近年來,山東魯信集(ji)團及各所屬單位(wei)立足自(zi)身(shen)工作,不斷創新形式,通過深入開展安全(quan)文化進(jin)單位(wei)、進(jin)車間、進(jin)班(ban)組、進(jin)崗位(wei)、進(jin)家庭“五進(jin)”活動,使安全(quan)生產文化深入人心。
安(an)全(quan)文化(hua)進單(dan)位:按照“科學安(an)排(pai)、合理分工、分類(lei)管(guan)理、分級(ji)實施(shi)”的原則,集(ji)團(tuan)公司積極(ji)開展為基層單(dan)位和廣大員(yuan)工“送(song)(song)法律法規(gui)、送(song)(song)教育培訓、送(song)(song)圖(tu)冊讀(du)本(ben)、送(song)(song)安(an)全(quan)服務(wu)”活動,將安(an)全(quan)文化(hua)普(pu)及到各個基層單(dan)位和每位員(yuan)工。
安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)進(jin)車間:通(tong)過(guo)各種活(huo)動方式(shi)向員工傳(chuan)送安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)理念,不斷增強安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)的影響力(li)和滲透力(li)。在生產經營場所充分利用電子顯示(shi)屏(ping)、宣(xuan)傳(chuan)欄、黑(hei)板報、展板、展臺(tai)(tai)等(deng)(deng)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)平臺(tai)(tai),積極開展安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)宣(xuan)傳(chuan),營造安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)氛圍;組(zu)織知識競賽、知識問答等(deng)(deng)各種安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)競賽活(huo)動,豐富群眾性(xing)安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動;設立事故展臺(tai)(tai),曝(pu)光事故案例,進(jin)行警示(shi)教育;通(tong)過(guo)組(zu)織現場交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)會(hui)、經驗介紹會(hui)等(deng)(deng)形式(shi),開展交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)學習;建(jian)立安(an)(an)全(quan)工作光榮臺(tai)(tai),評選安(an)(an)全(quan)生產先進(jin)集體、先進(jin)班組(zu)和先進(jin)個人,表(biao)揚好(hao)人好(hao)事,樹立典型(xing),推廣經驗。
安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)文化(hua)(hua)進班(ban)(ban)組(zu):各生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產經(jing)營(ying)企業(ye)都建(jian)立了完善的(de)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管(guan)理(li)規章制(zhi)(zhi)度,嚴格落(luo)實班(ban)(ban)組(zu)全(quan)(quan)(quan)員安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產責任(ren)制(zhi)(zhi),設(she)立班(ban)(ban)組(zu)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管(guan)理(li)臺帳,定期進行班(ban)(ban)組(zu)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)文化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)考(kao)核(he)。規范班(ban)(ban)組(zu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產操作(zuo)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),加大安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產投入,實現(xian)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)操作(zuo)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)、班(ban)(ban)組(zu)作(zuo)業(ye)環境標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)、班(ban)(ban)組(zu)勞動(dong)防護標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)警示(shi)標(biao)(biao)識標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)、班(ban)(ban)組(zu)設(she)備設(she)施標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)。班(ban)(ban)組(zu)實行安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產目(mu)標(biao)(biao)化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li),制(zhi)(zhi)訂(ding)了量化(hua)(hua)、細化(hua)(hua)的(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產目(mu)標(biao)(biao),并以(yi)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產責任(ren)書的(de)形(xing)式簽訂(ding)到(dao)個人(ren)(ren);實行經(jing)濟(ji)效益責任(ren)與(yu)崗位(wei)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產責任(ren)對(dui)應的(de)分配機制(zhi)(zhi),獎(jiang)懲兌現(xian),推動(dong)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產目(mu)標(biao)(biao)化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)落(luo)實到(dao)位(wei)、到(dao)人(ren)(ren)。
安全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)進崗位(wei):結合崗位(wei)職(zhi)責(ze)(ze)(ze)特點,按照分(fen)級(ji)管理、逐級(ji)負責(ze)(ze)(ze)的(de)原則,層層分(fen)解安全(quan)生(sheng)產工作目標,逐級(ji)建立(li)健全(quan)各(ge)(ge)(ge)部門、各(ge)(ge)(ge)車(che)間、各(ge)(ge)(ge)班組、各(ge)(ge)(ge)崗位(wei)安全(quan)生(sheng)產責(ze)(ze)(ze)任制,定人、定崗、定責(ze)(ze)(ze),切(qie)實(shi)把安全(quan)生(sheng)產責(ze)(ze)(ze)任落實(shi)到實(shi)處,落實(shi)到每(mei)位(wei)員工。
安(an)全文(wen)化(hua)(hua)進(jin)家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭(ting)(ting):以“安(an)全文(wen)化(hua)(hua)進(jin)家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭(ting)(ting),和(he)諧(xie)幸福平安(an)行”為主題,邀請(qing)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)家(jia)(jia)(jia)屬召開座談會,傾聽員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)家(jia)(jia)(jia)屬對公司安(an)全生產、勞動保護方(fang)面的(de)意見和(he)建(jian)議,增強員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)家(jia)(jia)(jia)屬對公司安(an)全文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)活動的(de)理解和(he)支持,用(yong)家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭(ting)(ting)的(de)力量(liang)感化(hua)(hua)、感動職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),確保安(an)全文(wen)化(hua)(hua)深深扎根于(yu)家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭(ting)(ting)、扎根于(yu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)中(zhong),為員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)創造一個良好的(de)安(an)全文(wen)化(hua)(hua)環境。
