正由上(shang)海(hai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工四(si)建(jian)(jian)(jian)集團(tuan)承建(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)位(wei)于復(fu)興中(zhong)路的(de)(de)上(shang)海(hai)第一(yi)座“全(quan)浮建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)”——上(shang)海(hai)交響(xiang)樂(le)團(tuan)遷建(jian)(jian)(jian)工程(cheng), 目(mu)前己(ji)實現(xian)(xian)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)封頂目(mu)標。開工至今,建(jian)(jian)(jian)工四(si)建(jian)(jian)(jian)集團(tuan)己(ji)先后攻克三(san)大(da)施工難題:一(yi)是(shi)國內(nei)首個(ge)“全(quan)浮建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)”的(de)(de)演(yan)奏(zou)(zou)廳(ting)。為(wei)避免聲學效果(guo)受(shou)到地鐵振(zhen)動(dong)的(de)(de)影響(xiang),演(yan)奏(zou)(zou)廳(ting)建(jian)(jian)(jian)在108個(ge)彈簧上(shang),施工難度(du)大(da)大(da)增加。經過攻關(guan),168個(ge)柱墩的(de)(de)1344個(ge)標高誤差均控制在正負(fu)2毫米(mi)內(nei)。二是(shi)國內(nei)首個(ge)“房中(zhong)房”建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)。為(wei)達到世界級高水準(zhun)的(de)(de)聲效標準(zhun),排演(yan)廳(ting)為(wei)“房中(zhong)房”概念的(de)(de)雙(shuang)層鋼筋混凝(ning)土中(zhong)空結(jie)構(gou)(gou)。通過研制特走(zou)鋼模(mo),并于和現(xian)(xian)場1:1試(shi)樣終(zhong)獲(huo)成功。三(san)是(shi) “馬鞍(an)形”雙(shuang)曲(qu)面(mian)(mian)屋頂造型(xing)。排演(yan)廳(ting)A大(da)廳(ting)頂部(bu)(bu)為(wei)“馬鞍(an)形”的(de)(de)曲(qu)面(mian)(mian)造型(xing),整個(ge)屋面(mian)(mian)荷載約為(wei)4500噸。面(mian)(mian)對難題,項目(mu)部(bu)(bu)采用(yong)焊(han)制鋼筋桁架模(mo)型(xing)的(de)(de)方式,滿(man)足形變要求。
