由(you)上(shang)海(hai)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)基礎公司承建(jian)的(de)13號線淮海(hai)中路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)近日創出上(shang)海(hai)地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵車(che)站(zhan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)連續(xu)墻(qiang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)深(shen)達(da)68米(mi)(mi)的(de)深(shen)度之最(zui)。地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵13號線淮海(hai)中路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)位于(yu)黃浦區瑞(rui)金一路(lu)(lu)以(yi)東,淮海(hai)中路(lu)(lu)以(yi)北(bei)的(de)地(di)(di)(di)(di)塊內,車(che)站(zhan)主(zhu)體長155米(mi)(mi),寬度由(you)23.6米(mi)(mi)到28.35米(mi)(mi)不等(deng),埋(mai)深(shen)超30米(mi)(mi),為地(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)6層島(dao)式(shi)站(zhan)臺車(che)站(zhan)。車(che)站(zhan)主(zhu)體圍護(hu)結構采(cai)用(yong)1.2米(mi)(mi)厚地(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)連續(xu)墻(qiang),最(zui)深(shen)達(da)68米(mi)(mi),是目前上(shang)海(hai)市圍護(hu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)深(shen)度和開挖(wa)深(shen)度最(zui)深(shen)的(de)地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵車(che)站(zhan),車(che)站(zhan)采(cai)用(yong)地(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)三、四、五(wu)層板逆筑法施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。為解決大深(shen)度地(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)連續(xu)墻(qiang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難題,建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)基礎公司項目部通過采(cai)用(yong)先(xian)進(jin)設備(bei)進(jin)行(xing)“雙輪銑(xian)(xian)”銑(xian)(xian)槽施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、運用(yong)套銑(xian)(xian)接頭工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝代(dai)替常(chang)規的(de)柔性(xing)或(huo)者剛(gang)性(xing)地(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)連續(xu)墻(qiang)接頭等(deng)多項措施(shi)(shi),確保(bao)了68米(mi)(mi)超深(shen)地(di)(di)(di)(di)墻(qiang)前期施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)初(chu)戰告捷。
