近(jin)年(nian)來,山(shan)東能(neng)源肥礦(kuang)集團牢固樹立“人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)資(zi)(zi)源是(shi)(shi)(shi)第一資(zi)(zi)源”、“抓(zhua)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)抓(zhua)發展(zhan)”的(de)理(li)念,以(yi)“狹(xia)路相(xiang)(xiang)逢強(qiang)(qiang)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)勝,兩強(qiang)(qiang)相(xiang)(xiang)對勝者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)留(liu),兩勝相(xiang)(xiang)聚德者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)上(shang)”為導向,抓(zhua)住人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)“引進、培養、使用”關鍵環(huan)節,創新(xin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)機制,全(quan)(quan)面抓(zhua)好(hao)各(ge)類人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)隊伍建設。一是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅持(chi)(chi)領導人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員聯系(xi)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)制度(du)。通過座談(tan)、調研(yan)、走(zou)訪聯系(xi)等(deng)形(xing)式,加強(qiang)(qiang)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)黨政負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、分(fen)管(guan)領導與(yu)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)溝通了解(jie),幫助解(jie)決(jue)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)和(he)生活中遇到的(de)困難和(he)問題。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅持(chi)(chi)后備人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)隊伍建設制度(du)。定(ding)(ding)期推薦后備人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),健全(quan)(quan)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員、專業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員、高(gao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)、后備人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)信息管(guan)理(li)數據庫,實(shi)現數據信息動態管(guan)理(li)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅持(chi)(chi)實(shi)行(xing)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)、技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)津貼(tie)制度(du)。對井下專業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),按專業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)職務由高(gao)級、中級到助理(li)級;對高(gao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),按首席技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)師(shi)、高(gao)級技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)師(shi)、技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)師(shi)、高(gao)級工(gong)(gong),每(mei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)每(mei)月分(fen)別給予技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)津貼(tie)。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅持(chi)(chi)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)評(ping)選激勵制度(du)。定(ding)(ding)期開展(zhan)員工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)比武,召開科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)大會(hui)、勞模和(he)各(ge)類先進工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)表(biao)彰(zhang)會(hui),對作(zuo)(zuo)出貢獻的(de)各(ge)類人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)和(he)重大科(ke)研(yan)項(xiang)目完成者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)實(shi)行(xing)重獎。去年(nian)有7項(xiang)成果分(fen)獲國(guo)家發明專利(li)和(he)實(shi)用新(xin)型(xing)專利(li)。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅持(chi)(chi)借腦集智制度(du)。充分(fen)發揮省級企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)中心、水害防治中心以(yi)及8個研(yan)究所(suo)的(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)優(you)(you)勢(shi),與(yu)山(shan)東科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)大學、中國(guo)礦(kuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)大學、山(shan)東大學等(deng)16所(suo)大學和(he)科(ke)研(yan)院(yuan)所(suo),開展(zhan)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)合作(zuo)(zuo),在(zai)矸(gan)石(shi)充填、防治沖(chong)擊(ji)地壓、水害治理(li)、薄煤層(ceng)開采等(deng)方(fang)面取得較(jiao)大突破(po)。
