近幾(ji)年(nian),萊鋼型(xing)鋼廠(chang)緊緊圍(wei)繞創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)型(xing)企業的(de)(de)要求,明確目標(biao),完(wan)善(shan)制度(du)(du),創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)方(fang)法,創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)型(xing)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu),為員(yuan)工成長搭建(jian)(jian)(jian)舞臺,為破(po)解企業難(nan)(nan)題(ti)拓寬(kuan)渠道,推動(dong)了(le)(le)企業健(jian)康(kang)高效(xiao)發展。改善(shan)心(xin)(xin)智(zhi)模式是創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)型(xing)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)的(de)(de)關鍵,為了(le)(le)持續改善(shan)職工的(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)智(zhi),各車間、班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)分(fen)別結(jie)合各自實(shi)(shi)際制定愿景目標(biao),嚴格落實(shi)(shi)上級(ji)(ji)對下級(ji)(ji)愿景逐級(ji)(ji)進行完(wan)善(shan)指導的(de)(de)制度(du)(du)。圍(wei)繞快速(su)推進愿景目標(biao)的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)現,各單位(wei)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)完(wan)善(shan)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)制度(du)(du)、創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)方(fang)法。開展“新(xin)(xin)老(lao)職工結(jie)對培訓(xun)”和(he)“定單式培訓(xun)”,實(shi)(shi)現了(le)(le)短期內全員(yuan)業務技能的(de)(de)共同提高。為強化職工培訓(xun)效(xiao)果和(he)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)能力(li),該(gai)廠(chang)還將“創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工作”引入學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)型(xing)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工作中,針對現場出現的(de)(de)難(nan)(nan)題(ti),按照專業分(fen)工的(de)(de)原(yuan)則積(ji)(ji)極(ji)開展團(tuan)隊攻關活(huo)動(dong),近2年(nian),全廠(chang)有班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)參與完(wan)成的(de)(de)科技創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)項目達(da)到(dao)600余項,共有11個班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)分(fen)別被集團(tuan)公司授予AAA和(he)AA級(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)型(xing)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)。今年(nian)一季度(du)(du),萊鋼型(xing)鋼廠(chang)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)成果達(da)200余項,這與該(gai)廠(chang)創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)型(xing)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)活(huo)動(dong)開展密不(bu)可分(fen),推動(dong)了(le)(le)企業健(jian)康(kang)快速(su)發展。
