近日,徐工集團首臺DE170電傳動自卸車在徐工研究院隆重下線。該車采用整體車橋式、后卸式結構,整車長13米寬7米高6米,車身自重110噸,載重量達170噸。DE170傳動系統采用當前國際先進的交—直—交電傳動驅動技術,標志著徐工研究院在大噸位電傳動自卸車研發領域有了重大突破。
DE170電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)動自(zi)(zi)(zi)卸(xie)(xie)車(che)(che)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)整體車(che)(che)橋式、后卸(xie)(xie)式結構,傳(chuan)動系統(tong)(tong)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)當前國際(ji)先進的(de)(de)交(jiao)—直—交(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)動驅(qu)動技術(shu)。該車(che)(che)完全擁(yong)有自(zi)(zi)(zi)主知識產(chan)權,已獲專利受理150多項。電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)動系統(tong)(tong)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動輪自(zi)(zi)(zi)卸(xie)(xie)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)核心(xin)部件,DE170的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)動系統(tong)(tong)由徐工集(ji)團與(yu)北(bei)車(che)(che)集(ji)團共(gong)同研(yan)制。此次電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)動自(zi)(zi)(zi)卸(xie)(xie)車(che)(che)交(jiao)流傳(chuan)動系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)研(yan)發是(shi)在北(bei)車(che)(che)集(ji)團動車(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)動系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)基礎上研(yan)制出來的(de)(de)。該項技術(shu)的(de)(de)成功應用(yong),打破了(le)國外企(qi)業的(de)(de)壟斷(duan)局面。該項技術(shu)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)國產(chan)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機、變頻(pin)器、變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機和國產(chan)核心(xin)控(kong)制系統(tong)(tong),實現了(le)完全國產(chan)化,提(ti)高了(le)國產(chan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)動自(zi)(zi)(zi)卸(xie)(xie)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)市場競爭力。徐工是(shi)全球首個在170噸級(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)動自(zi)(zi)(zi)卸(xie)(xie)車(che)(che)上采(cai)(cai)用(yong)交(jiao)—直—交(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)動驅(qu)動技術(shu)的(de)(de)企(qi)業。
