為(wei)全面深(shen)入推進現(xian)(xian)場(chang)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),近(jin)期(qi),中國(guo)重(zhong)汽召開了(le)(le)2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)上半年(nian)(nian)(nian)現(xian)(xian)場(chang)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)經驗交(jiao)流(liu)會,對現(xian)(xian)場(chang)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)站和(he)(he)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)及(ji)(ji)營銷(xiao)服務培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)基地09年(nian)(nian)(nian)上半年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進行(xing)了(le)(le)經驗交(jiao)流(liu),安(an)排部署了(le)(le)09年(nian)(nian)(nian)下(xia)半年(nian)(nian)(nian)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。會議要(yao)求,下(xia)半年(nian)(nian)(nian),現(xian)(xian)場(chang)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)站要(yao)結合著人(ren)力資源配置預案工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),重(zhong)點抓好(hao)關鍵崗位、核心(xin)隊伍(wu)建設中的(de)(de)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)和(he)(he)考核、評價、發(fa)證工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。這是(shi)一項(xiang)全新(xin)的(de)(de)、復雜的(de)(de)、而且又是(shi)必(bi)須(xu)要(yao)努力做(zuo)好(hao)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。中國(guo)重(zhong)汽產(chan)(chan)品(pin)及(ji)(ji)營銷(xiao)服務培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)基地在(zai)(zai)保證培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)任(ren)務的(de)(de)前(qian)提(ti)下(xia),要(yao)重(zhong)點做(zuo)好(hao)兩(liang)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo):第(di)(di)一,對正在(zai)(zai)使用(yong)的(de)(de)十三種自編培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)教材(cai)進行(xing)修改(gai)、完善并協助(zhu)中國(guo)重(zhong)汽做(zuo)好(hao)英文版的(de)(de)翻譯工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo);第(di)(di)二(er),做(zuo)好(hao)2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)的(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)準(zhun)備工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),在(zai)(zai)2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)商務大會之后,立即進行(xing)2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。同(tong)時還要(yao)根據中國(guo)重(zhong)汽和(he)(he)德國(guo)曼公司戰略(lve)合作(zuo)的(de)(de)新(xin)形勢,及(ji)(ji)時調整培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)計劃,滿(man)足各(ge)類人(ren)才的(de)(de)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)需求,為(wei)中國(guo)重(zhong)汽的(de)(de)發(fa)展提(ti)供可靠的(de)(de)人(ren)才支持。
