gang)(gang)水(shui)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)和(he)溫度精(jing)(jing)(jing)確(que)調整(zheng),冶(ye)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)超低碳優質鋼(gang)(gang)種(zhong)必不(bu)可少(shao)的(de)(de)關鍵(jian)設(she)備。在(zai)這之前單(dan)(dan)(dan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)RH精(jing)(jing)(jing)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)爐(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)自(zi)動化(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)從(cong)(cong)設(she)計(ji)到編程(cheng)(cheng)、調試(shi)全部從(cong)(cong)德國西(xi)馬(ma)克引進(jin)。首(shou)鋼(gang)(gang)決定(ding)(ding)依靠自(zi)己的(de)(de)力量(liang)在(zai)首(shou)秦上一(yi)套雙工(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)RH精(jing)(jing)(jing)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)爐(lu)(lu),首(shou)鋼(gang)(gang)自(zi)動化(hua)信息技術(shu)公司承擔(dan)了(le)(le)(le)從(cong)(cong)設(she)計(ji)、編程(cheng)(cheng)到施工(gong)(gong)(gong)、調試(shi)整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)一(yi)級自(zi)動化(hua)的(de)(de)自(zi)主集成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)任務。他們一(yi)方面積極消化(hua)吸收單(dan)(dan)(dan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)RH精(jing)(jing)(jing)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)爐(lu)(lu)外(wai)方提供的(de)(de)技術(shu)資料(liao),一(yi)方面通過不(bu)斷摸(mo)索自(zi)主集成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)研究開(kai)發(fa)雙工(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)RH真(zhen)空(kong)精(jing)(jing)(jing)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)爐(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)自(zi)動化(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。不(bu)僅按時完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)雙工(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)RH精(jing)(jing)(jing)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)爐(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)自(zi)動化(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)編程(cheng)(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),而(er)且在(zai)編程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)還實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)三個(ge)(ge)創(chuang)新。一(yi)是(shi)(shi)實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)將單(dan)(dan)(dan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)變成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)雙工(gong)(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)集成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),攻克了(le)(le)(le)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)難點。二(er)是(shi)(shi)開(kai)發(fa)了(le)(le)(le)二(er)級接口軟(ruan)件,并成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)測(ce)試(shi)應用(yong)。三是(shi)(shi)依據新標準完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo),實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜外(wai)形更(geng)加美觀,布局更(geng)合理。經過實(shi)際運(yun)行,整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)運(yun)行穩(wen)定(ding)(ding),各項參數(shu)非(fei)常準確(que)。主要技術(shu)指標均(jun)達到設(she)計(ji)水(shui)平。對(dui)提高冶(ye)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)品種(zhong)鋼(gang)(gang),調節(jie)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)連鑄的(de)(de)生(sheng)產節(jie)奏,確(que)保生(sheng)產穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)連續起(qi)到了(le)(le)(le)顯著(zhu)效果。
