一是(shi)(shi)對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)。進一步(bu)強化(hua)(hua)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)意識(shi),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作圍(wei)繞(rao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)展(zhan)開,措施圍(wei)繞(rao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi),責(ze)任(ren)圍(wei)繞(rao)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)兌現;在趕超上(shang)(shang),要有對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)意識(shi),不(bu)僅要在集團(tuan)內(nei)部找準對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao),更要敢于向(xiang)行業先進挑戰,在對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)認(ren)清差距、迎頭趕上(shang)(shang);在目(mu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)考(kao)(kao)核(he)上(shang)(shang),要落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)跟進考(kao)(kao)核(he)制度(du),明確趕超時限,促(cu)進指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)持(chi)(chi)續(xu)優化(hua)(hua)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)。新(xin)(xin)(xin)的一年,各(ge)單位(wei)要把實(shi)(shi)(shi)施對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)作為“工(gong)(gong)(gong)作質量持(chi)(chi)續(xu)改進”的重(zhong)要任(ren)務來(lai)抓,制定出切實(shi)(shi)(shi)可行的對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)方(fang)案,確保(bao)對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)切實(shi)(shi)(shi)可行,效(xiao)(xiao)果突出。二(er)是(shi)(shi)成(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)。緊(jin)緊(jin)圍(wei)繞(rao)成(cheng)本(ben)考(kao)(kao)核(he)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao),加(jia)(jia)(jia)強指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)分(fen)解落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi),加(jia)(jia)(jia)大預算執行力度(du),對(dui)追加(jia)(jia)(jia)預算和(he)非生產(chan)(chan)性開支嚴格(ge)審(shen)批,確保(bao)考(kao)(kao)核(he)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)完成(cheng);一是(shi)(shi)繼續(xu)開展(zhan)招標(biao)(biao)(biao)采購、價格(ge)審(shen)計、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程監察(cha)、風險查糾(jiu)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,最大限度(du)降低生產(chan)(chan)成(cheng)本(ben)。二(er)是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)點加(jia)(jia)(jia)大應收(shou)(shou)款回收(shou)(shou)力度(du),通(tong)過落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)責(ze)任(ren)人、清收(shou)(shou)措施和(he)時限,盡可能減少(shao)資金(jin)占用,加(jia)(jia)(jia)快(kuai)資金(jin)周轉。三(san)是(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)快(kuai)推(tui)進信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)體(ti)系建設(she)(she),加(jia)(jia)(jia)緊(jin)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)軟件升(sheng)級(ji),不(bu)斷優化(hua)(hua)財務、物(wu)流、人事及生產(chan)(chan)信息(xi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),提(ti)(ti)高管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)效(xiao)(xiao)率。四是(shi)(shi)繼續(xu)抓好黃金(jin)市(shi)場運作,通(tong)過加(jia)(jia)(jia)強價格(ge)研究,確保(bao)高價位(wei)銷售(shou)。五是(shi)(shi)公園(yuan)(yuan)籌建處要充分(fen)發揮自身(shen)優勢,加(jia)(jia)(jia)強對(dui)苗圃和(he)果園(yuan)(yuan)的養護管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),加(jia)(jia)(jia)快(kuai)向(xiang)經(jing)營效(xiao)(xiao)益型的轉型。在此基礎上(shang)(shang),加(jia)(jia)(jia)快(kuai)規劃設(she)(she)計整合,爭取早日取得集團(tuan)的開工(gong)(gong)(gong)批復。三(san)是(shi)(shi)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)。繼續(xu)推(tui)進安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)專管(guan)(guan)體(ti)系建設(she)(she),扎實(shi)(shi)(shi)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)領導下(xia)井帶(dai)班、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產(chan)(chan)確認(ren)、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)確認(ren)監察(cha)、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)聯保(bao)等(deng)制度(du),通(tong)過安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)監管(guan)(guan)責(ze)任(ren)的落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi),促(cu)進安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)隱患排查和(he)整改,全(quan)(quan)(quan)力以赴保(bao)證生產(chan)(chan)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)。一方(fang)面積(ji)極(ji)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育模式(shi),通(tong)過開展(zhan)多形式(shi)的安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育、技(ji)能培訓(xun)、文化(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)等(deng)活動,持(chi)(chi)續(xu)提(ti)(ti)高職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)意識(shi)和(he)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)技(ji)能,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現“要我安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)”到“我要安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)”的根(gen)本(ben)轉變。另一方(fang)面加(jia)(jia)(jia)大對(dui)外委(wei)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)人員、特殊工(gong)(gong)(gong)種和(he)新(xin)(xin)(xin)入礦(kuang)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育力度(du),通(tong)過落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)培訓(xun)和(he)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人員責(ze)任(ren),強化(hua)(hua)定期和(he)不(bu)定期的安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)考(kao)(kao)試,著力提(ti)(ti)高培訓(xun)實(shi)(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao),使(shi)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)成(cheng)為全(quan)(quan)(quan)體(ti)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的思維共識(shi)和(he)行為模式(shi)。
