日前,由(you)(you)上(shang)海(hai)(hai)城(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)集(ji)團(tuan)投(tou)資22.4億(yi)元,以BT模式承攬的(de)(de)江(jiang)(jiang)西省南昌老(lao)城(cheng)區(qu)改造“一(yi)號工(gong)程”沿江(jiang)(jiang)北、中(zhong)(zhong)大(da)道(dao)連通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)工(gong)程日前正式竣工(gong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che),為即將舉辦第(di)七屆全(quan)國城(cheng)運會的(de)(de)南昌,打(da)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)了長期(qi)困擾當地(di)的(de)(de)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)“腸梗阻”,更讓(rang)滕王(wang)閣(ge)這座(zuo)(zuo)江(jiang)(jiang)南名(ming)樓,在改造和(he)(he)保護(hu)中(zhong)(zhong)獲得新生。南昌沿江(jiang)(jiang)北、中(zhong)(zhong)大(da)道(dao)連通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)工(gong)程全(quan)長3.3公里,包(bao)含隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)、道(dao)路(lu)、橋(qiao)梁、地(di)下停(ting)車(che)場、景觀綠化工(gong)程等(deng),是(shi)迄今為止(zhi)南昌歷時(shi)最短、單體(ti)最大(da)的(de)(de)市政工(gong)程項目。為保護(hu)工(gong)程周邊滕王(wang)閣(ge)等(deng)歷史名(ming)跡,上(shang)海(hai)(hai)城(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)多投(tou)入(ru)16億(yi)元,改造現(xian)有滕王(wang)閣(ge)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao),由(you)(you)原來的(de)(de)4車(che)道(dao)改建(jian)(jian)(jian)成8車(che)道(dao),在滕王(wang)閣(ge)附近新建(jian)(jian)(jian)兩(liang)座(zuo)(zuo)跨河橋(qiao)梁,與隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)配(pei)合,讓(rang)兩(liang)條“斷頭路(lu)”連通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)起來。并首次采(cai)用雙(shuang)排(pai)樁“雙(shuang)保險(xian)”工(gong)藝,一(yi)天三測,嚴密監控基坑變(bian)形等(deng)情況,將曾(ceng)在外(wai)灘通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)等(deng)工(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)“心臟(zang)搭橋(qiao)”技術沿用至外(wai)地(di)工(gong)程建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,為南昌的(de)(de)市政建(jian)(jian)(jian)設和(he)(he)文物保護(hu)做出了積極貢獻(xian)。
